Affacciato sul ramo orientale del Lago Keuka, il mio chalet sul Bluff Point è a pochi minuti dal Keuka College e dalla Cappella Norton, dalla Cappella Garrett, dal Keuka Lake State Park, dall'Esperanza Mansion e dalle numerose cantine delle strade del vino dei Finger Lakes. Siamo su un disco privato, un appartato 5 acri di terra con viste che celebrano l'alba, il sorgere della luna e tutto il resto. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti l'uso esclusivo di due ponti, una griglia a gas e un focolare aperto. Le sistemazioni interne offrono una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un soppalco con 3 letti singoli; il soggiorno ha anche un divano letto estraibile. La cucina è in stile cucina e c'è un bagno con cabina doccia. In aggiunta c'è una veranda per tre stagioni che include altri due divani per ulteriori posti letto. Siamo dotati di Direct TV (3 TV regolabili in modo indipendente) e aria condizionata.

Brett was a fabulous property manager(owner)
He was generous to offer to meet us at a local store close to the property to guide us into the tucked away property
Loved the property location. Warning the unpacked road is rough, make sure you are driving a suv or you will feel the pot holes in your throat
This is not a reflection of the property or owner. The property is beautiful and private. The house had what we needed and was very cozy.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for peace and tranquility

What a great place! Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying outdoor time with our dog. Location was awesome… close enough to everything but quietly tucked away for some chill time. Brett was awesome with the booking process, check-in, and showing us around. We would definitely go back… but next time…we’d plan for a longer vacation.

Clean, comfortable, nothing too fancy. Great communication with owner do checkin. This is an excellent base for exploring Keuka and Seneca. We hiked, paddled, sipped, and enjoyed local food joints. I'd definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Chalet on Keuka Lake. We were looking for a peaceful & quite getaway and this destination checked all of our boxes! It is exactly what we expected. Our host Brett was very helpful & accommodating.

The property was beautiful overlooking the lake (up on a hill), we were allowed to bring our dog, which we always look for when staying some place. The home was very comfortable and relaxing with all amentities and Brett, the owner was excellent, very communicative messaging before the weekend and texting during the weekend. Thank you for a nice time away and able to explore the great region of the Finger Lakes!

Brett's property is located on a hill that has a view of Keuka Lake. His porch drips into an opening that's perfect for a family picnic and a frisbee throw during warmer weather season. During the winter months, the large sliding doors allow the morning and afternoon light to drip in to rejuvenate travelers and visitors alike. Brett was professional, welcoming, and a wonderful property host! This place is a wonderful getaway for those who need a quiet and welcoming place to soak in nature alone or with loved ones.

We had an amazing time. Very clean and well appointed with an amazing view. Far enough away for peace and relaxation; however close enough to shops, restaurants, and wineries if you want to adventure out for a bit.

All the amenities were available.
Easy to get to town or parks in the area.
There are plenty of wineries, breweries, hiking and biking trails in the area.
Brett told us some good biking and hiking trails.
Great view in the morning, a couple of deer came through early.

Pictures don’t begin to do justice to this little hidden gem, and Brett (the host) was super nice. He was quick to offer suggestions on where to go/what to do, and easy to reach if I needed him. The views are beautiful of course, but the house and property are meticulously maintained and so cozy. I loved the attention to detail from the thick fluffy bath towels to the seasonal touches; mums and pumpkins outside (I stayed in October). 100% would stay here again when I come back to the fingerlakes!

very comfortable stay and beautiful and peaceful property. Pictures are very accurate and had no problems with checkin or communication with owner. Private and somewhat hidden but close to everything. Great outdoor space and hiking trails, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

The chalet was clean and very comfortable. Loved the location and fact that it was somewhat secluded. The full moon rise over Keuka Lake that occurred during our visit was amazing. The owner, Brett, was unobtrusive and helpful when needed. We would like to stay here again the next time we are in the area and are going to check to see if the property is available first when making our travel plans.

What a great property and excellent value for the money! It worked perfectly for our family.... clean, spacious, well kept, and stocked by the owner with things you don't think about like paper towels, trash bags, etc., and gas for the grill! I highly recomend this property and will rent it again!

Our rental was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. The property was wonderful!
The only suggestions I would say is that the bed in the downstairs room was very uncomfortable . Maybe need a new mattress. I woke up with aches and ended up sleeping on the couch. The shower is very small so if you a big person this may cause a problem. There could be more light on the outside and over the table in the living room. But, over all, we loved our stay there. It was a very relaxing and everything was close by .
Brett was very accommodating and met us to bring us to the house! Thank you Brett!

A nice stay!
We found this property to be clean, comfortable and private. The yard was well kept and served as a great spot for some fetch. The owner was available for any problems (none came up) or questions. We also liked the location of the property, away from hustle and bustle, but convenient to Penn Yan, wineries, parks, ice cream and the lake.

The property and house were fantastic. We were able to bring our dogs which made it even better. The only negative part was the home owner kept showing up unannounced which made us feel uncomfortable. He was always nice, but some days it was several times a day which just made it uneasy. Overall great rental

Very quiet location on a large property with trails, but it was under 10 minutes to anything we needed. Even though it rained much of the time during our stay, the home was super cozy and relaxing and even the dogs felt right at home. Perfect location to visit multiple wineries and waterfalls within a 30 min drive and to be back there by sunset to enjoy our wines and a nice dinner at home. Brett was very laid back and responsive, and had plenty of recommendations of what to see in the area. Overall, given the home and location, a perfect 10 and a memorable trip.

Perfect in every way!
My sister visited me from California’s wine country where she lives. We decided that it’d be fun to stay in NY’s wine country to sample their wine. The house we rented through Vrbo was in the Penn Yan area was perfect in every way possible. The location and its proximity to the wineries was great, but it was the house with all the little thoughtful amenities that impressed us. The owner was very friendly, professional and accommodating. We will definitely go back there again!!
