Bungalow recentemente arredato e aggiornato nel centro di Coeur d'Alene. Ha garage allegato con accesso vicolo per parcheggio fuori strada. La casa è a pochi isolati da tutti i CDA ha da offrire! Vicino a Centennial Trail, Sanders Beach, Downtown Shopping, Park McCuen, City Beach e il famoso CDA Resort! Vuoi uscire dalla città e vicina alla natura? Nessun problema! Questa casa situata in posizione centrale è a pochi chilometri dai molti laghi, sentieri escursionistici e sentieri per escursioni in splendida Northern Idaho! Le avventure di tutto il mondo vi aspettano ... Sciare in una delle località vicine, il kayak in uno dei laghi glaciali, godersi il nuoto e le emozioni a Silverwood Theme Park. Tutto qui e potrai essere proprio al centro!

Hello:
Home is beautiful and very clean. Great location as well.
Only negative (for us) is the backyard could use some attention.
Needs new grill, new patio furniture (existing has mold on chairs), and some shrubs to disguise the alley view would be most appreciated.
Again, home is wonderful and the best location. We boat all day and like to relax and bbq in the evening so the outdoor/backyard area is important to us.

I was in CDA for a 5-night stay, to visit family who live there. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I appreciated that it is a house with a no pet policy, as it is cleaner that way. And the kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of necessary items for cooking. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. And there was plenty of extra linens, and towels. The photos in the online listing are outdated, as the LR furniture has been updated, so that is the only reason for the 4-star rating for the listing accuracy. My only suggestion is the yard needs a complete cleaning and some additional TLC, and a new BBQ, to really shine. The location of the house is convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is older. Overall though, it was a perfect choice for my visit to CDA.

We enjoyed the house very much and the location was perfect to the centennial trail, walks in the neighborhood or a quick trip downtown.

Wow! Had a wonderful stay. Just dreamy! We walked from the house to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill and downtown. We drove to the boardwalk (easily could have walked) and enjoyed the park and boardwalk.
Accommodations were absolutely perfect - clean with everything you need except the groceries! We had great weather and enjoyed reading, visiting on the front porch and the back porch as well.
Great communication from Kim. Easy check in. Hope it’s available next time we visit.

We were very happy with our stay at this home. It was the most low-key and low-stress visit to a vacation rental, and we've been to many. A family of 4 is ideal, but I think with the rollaway bunks, 6 would be just fine!

Very close to downtown CDA, plenty of room for out boat and easy access to the highway. The house was very well prepared for our arrival and nicely appointed. We even enjoyed a couple of bbq’d steaks on our last night. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to beautiful northern Idaho!

Super cute, great location
Adorable cottage in a nice homey neighborhood. Very quiet. Easy access to downtown CDA shops restaurants and lake (about a mile). Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the a/c and the garage parking due to 100+ temps and smoke from the wildfires. The owner sent me an email about 2 weeks ahead of time with driving and check in instructions. Super easy. Would definitely return!
