La nostra casa si trova nel molto ricercato posizione Niguel Beach Terrace sul lato mare di PCH e dall'altra parte della strada da multi-milioni di case di dollari, è a meno di 3 minuti a piedi lungo le scale fino Strand Beach, vicino a un gran numero di casual e ristoranti, e Dana Point Harbor. Doheny State Beach è di 1 miglio di distanza! Meno di 1 miglio da The Ritz Carlton e il St. Regis! We live in the Arizona desert and love to spend time on the California coast. The location is across the street from the ocean. Very close to the swimming pool and quiet area within the complex. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable, nice furnishings with large refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, including nice BBQ. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Would love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful summer and beach rental
Absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was in a great location and close to the pool. Very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is across from one of the most upscale boardwalks in SoCal. Really enjoyed running the beach in the mornings. Leigh was wonderful and always responded promptly. We give this rental an A+++!

My friends and I enjoyed our time in Dana Point. This condo is in a perfect spot, close to Strand Beach. (Note that there are a lot of stairs down to the beach.) The condo is well maintained and the kitchen has all the pots and pans to cook when we wanted to & near great food options when we didn't.
There is a harbor nearby, and we had fun walking pier and even caught a dolphin/whale watching tour. The Ocean Institute is also fun for kids and to learn more about the local sea life. A couple of times we just got in the car and took a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. From Dana Point you are close to Laguna Beach and other spots that are certainly worth a day trip to visit.
After my stay, I didn't want to leave. It was GREAT to call this condo home for a few days!

A beautiful getaway
My friends and I enjoyed our time in Dana Point. This condo is in a perfect spot, close to Strand Beach. (Note that there are a lot of stairs down to the beach.) The condo is well maintained and the kitchen has all the pots and pans to cook when we wanted to & near great food options when we didn't.
There is a harbor nearby, and we had fun walking pier and even caught a dolphin/whale watching tour. The Ocean Institute is also fun for kids and to learn more about the local sea life. A couple of times we just got in the car and took a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. From Dana Point you are close to Laguna Beach and other spots that are certainly worth a day trip to visit.
After my stay, I didn't want to leave. It was GREAT to call this condo home for a few days!

Great California lifestyle
The condo is very nice, and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to make this our home for three months. The owner is very accommodating, and easy to reach. Thank you LEIGH for a great three months!

The condo complex is quiet, and landscape is well maintained. People in the complex are super respectful of the quiet hours, so we could really sleep in without any outside noise.
The condo was very close to the wonderful salt water outdoor pool and hot tub. The condo was perfect. So greatly decorated. The kitchen had everything you need. The master suite was large, open and the king size bed was SOOO comfortable. The other bedroom was perfect for my daughter and her friend, because it was full size bunks~~and they had their own bath.
The condo had beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a small cooler. You don't need to bring a thing. We LOVED it and will definitely book again.
We traveled to every Orange County town ~~Dana Point was my favorite.

Very nice location
This property was great. Clean and nicely appointed all the amenities you would need are provided even a comfortable bed. Location couldn't be better for traveling to either LA or San Diego we did both. We had a great time.

Great Getaway
We had a wonderful time in Dana Point. The location was perfect--walking across one street and you're at the beach! The condo was great too--decorated in beach themes and had a bunk bed for our kids. We loved the beach feel that the entire place offered.
We also went on a dolphin/whale safari while in Dana Point. We were only a couple miles from the harbor so it was perfect to get to! The whole family enjoyed our stay.

FAVORITE CONDO!!
We have stayed in various other condos in this complex and this one is our favorite. It's in excellent condition with every possible amenity provided. It has a lovely coastal decor and exudes such a feeling of warmth. Dealing with the owner was such a pleasure from the reservation to receiving our deposit back. We'll definitely return and consider this condo our "vacation home away from home".

Perfect Home Away From Home
What a great place to stay and enjoy our first visit to California! Driving in from the east coast we were really looking forward to "relaxation". This condo and this area give you this this with 5 stars. Every day... across the road, through the park and to the beach.. walking, watching the surfers, hiking Dana Point, even playing in the waves. This had it all. Return to the condo but stop for a swim in the pool... just the right way to wind down from a busy day. The condo was so well equipped we wanted for nothing. Hopefully we will be able to return another year. It will always be the base we judge other condos on. Thanks Leigh for all you did.

Perfect spot!
This home was the perfect place for us to enjoy the beach with our family. My boyfriend and I and his two kids loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and so many great restaurants to choose from in the area. There is a great path just a couple blocks away for running along the beach and through the Ritz Carlton community. Leigh was so helpful and easy to work with and the condo is beautifully and comfortably set up. The kids loved having a pool in the complex in addition to an ocean to play in! The beds are very comfortable and we felt totally at home. This condo is a true gem!

Wonderful Stay!
We have stayed in many VRBO's and this condo was among the nicest we've stayed in. We were very impressed with the condo and the location is wonderful. The condo was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The bed was heavenly and everything was very comfortable. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and it was great that it was so close to the condo. We spent 3 days in Disneyland and found that the drive to and from took about 25 minutes so it wasn't bad at all. We loved checking out the beach across the street, the town of San Clemente to the south, and the Beachcomber Cafe to the north on the Newport Coast. Thank you Leigh - it was a memorable week! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful!
Our family just loved this property. We felt welcomed and relaxed right from the start! (The owners made everything so easy on us. Directions was clear and we knew just what to expect. They even checked on us mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed.) The condo was very well-appointed. The property had everything we needed and then some. It had such a comfortable feel, but with very nice furnishings. And the beds were crazy good! I even checked the brand of bedding and mattresses before we left so I could know what to buy next time our family needs beds. The location of the condo was really great too. We easily got to the beach on foot and the town was close and accessible. We had never been to Dana Point before, and we fell in love with the place. It was a wonderful trip. Can't wait to go back! We highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great condo! Lovely location!
We have stayed here twice in the past six months. This is probably the best place to stay if you plan to be in South Orange for a few days or more. It's a clean, updated unit close to the complex pool and walking distance to the beach. The location is ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet. The owner is very friendly and accomodating; she has thought of every amenity and detail to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. I can even go so far as to say that she overextended herself on more than one occasion to us including mailing an article of clothing we left behind to our house! I truly enjoy staying here and will again in the future! It has more than once been a very positive experience.

Wonderful Condo!
We use VRBO regularly and I have to say we loved this condo! It was so clean (which has been an issue with other places we have stayed) and had everything we needed. Leigh has thought of all the extras like nice thick beach/pool towels, extra blankets, all the necessary paper goods/cleaning supplies (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, soap etc.). It was nice not having to purchase all the basics for the week. The location is Ideal. My mom lives in South Laguna so it was a few minutes to her house and a few minutes to the Dana Point Harbor. It's easy to get everywhere from this condo. Leigh was very nice and and so easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this condo, we look forward to returning ourselves!!!
