Include un nuovo letto queen pillow top in camera da letto principale, 2 nuovi letti gemelli nella camera degli ospiti, divano letto queen / divano nel soggiorno, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, grande frigorifero con congelatore inferiore, ampia dispensa da cucina, 3 TV a schermo piatto con Internet wireless via cavo e ad alta velocità, telefono fisso offre chiamate gratuite in Canada e Portorico.
Cucina completamente attrezzata, biancheria e asciugamani da spiaggia inclusi e 4 sedie a sdraio. Un balcone di buone dimensioni al largo di Living Room offre una vista sul parco. Griglia a gas esterna in acciaio inox privata all'esterno dell'edificio con numero di unità.

Il condominio ha una nuova griglia a gas a 5 fuochi contrassegnata privatamente con il numero dell'unità. I tavoli da picnic lungo le passerelle complesse sono comunali e per il tuo uso.

Il meraviglioso nuovo parco di Madeira Beach si trova direttamente adiacente al cancello dell'uscita. Il parco vanta passeggiate pavimentate intorno al corso d'acqua, campi da tennis e da basket illuminati dal pubblico, campo eventi e palestra nella giungla ombreggiata. La nostra biblioteca locale è anche accanto al parco. Negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e drogherie (CVS) sono vicini e una passeggiata facile e piacevole.
Tampa Busch Gardens è a mezz'ora di distanza e Disneyworld & Universal Studios a soli 90 minuti in auto. John's Pass è un miglio a sud di Gulf Blvd. Offre un porto turistico per noleggiare pesce, orologio per i delfini, crociere con cena o noleggio di sport acquatici. Molti negozi, ristoranti famosi, sono anche a John's Pass.

The property and location was great. Accommodations had everything we needed and more! Internet and TV services were excellent! Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture is a little soft and sunk in - may be difficult for elderly people to use. Everything was clean! Our host, Tina was great - good communication, fast responses.

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable Madeira Beach property. It was as described: up-to-date furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, within walking distance to beach, grocery store, restaurants & shops. We also enjoyed easy check-in and prompt communication with our host, Tina. The only improvement: the grill really does need cleaning or possibly some new parts. Regardless, we highly recommend this property and hope to return on our next vacation to Madeira Beach.

We had a great week staying here, the property had everything we could need as a family with 2 young children. Perfect location, with the beach and supermarket close by, and Roc park just next door. It was a good base for exploring the coast.
Tina was a great host, with clear simple check in instructions, and lots of information about the complex. The property was clean and very well equipped. We had no issues during our stay and would very happily stay here again

Great place!
Highly recommend. Good area, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to boardwalk for fun shops and restaurants. Super easy contactless check in and getting the keys. Excellent communication! Grill seriously needed a cleaning, but other than that we had a great stay.

Quaint and convenient
This quaint property has all amenities you need for a relaxing coastal vacation. Perfect size for a smaller family. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage. Laundry in the unit was a plus, allowing us to pack light. Access to/from the property was convenient. Tina even had everything you need for the beach or on-site pools, both of which are close. We will be back.

This is a nicely setup condo really well -stocked with about anything you need for vacation. The only downside are the steep stairs, but a nice place with a responsive manager

Condo was well stocked with all we needed for our stay, from kitchen ware to beach supplies.
Tina was easy to contact and answered all questions extremely timely.
Only suggestion I have is for nicer sheets. They are thin and pilly so glad I brought my own. Also, some kind of holder in shower for soap, etc. would be nice.

Great value-we'd stay again!
Tina was great to work with, and attentive to correspondence. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we were expecting. The condo was very well equipped, with nice beds, kitchen appliances, and beach supplies. The gas grill worked great. Pools were clean. We checked into the temporary library card, but it was $25 (lasts 3mo). Overall, we found the unit comfortable and of great value for the price.

This condo was perfectly located in the Madeira beach yacht club. The pictures are exactly as the condo is. Close to local stores, restaurants, across the lot from sports park. Archibald bech is across the street. Great place to stay. We will be back

Good place to stay
This condo was a good place to stay while in Madeira Beach. It has two bedrooms, o e shower and toilet with two separate wash areas. Also the walk to the beach was a bit longer than I expected, about 15 minutes. The condo is within walking g distance to some local bars and restaurants. The pools are also well maintained and heated, as was the clubhouse. The pantry was also nicely stocked. There were also beach chairs and toys available for use. The Hammocks Park was also a good fun beach to enjoy with a bar, restaurant and live music. The place is worthwhile to check out.

Beautiful beach, well situated and equipped condo - clean and quiet.
The Good: kitchen is extremely well equipped, best Rental kitchen I’ve ever been in. Condo is clean with good beds and updated decor. The dollar store and Winn Dixie are a 5 minute walk, the beach is 10 minutes. Beach is FABULOUS. Loved the area, easy walk to John’s Pass and a multitude of bars and restaurants. Pools are great and well maintained. Complex is quiet and well tended. $22 Uber to PIE and $26 to TPA.
The Bad: master bedroom absolutely needs blackout curtains. It’s very, very bright all night due to exterior complex lighting. Internet needs more bandwidth, hangs when two people using it at same time (so could not be used while one of us was working). BBQ needs cleaning and maintenance, not really useable as is. Suggest a better (more sociable) layout for living room furniture. The patio is small but useable but needs a side table or two, and it does not get sun. The tub did not hold water, might be an issue for those with young children.
The Ugly: there’s no ugly, we would return in a heartbeat.
