The place was good, though in need of some basic maintenance. BBQ was filthy and didn't work properly. Got caught up in a power blackout that lasted for ~24 hours, there was a torch with no batteries! Lucky we bought a camping lantern! Kids loved it adults not so much!

very spacious, overall very clean, the blinds in the upstairs lounge were difficult to open and/or close. The view to the beach was fantastic. It is a pity that linen and towels were not provided as it meant extra luggage. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Properly was well placed with beach views and close enough to walk. Property gets hot with the afternoon sun. Floor standing fans supplied but would be so much better with an upgrade to ceiling fans

The main issue for us was the lack of an air conditioner upstairs and being elderly the stairs without a rail were difficult for my wife who has a hip problem.There was also an ant problem.House would be fine for a young family.

No necessities were provided at all. The property needs improvement. Outdated furniture with dirty covers. At least instant coffee or sugar should be in the house. Had to wash all our clothes because we had to sit down on dirty covers, felt gross. Paying over $700 for 2 nights and had to drive to the local IGA to buy a coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was ridiculous. Also, No Wi-Fi, what century are we living. When we called the management team regarding the wifi we were told to tell our 12 year old daughter to lie about wifi as we should say “Due to 5G, the property had no wifi”.

It was a fantastic weekend away, really enjoyed staying at this property and had amazing views and comfortable beds! The only let downs were no Wi-Fi and you have to pay $20 extra for 1 fitted sheet per bed! That was a bit ludicrous! But all in all a great place to stay and I’d definitely come back 😊

Spacious house and good location but lacks proper cleaning and presentation and maintenance
Upstairs carpet extremely dirty and stained needs a really good clean or replacement
Barbecue needs replacing as wok burner does not work due to starter key missing and handle to cabinet underneath is also missing
Front windows dirty understand salt from ocean but bird droppings on windows should have been removed
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if above rectified as a good distance to come from Perth for a weekend
Have cleaned and vacuumed before we left

Great house and perfectly located with easy walk to the beach. Great balcony and house comes with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and large kitchen.

We were told property had reverse cycle air conditioning for heating. No air conditioning at all.
Freezing the whole time we were there and no Wi fi. Misinformed on every level.

Gorgeous view only a few houses from the beach
Nice clean house, plenty of space for everyone. Gorgeous view from the balcony and only a couple of houses from the beach. And short drive or long walk into the main township for essentials.
This house doesn't have any heating or aircon, it was a winter stay so was freezing cold. I'd presume very hot in summer so would suggest a reverse cycle being installed for added comfort.
Also some brighter lighting in the upstairs bathroom and living area would be beneficial as it was very dark showering.
