My husband, teen son and I loved this place! Great view of the mountain - including a patio where we saw a roadrunner up close one night. Comfortable and clean, with a great host who checked in. Loved the proximity of good hikes, and the access to Marriott Pools. Highly recommend!

This casita is in a prime location, with great views toward the main JW Marriott Resort, as well as, across the valley toward the Catalina Mountains. A swimming pool and a fitness area are within a short walk. The Pro Shop and golf course, as well as a restaurant are just beyond the pool. Additional restaurants and a large swimming pool with cabanas, and a lazy river feature located at the main resort, are a short drive or shuttle ride away. The casita is clean and well maintained and the two primary En Suites served three adults and a teenager well. We enjoyed the Saturday evening music at the resort while having dinner and enjoying views of the Tucson city lights. Communication with Thelma was excellent.

A nice two bedroom villa located in the beautiful setting of the Arizona desert. A short walk to the Starr Pass Loop Trailhead if you enjoy hiking. Also, a short walk to the country club which provides shuttle to and from the JW Marriott. We were in town for a conference, and found the hotel to be sold out. That's when I found this location. Wonderful accommodations!

The location was perfect for site seeing. You could take in the views of the mountains and city while relaxing on the patio. The Casita was very clean and well kept. The owner was very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for two nights at this beautiful property with my daughter and 12 year old granddaughter. The casita was perfect for us! Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, a nice patio, great decor and a perfect location. It included access to the pool area and a work out area which we did not use but will definitely take advantage of during our next visit, which we hope will be soon. Thelma was a terrific host and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. I am an experienced VRBO guest and this property was one of the best I have seen. We will be back!

Unit is very nice with a great location on the property. City lights, BBQ on the patio, and close to the pool!! Easy parking and very clean. Only issue is the A/C is very loud. Consider ear plugs for a good night’s sleep.

U of A Graduation
This unit is perfect for a family or two couples visiting Tucson, especially if you are attending a graduation, family weekend, wedding or special event. The host Thelma, was very helpful and always got back to me right away if I had any questions. You have an unbelievable view of Tucson from the patio, and can see the sun rise and set. We were on the go most of the time and didn’t use a lot of the amenities but the unit is fully equipped with everything you might need including a barbecue grill! I’d highly recommend this property.

Lovely week hiking
The casita is as lovely as shown in the photos. Great views of Catalinas and excellent location for Tucson Mt. Park area hikes, Saguaro West, and easy access to downtown, 4th Ave, other parts of Tucson. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Thelma is a great host. Communication was quick and pleasant.

Great views, very clean
We were very impressed at how clean the casita was. Most places we stay have counters that need cleaning, or extremely dusty HVAC return vents, and other dirty areas that we end up cleaning for the first hour we're in the rental. That was not the case in this place. The location is amazing. Sitting out on the patio in the evening you can watch the sunlight slowly slipping away from the city and the mountains north of Tucson as the sun sets behind you. Then as night falls you can see the city lights from your elevation 250 feet above the city, quite romantic. For golfers, it casita is just a par four walk to the Starr Pass golf clubhouse, but you can't tell that from the surroundings due to the elevation changes and winding roads. The rooms inside were quite comfortable. For those liking to sleep in, the plantation type shutters keep the bedrooms nice and dark well after sunrise. The owner has done a great job maintaining this casita. We would definitely stay here again.

Casita was decorated in colorful southwestern decor. Location was center to many attractions and restaurants.
We did not take advantage of the JW Marriott that was close by because the line for valet parking was too long but it did look like a nice place to go to for a meal or for some of their
amenities.

Comfortable casita, well-situated at Starr Pass
The casita was very comfortable for our small group, and has been updated tastefully. It has good amenities, and is well-located on the west side of Tucson. The pools at the golf club and the nearby JW Marriott were very welcome after outdoor activities in May.

Nice Casita in a great location and stunning views
This well appointed home has plenty of room, a great kitchen and a nice patio with very nice views of the city and surrounding mountains. There is some extra privacy as it is a corner unit. It is a short walk to the Catalina BBQ and adjacent pool. The Marriott resort provides a free shuttle to enjoy the restaurants, pool and other amenities there. The nightly tequila toast was a great time. We would definately return.

A sweet casita with a lovely view in an ideal location close to downtown. We had a problem gaining access to the Marriott pool which Thelma swiftly resolved. She was easily reached and very helpful. The pool is a terrific asset.

Amazing location
We loved the location of the condo and the use of the JW Marriott pool and amenities. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries and even had laundry detergent. Communication with the owner was great. Only negative would be the hard beds but my family prefers a softer mattress so just depends on the person.

This was an excellent location for hiking. My friend and I enjoyed the casita very much. Thelma was very helpful both prior to our arrival and on arrival. The casita was cozy and a big plus was two bedrooms with in suite bathrooms!
