L'uragano Dorian è passato, non ci sono danni al condominio o al complesso e siamo aperti al commercio !!!
Questo condominio Deluxe nell'angolo fronte oceano diretto a Sandcastles ha una vista sull'oceano dal balcone privato e dalla camera da letto principale !!! Questo spazioso condominio ha due camere da letto, due bagni e una cucina completa con tutti i comfort.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e l'altra camera ha un letto king size e un letto matrimoniale (matrimoniale). Il bagno principale ha una vasca da bagno che è abbastanza grande per due e ci sono doppi lavandini lui e lei !!! C'è la TV via cavo nel soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale. Di recente abbiamo aggiunto NUOVI mobili da soggiorno, tra cui una sedia deluxe per ragazzi pigri.
I servizi disponibili nel complesso condominiale includono piscina esterna riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e campo da tennis. C'è un sacco di parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze. Molto pulito e ordinato !!!

It was great! Need some towel racks in master bathroom my husband asked me to share that. He was not able to get cable or local channels pulled up in master. Overall such a beautiful unit and lovely stay. Thank you! Shanna

The only complaints I have are that the master shower needs non-slip sticky strips (very slippery) and that the housekeeping service didn’t clean beside the beds/nightstands, also that the curtains and ceiling fans were dusty. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The view of the beach was spectacular. The noise level was low and the pool/spa was fantastic.

We stayed here for a week splitting our time between the beach and universal theme parks. Great location. Beautiful views. Well appointed unit. Easy drive to the theme parks in Orlando. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again in the future.

The location was nice for the beach and incredible views of the sunrise right off the balcony. We had the opportunity to see two rocket launches from the condo. Close to dining, grocery, and entertainment overall it worked well for us.

We stayed here the night before our cruise out of port Canaveral. There 5 of us, 2 teens and 3 adults. There was plenty of room. The master bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 queens i believe and is next door to the other bathroom. There is a laundry room which was helpful for a last minute laundry refresh. The views from the balcony were amazing. The sliding door opens up and it felt like bringing the outdoors inside. The furniture was newer.and nice. The master bedroom was clean and well appointed. The other bedroom though was not as clean. My daughter went to set something on the window sill and when she picked it back up it was covered in dust. When she pulled back her sheets, there was hairs, like the sheets hadnt been changed though the bed was made. She then had dropped her airpods and they went under the bed, when she went to retrieve them there was random kleenex and trash under the bed. While this did work out fine for pur 1 night stay, if your staying longer i would just dpuble check everything is clean. We also struggled with getting the keypad on the front door to lock after we unlocked it. One more tip, the master bathroom tile around the shower becomes very slippery when you get out of the shower, so be very careful!

Fantastic unit in an excellent location. Views from the balcony of the beach and ocean can’t be beat. Unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We were not told about the construction going on around the condominium until a couple of days prior to going down there. The only day we got to enjoy was Sunday, the day after we checked in. The rest of the week was horrible! The construction noise was so annoying. It was not a vacation at all. So disappointed! This resort only care about making money and not about your family enjoyment. If they would of been honest and transparent with me from the start I would of thanked them and booked at a different time.

Amazing direct ocean views from the balcony. Able to watch sunrise every morning without leaving the balcony. Less than 100 yard walk to beach. Huge, sparkling pool. Very clean complex with management on site. Condo was very well furnished and Ron was very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice condo, with everything you need. the washer and dryer and dish washer were new and very nice. The owner is great to work with. my wife and myself had a great time and would come back. I would highly recommend this condo.

Our family stayed here for a week during my son's spring break. The unit is on the 6th floor and looks right out on the ocean. Clean and up to date condo with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Check in was easy as many instructions arrived before our arrival such as elevator and gate codes and also the wifi password. I would have given five stars except for the beach chairs. The two taller ones have a missing handle and the seat on the other has a large rip. The shorter beach chairs work fine but have bungee cords attached to hold them while you are walking. Recommend a set of new beach chairs. Other than that it's a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.

Everything was great. We have stayed several times at Sandcastle but in other units. This unit was nice and clean and had good amenities (bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Good view of the beach and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony.
Only comment for the owner is that the upper rack in the dishwasher is missing a roller. As a result the rack would fall and become stuck. Needs to be repaired or a new unit installed. The microwave does not rotate plates. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. the view was spectacular. The beach was steps away. 6th floor, no problem, there was an elevator. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, skimmers, umbrellas, towels, and even a cooler. It was close to many restuarants and an easy trip to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the laundry room. The place was clean and ready when we checked in. The internet connection was fast! This place was well worth the money!

It was a wonderful vacation. We spent one day at Universal and one day at Disney. The drive was about an hour each way and very easy. The condo was wonderfully stocked with beach chairs for us to use. Beautiful view of the ocean 24/7. We even saw a rocket launch from our balcony! Everything thing you need is close by. The owner was kind and responsive. Booked it for next year!

We had a great time! The condo was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It was decorated nicely and we enjoyed the outdoor furniture. We brought our own beach chairs but it’s nice that the owner provides them if needed. We will definitely visit again!

Condo was clean and large, there were beach chairs and toys provided. Pool was nice. Beach was nice and not overcrowded. Balcony was spacious and we even got to see a rocket launch.

The beach front view and the beach was awesome! If the jet tub worked this place is a 5 but we did go there for the jet tub. The place was clean and beautiful. Well equipped. The area and most of all the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!
