Six related adults arrived in stages a few days before Christmas to spend time together, ski, & create meals as well as to dine out. We found the house very comfortable with all of the perks - the location, flexible sleeping arrangements, heated floors, hot tub & house supplies. We would gladly return!

Our group of 12, ages 5-75, had the best vacation ever! The house size and layout was perfect! The stream behind the house entertained the kids for hours! Everything we needed was provided… kitchen and dining table were huge! Kids loved the media room. Easy walk to town! We are hoping to return again soon! Loved every minute!

This was my summer trip with my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. We get together every summer and rent a VRBO that is large enough for all to stay and hang out. As usual this place was great.

We had13 adults in our group and the house was a nice set up for a group this size - large kitchen, mostly en-suite bedrooms and a pretty large family room. It is in need of updating however. Couches and beds are quite worn and we had some issues with the stove, coffee maker, master shower handle, and hot tub. The caretaker Sonya was super responsive though and quickly addressed all of our issues. If there was a welcome basket for us we missed it because we were not told about it. This is an excellent ski in ski location. Just a short walk to the trail and a quick ski down to multiple lifts. All in all we had a wonderful week.

The house was large and spacious. We had several couples and everyone had enough room to spread out. Kitchen had plenty of items for cooking for large groups.

Unable to access the property with 15 other family members in tow. No response on the day of check-in. Only office number is available, and no one returned my voicemails. I did receive a text from an unknown person/number several days prior regarding the property. Unfortunately, after checking, there was no mention of the number, name, or any other information on the property website indicating that this person was associated with the property. Additionally, communication via the Vrbo messaging was also sporadic and completely unhelpful in gaining access to the property. As it turns out, I was sent an email with the access code, which got caught up in my firm's spam filter. Not knowing this, my attempts to communicate via the Vrbo messaging function as well as contacting the only phone number provided did not help. In other words, the model works like this: 1) you pay in all in advance, 2) they send you several days in advance, an email from a generic email address with the access code (which, given the generic nature of the email address, can get caught in a spam filter), 3) there is no verification of receipt of such email, either with a phone call, or via the Vrbo messaging app, 4) there is no name, cell phone, or any other direct contact associated with the property that is given out either on the property website, OR, during the Vrbo messaging app, so there is no way to know that the person that texts you has anything to legitimately do with the property. I have previously rented a similar property a few doors down on the same street. In that instance, the property manager's info, including cell phone and email, was provided, so when communication flipped to email and texts, it was seamless and verifiable. With this property, there is a significant lack of transparency and communication. My last interaction with them (after the fact), they hung up on me. So in sum, I paid up front, and 15 other members of my family NEVER set foot into the property because we couldn't. Hence, the nightmare title of this review.

The house was clean and well taken care of. We had a group of 6 adults, 7 kids (cousins) and everyone had plenty of space. We appreciated the special Jackson Hole area treats that they left for us and messages to make sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

House location was fantastic!! The interior furniture is a bit worn. The hot tub did not work which was a major disappointment. The fire place did not work as well.

As nice as the pictures of this home were, it was more impressive once we arrived. The ceiling heights and scale of the rooms were fantastic. The kitchen was very well appointed, large and can handle multiple people working on meals and for our group that made prep and cleanup easy. The location is, of course, phenomenal and given there aren't too many ski-in ski-out homes in Jackson hole, I'd highly recommend the convenience. One other point is most of the bedrooms do have their own bathroom. a huge plus. This is my third trip to Jackson Hole and all have been incredible and this home did not disappoint. The owner was also very responsive to answer any questions I had. A great experience all around!

The house was amazing. My only complaints: the hot tub and fireplace were broken. Otherwise absolutely amazing and wonderful. Kitchen made cooking a breeze. Bedrooms were wonderful. Drying boot rack in garage was a great extra touch.

Very nice house in a good location. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for my family and friends. We very much enjoyed staying here. They only negative was that there is no air conditioning in the house, so we were instructed to open the windows overnight and in the early morning to cool the house for the day and to use fans to circulate the air. It was a little warm for us at bedtime due to this. I would still recommend the property and would stay there again.

The property is very nice., very clean, great kitchen, wonderful location. The property manager sent up great direct, provided suggestions on restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, trips and places not to be missed in the Jackson Hole area. Also even provided us with a rollaway bed for a family member who has trouble with the stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Teton Village is the perfect location for hiking and enjoying he outdoors. It is nestled in Grand Tetons and just a short drive to Jackson and Yellowstone. Tons of great hikes just footsteps from your front door

We thoroughly enjoyed this house in a excellent location, the Teton Village, and it is a great house for a large group. It is close to Jackson and the spectacular Grand Teton National Park, God’s wonderful creation!!

Outstanding property with great proximity to the slopes and village. We had 2 families and the 3 bedrooms up and 3 down created great separation. Kitchen very well stocked!Would go back for sure-

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house offered classic Jackson vibes with an even better location next to the slopes. The management team was super responsive and made our stay very welcoming. The house brought out group so much closer together and we would stay here again any time!

What a fantastic trip! The house was perfect for our needs - spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen, and cozy living area. It's hard to beat the location of this spot - right on the side of the slopes, and a 5 minute walk (max) to the town. The manager was very responsive, and in general, everything went off without hitch. If I was think of anything negative, then the water pressure in some of showers could have been improved - but still perfectly acceptable. Thank you so much for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The layout was perfect and the movie theater was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Granite Ridge. The house was wonderful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was very large and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked. The movie room was a lot of fun and the equipment worked well. The jacuzzi was also very nice after a long day of hiking. The location was great. We could walk to Teton Village for coffee and dinner. The Four Seasons is right next door with a nice bar and restaurant. The gondola is also close by and there were a number of great hiking trails to choose from. Teton National Park is a very short drive and Yellowstone is only about an hour away. We can't wait to bring the whole family back soon.
