Beautiful view. Everything was neat and clean. We would definitely go back . The stores were nearby and the sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very nice and helpful.

This was a nice spacious property with private pool right on the canal. Our family of six enjoyed staying here. I would say the only downside would be It was a little dated and one of the showers didn’t work great. Not great water pressure but the other was fine.

For the extended version, refer to the numerous complaints on file. But for starters, the house was not as it was described on the listing. The fourth bedroom, which is not pictured in the description, was not as advertised. I was later mislead by the management company while trying to clarified the layout. The management company attempted to draw a diagram for the layout, but this was not remotely close to the true layout.
Dead roach in the cabinet, attributed by the management to be from recent spraying. Air conditioning went out during stay, which was blamed on our group by the owner, after making complaints. The owner further claimed our deposit would not be returned due to loud noise complaints he had received. This was found to be false after contacting Marco Island Police Department.
The owner later called me personally as made comments such as “you are good as dead”. He later claimed he meant I was good as dead to “him”. He threatened legal action if our group did not leave and further claimed he would send an eviction team to have us removed. All this over complaints made to VRBO about his property. VRBO made no attempts to right this wrong.
Later, the host claimed we booked for the wrong amount of people, only paying for 11… HOWEVER, Vrbo specifically said they did not collect payments for this listing and billing was done by the management agency. I was clear when booking that our party was 15. We vacated the property early to save our vacation.

Great house, amazing location. Minutes to the Gulf. Lots of good restaurants nearby whether by car or boat. House is very big, layout is really nice. Covered patio outside is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Only a couple minor issues which we mentioned to management company. Such as the 3rd bedroom is right next to the garage and does not cool down. Otherwise we had a fantastic week!

The home was clean. Location was great! We rented bikes and was able to ride to various places close by. Diana was always available to answer any questions that we had.

Very nice location at the end of the street. Very nice views. But This is a 2.5 bath home. Not as advertised. The bathrooms are very rundown. For the high rental rate this home is not worth the money. I would recommend trying to find another place. The property manager was responsive however they did not handle many of the problems we experienced.

Excellent vacation home, located at the end of street with a beautiful waterfront location. The house was large with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Never ran out of hot water and the A/C worked great. First time at Marco Island and will be returning again and staying here at the same location as well.

Located close to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Easy to get to Naples and all that area has to offer. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 10 (couples mainly or shared beds with kids) a pullout couch wasn’t quite what it needed to be but sufficed for our 16year old. Tvs didn’t work properly in any of the bedrooms. Xfinity was the carrier. Kitchen was missing a few necessities and toaster didn’t work. Super cold A/C in the mornings. The trash situation doesn’t work well if checking out in middle of the week. Trash will sit for the week until it comes again on Mondays. But recycling is twice a week.
Plenty of linens for beds and towels for the whole family. Would love to visit again.

Nice property, terrible customer service.
My family really enjoyed usage of the property. We have a did not like the lack of customer service by the property management company. When we arrived there was still trash out front (overflowing full bins). There with a huge garage we were not allowed to park in (it was empty). There were locks on every storage area like closets and cabinets. Although when you keep 10,000 rounds of ammo and guns in 1 of them then I understand why it's locked. There was no warning or schedule we were aware of, so the pool guy scared my wife as he was on the property unannounced. The refrigerator was on the fritz was freezing fresh food and freezer needed defrosting. Overall it was a great time had by all. Although it was less about where we stayed and more about the company kept. Should be priced $50 cheaper per night.

House adequate, comfortable beds, and lovely pool. Front door has issues and we got locked out. Disconcerting! Furniture was worn and all sliders were difficult to open and close. Great location with a good view.

lovely veiw of the water, great place for large family
overall, I enjoyed my stay at Villa Marco. The house was clean and had great views of the canal from various rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom was very far away from the other bedrooms so if you had a large group of people, it gave you a lot of room to spread out. My favorite spot in the house was sitting out on the patio looking at the pool and canal. The biggest minuses were that the front door knob kept falling off and you had to keep putting it on to get out of the house. We arrived in the dark and it was at the end of a cul de sac so it was hard to find our house number because there were not any lights on. It could also use some baking dishes and more water drinking glasses.

We had a great time staying at this house. It was spacious enough to accommodate both young and old. The view from the patio was beautiful and having the pool right there let us all enjoy a nice relaxing week. Mike was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Marco Island comfortable home living
We stayed at this very comfortable and well equipped home with our 4 teenage and adult children. We loved having all of the conveniences of living in a home from cooking meals and just relaxing with the use of a very nice pool. Located on a water canal, we rented a pontoon boat from Rose Marine and docked it at the house to conveniently load up our gear. You are just minutes away from a Publix grocery, wall-greens pharmacy, gas station, and other shops. One of the nicest parts of our stay was dealing with the owner of the home. He was very easy to contact and very helpful with all of our requests. This is a great home in a great location. We Highly recommend this property.

we wanted to spend a week in marco island just to relax and get away from the hussel and bussel,and let me say we had a great week,this house has everything you can need and more,very clean,very quiet nieghborhood,awesome pool and mike really goes out of his way to make sure there is everything you can possibly need and more,mike is a very attentive owner who cares about your stay,i highly recommend this property if your looking to stay in Marco island,i know i will stay at this property everytime i head that way,thanks again for everything Mike

EXCELLENT VILLA MARCO ISLAND
We looked and looked for hours, trying to find the perfect place for our family to vacation. Then we stumbled up on the Villa Marco Island. We finally all voted and decided on this place.
We made a great decision in the end and indeed. Everyone loved this place. The house is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The house worked great for everything we wanted - well equipped kitchen, great and clean pool, perfect Family room, comfy living room with great 60” TV and several flat screens TV’s in the bedrooms, fishing poles and even beach chars and umbrella for our use at the beach. We loved the location and convenience to all the restaurants, grocery stores, gym, tennis courts, beach, ice cream shops and marina. However, we found ourselves becoming more lazy as the week went on and enjoyed staying by the pool all day, soaking up on the sun or sitting on the deck and grilling and at night enjoying the camp fire.
My kids loved fishing of the dock and seawall and running around the yard.
We enjoyed sitting in comfortable arm chars at the Boat dock, watching the Sunset and seeping cold drinks.
My elderly mother was wondering thru out the property with desire to explore and test all the setting areas.
The Host Mike, was helpful in answering all our questions. The check-in and the Entry was smooth. The Host provided us with special Entry Codes and we entered in to the Villa Marco Island ( the house). Villa was Air Conditioned and very clean before our arrival.
Our biggest pleasure was, that we had a chance to bring our little doge.
It all worked out great for us. We came from Europe and never regretted to travel that far to enjoy this house, beautiful water views, wonderful Florida weather, gorges Marco Island and wiled life around us.

This is the place that we will come to again and again many times in the future.
