Questo condominio premium fronte oceano diretto è situato all'estremità dell'ultimo piano del Beachers Lodge, situato sulla bellissima Crescent Beach. È una delle sole quattro unità terminali nell'edificio con queste fantastiche doppie viste sull'oceano sia dalla finestra della camera da letto che dal soggiorno. Ai nostri ospiti piace svegliarsi e semplicemente premere un pulsante per aprire la tenda oscurante telecomandata nella camera da letto per la loro prima vista sull'oceano della giornata. Vedrai e ascolterai le onde sulla spiaggia mentre ti rilassi in sistemazioni di lusso e di alta classe. Privati e finemente arredati, i servizi del condominio includono ripiani in granito, due letti da sogno queen size Beautyrest, biancheria da letto in cotone, decorazioni e arredi tropicali di qualità, cucina completa, caffè in camera, lussuosi mobili da giardino, tende oscuranti telecomandate in bambù, nuovi elettrodomestici , grandi TV a parete, sedie a sdraio e ombrellone, ecc. Posti letto 1-4 adulti molto comodamente in questa casa lontano da casa. Viene fornito un eccellente servizio Wi-Fi e TV via cavo. The place was perfect for my wife and I. We had easy access to St Augustine attractions. The beach is beautiful. The place is charming and as advertised. We would stay here again.

The description by the property owner was very misleading. The unit is very small (more like a hotel room with kitchenette). The LR furniture and DR table and 2chairs should be replaced. The sofa is very uncomfortable with no back-just cushions. The bathroom is so small that it was very difficult to close door for privacy. The second queen bed was a Murphy bed that went over the couch and took up entire living room when opened. The beach access was a very steep staircase which was difficult to maneuver for anyone with mobility issues. I was so upset and disappointed we left three days early from date originally planned for checkout.

We had a wonderful vacation! We loved St. Augustine! The condo was as stated and the view is stunning. The condo was equipped with everything we really needed and the murphy bed mattress is nice, thick and comfortable, that is usually not the case. The beach is beautiful and the umbrella and chairs you provided were a nice bonus. The pool is a nice size and very refreshing with updated chairs around the pool. Its an older building so its a little dated. It definitely does not have enough washers and dryers for the size of the building. As far as the condo was concerned, a few suggestions. Maybe provide a laundry basket since there are no washers or dryers on the 4th floor and maybe a few more hangers in the closet. The sofa is pretty outdated but it serves a purpose for the murphy bed, maybe a sofa cover might help.

Absolutely wonderful few days at the beach, in the most wonderful condo!!! Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the hosts made us feel so very welcome ❤️ The icing on the cake was the most spectacular ocean view!!! We look forward to our next stay in this condo!!!

First and foremost, the owner Carla is probably the nicest person on the planet. This condo was perfect for us. This 4th floor end unit made for beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. We even got to see a once in a lifetime full moon rise.

We loved staying here. You can watch sunrises every morning, and swim in the ocean every day. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. The two A/C units kept it very plenty cool at night to sleep, and during the day the ocean breezes were wonderful. There was a lot of info about local attractions. Parking was easy. We would stay definitely here again if we come back to the area

Yes the condo can only accommodate 2 grown adults. But the view was magnificent on a not so busy but beautiful beach. I have a few recommendations to make this stay a 10, replace the sofa immediately. It is hard to crawl out of at any age. Also, go to target and get better bedding. I enjoyed the fact that all paper products such as paper towels, Kleenex, tp, and trash bags were provided. Also coffee filters were a great add. The pool area was ocean front and heated. There were always many chairs available during our stay. Parking was easy and plentiful. My husband is a tv guy and was disappointed when we didn’t get to see the Masters golf tournament do to limited channels. I enjoyed reading the old man and the sea provided by owners. To each their own.

Though the condo was small, my husband and I felt we had enough space. The view of the beach was perfect and the pool was warm and lovely. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying meals.
We did have two issues:
the uncomfortable couch which only had a large cushion for a back and the lack of basic items like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and coffee that many places offer.
However, if you want a place directly on the beach, this is it!

Perfect getaway. Very clean, easy check-in. Close to St.Augustine attractions. Easy access to beach or heated pool. Everyone we encountered on the property was so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

It’s all about the view! As others mentioned the sofa is very uncomfortable. The unit is small but fine for 2. Towels, washcloths and beach towel’s were tired and stained. Beach chairs provided were very low so didn’t use. All in all a very pleasant stay especially with the huge waves coming in from Lee. Lots of surfers!

the property was nice and well kept. the people working on property were very nice. the owner of the condo easy to talk to and respond very quickly. the beach had beautiful soft sand and great waves to play in. not crowded. public access is close and Saturday was busier. close enough to town to enjoy that too. only bummer, coin washers & not enough wash cloths/towels for our stay.

I can’t even begin to describe what a fun time my husband and I had. We had never been to st Augustine before, but we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing, perfect size for us. It was so clean, the bed was soooo comfortable, and the view is worth a million bucks. If you’re even considering booking this room, just do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The owners of this property are super great. They contacted us and made sure we had all we needed to get into the Condo, prior to our arrival. The balcony and bedroom have awesome views of the beach and morning sunrise. It is an end unit on the top (4th) floor (there are elevators) and it was nice and quiet our entire stay. We were a little surprised at the size of the unit (it was smaller than we thought). But it was nice for the two of us. The bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean, linens were nice and we had a great stay. It was decorated very Beachy and fun. 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the closet.! We recommend you eat at Mango Mango’s and Harry’s. Old town St. Augustine is only 15 mins away. We would come back again.

We had good and bad experiences. The good: The condo is tastefully decorated, bathroom is beautiful and practical as well as the kitchen. Enjoyed the remote controlled blind in the bedroom. The condo complex is simple but nice, awesome large pool, great access to the beach. Well the bad: The couch, bed and the chairs on the balcony is very uncomfortable. The toilet clogs easily (no, no wipes tossed in) had to buy a plunger. The toilet tank water doesn’t stop running unless we pulled the handle all the way up. The condo was quickly cleaned I guess, dishes weren’t clean, pots and pans had burnt food in them. The beach chairs in the cloth closet were full with sand. The A/C units ineffective, the whole condo was dump and not cold, they’re loud and the one in the bedroom poured water on the floor when it was storming outside. When I contacted the owner she kindly advised placing a baking pan underneath and use towels to dry up the 1/2 “ puddle from the floor. It’s visible that those units are not insulated well. I was also told that it’s absolutely normal in FL because of the storms. Well I’m from FL too..Also was told that the building is old… well still should be fixed.So extra mopping, laundry, cleaning, washing dishes before even use them, watch the toilet etc. were not dplanned activities on my vacation. I didn’t expect Ritz Carlton but a clean place with functioning things and not doing extra work other than cleaning after ourselves.

My husband and I loved this place! It was cute and quaint, but with enough room to accommodate us. The location was perfect, as it’s right on the beach and within a 15 minute drive to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip back! Beacher’s Lodge will be our place in St. Augustine!

We loved the location and the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach. It was a perfect size for a couple. The only negative I would say is the couch is not comfortable to sit on. It’s hard and slants forward.

We have rented at Beachers Lodge for many years and would definitely rent this unit again.The owners were easy to get in touch with and work with. It was obvious the owners take pride in their condo! Crescent Beach is a clean beach with beautiful soft, white sand and the views from the condo are wonderful. We enjoyed the beachy theme of the wall decorations and the comfy chairs on the balcony. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided -- beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Nice condo on the beach
The condo was very nicely decorated. The ocean views were wonderful. The condo is the smallest condo we have ever rented but we spent most of our time on the beach (which was much more crowded than we expected). The kitchen is supplied with just bare basics needed for cooking. No pot holders to remove hot items from oven. Couch was very uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice beach vacation we even saw a dolphin twice.

Clean and great view
This unit is at the opposite end of where the pool and beach access is but it's not too bad of a walk. Living room A/C went out the day after we arrived and we were unable to reach the owners for several days. They were out of town so we made do with the bedroom A/C. Once they were back in town they came out and replaced the unit within 15 min but we were leaving the day after anyway. I had texted and called the owner asking if we could pay to stay one more day but didn't get a response. We also advised the owners that the people below us were smoking weed making it unpleasant for us to sit outside on the patio 3 days in a row. The view was great but we but the stench was making us sick. I know the owners don't have control over what others do but it would have been nice to know who to report that to if unable to reach them directly. The front office couldn't do anything since they do not own that unit. The unit was very clean but some of the appliances need to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Outside of those issues we enjoyed St. Augustine and visiting several of the museums and did the Dead Walk ghost tour which was interesting. Overall our stay was good we just wished there was a better way to reach the owners when issues occurred.

Awesome vacation
We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Sunrise was spectacular! Only thing i would change if i could would be the sofa. I know it may be a high end, but not very comfy, but spent most time outside so it was fine 😊Thank you Carla and Bill . Hope to be back next year!

Great Hosts and Property Managers
A major problem came up just a week prior to arrival. The unit's beach front balcony was closed for renovation. The hosts arranged a similar unit in the same building on short notice. Great Hosts! And the on site property managers were very responsive to questions and concerns.
