We came to stay in the area for a nearby wedding. It accommodated our family of 9 adults and 6 children very comfortably with room to spare. Most had their own bathrooms as well. Large table to accommodate large group for dinner. The kids and adults loved the hot tub! Overall great stay with great communication with the host for any issues we had.

If you stay in the house, you have the beautiful covered back patio looking out at the perfectly manicured backyard with only the sound of apples falling with a soft thud on the perfect lawn. If you go, you can walk to the old sawmill downtown for shopping, dinner, or coffee. If want more of an adventure, you can run, ride, or drive to Muir Beach. Another day you can go for a hike through Muir Redwoods National Monument. Then come back home to enjoy the hot tub under the stars outside the upstairs bedrooms. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

I never got there because my husband was hospitalized. However, those.who were there sent back very positive reports. It was nice to have spacious lively quarters so other friends and relatives good meet with us all, as their own residences were too full. Jose was very helpful ; however, we had great difficulty getting his phone numbers which is a problem previous renters have noted. I would definitely recommend this place based on the feedback from the family who did get to go, ages 1 through 51.

Enjoyed our stay in Mill Valley. Nice location, close to all needs (including ice cream store!). Very relaxing home, we especially enjoyed sitting in the outdoor seating/dining area. Hot tub facing Mount Tam another plus. Jose is a very relaxed host, very much enjoyed renting his home.

Perfect for friends and family from east coast attending a wedding in Sausalito. Glad to have so many bathrooms to get ready for the wedding. The back porch is best part of the house.

It was a great place Cozy Sycamore. We loved the great gathering spots in the house and the patio was set up for gatherings. A big table to eat at and an outdoor sofa for casual, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. My Thanks to the Fuente's family. Warren/Hank

The house was very clean and had a lot of dishes, etc. It is not fancy, but comfortable- the only update I would recommend would be to replace the carpet. We really enjoyed the back patio. The hot tub looked very nice (we did not use it) Short walk down to MIll Valley for shops, restaurants, etc- 20 minute drive to the city or a quick ferry ride from Larkspur or Tiburon. Highly recommend.

The neighbour was beautiful. We were also able to get to San Franciso by catching the ferry in Larkspur. Great house and location. Absolutely recommend it to others and hope to return again.

This Mill Valley home was the perfect place for our family to gather for my mother‘s memorial, The bedrooms were spacious and so was all of the living area. I also loved that we could walk into town to visit with other family members. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Appreciated the public spaces for our family to be together for my husband’s memorial. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, several dining areas and good functioning kitchen all worked out well for us. I loved seeing all your family’s pictures, lots of love. Thank you for having this venue for us. It was a god send to stay in abuela’s casa.

Many, huge bedrooms, almost all with individual full bathrooms for privacy. Separation of bedrooms was equally beneficial for different family situations. We only slept 7 adults and 5 kids, but could have had many more. Amenities were top notch and plentiful. Never seen so many pots and pans, a futuristic Breville toaster and cool refrigerator, not to mention the additional fridge on the backyard patio. Fenced in backyard beautiful with great play area and even sports equipment. Kids had a blast. The location was perfect too. Situated between two Whole Foods locations (walkable) and other stores. Short walk to nice park too. This is the type of home you'd rather own than rent. Clearly the owners live there too, which must be why it is so nice. They don't treat it like a rental, but rather like their own home. Don't pass this one up.

Super beautiful property with sweet sanctuary-like backyard, comfy beds and a superb kitchen-open porch combo. Great cozy neighborhood within walking distance of good stuff.

The house is amazing, property was really clean, and if you have a big family this spot is ideal. I reserved this house for my family and I for my wedding weekend in the Marin headlands, and it was wonderful. Thanks Jose!
