Questa unità al 1 ° piano 1 camera da letto, ha un letto matrimoniale con armadi a muro e TV a schermo piatto montato nella camera matrimoniale e un angolo privato per bambini con letti a castello. Nel soggiorno, c'è un divano letto e un armadio che ospita la TV a schermo piatto e DVR e lettori CD con lettore iPod. Con i suoi ripiani in granito, il bar per la colazione e il tavolo da bistrot, questa cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, 2 fuochi, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, utensili da cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Pavimenti in legno laminato viaggiano attraverso la villa. Breakers è situato dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a tutti i negozi e ristoranti di Coligny Plaza e un negozio di alimentari. We had an amazing stay at the condo. The location was great close to the beach and plaza. Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Host was very accommodating due to our family coming in the middle of the week and leaving in the middle of the week. Great stay will stay again.

The condo was adorable and had everything we needed for our family of four. The pool was all we needed and it was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the Coligny area.

The property was exactly what we wanted, located right in the heart of Coligny beach. You are steps from the ocean and several restaurants, shops and bars. We have two boys that spent the week swimming at the pool and beach and loved it.

The only thing to say - fabulous/convenient to beach and Coligny Plaza. Never drove our car anywhere.

Everything was great! So close to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store…. Anything you might want to do. Made a pot of coffee and drank it on the deck each morning where you could see the ocean So beautiful! I would stay here again.

We loved our stay! Very comfortable, clean and in a great location close to restaurants, beach and even a playground. Bunk bed was great for our little. Definitely comfortable for 2 adults and one small child. Not much storage space for golf clubs and suitcases, but we managed great. Loved being able to do a load of laundry midweek so we didn’t have to bring as much. Definitely recommend. We hope to stay here again!

This property was conveniently located to the popular Coligny area, with the beach, shopping, bike rentals, and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo was small, but was fine for my husband and myself. It was well appointed with all the comforts of home and it was clean upon arrival. We were able to use the chairs and umbrella that were provided instead of having to rent them. It was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and hopefully it won't be our last!

The condo is very nice, clean and tidy. Great location. Coligny Plaza across the street with alot of shops & restaurants. Beach is about 50 ft away from the condo. Pool is nice. The elevator is nearby, only doors away. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, especially with 2 toddlers. It made going to the beach less stressful to be able to just walk right over. Devon was responsive. There was a slight delay to us checking in, but it was handled quickly and smoothly.

Perfect vacation. Condo is beautiful with entrance to the beach. Quiet property.
Across the street, there are several restaurants and stores including grocery store. Manager very available for any question.
