Ideal location - Across from Sugarhouse Park. Newly renovated.
Non esiste un'altra opzione che ti dia una sistemazione così bella e nuova in una posizione così privilegiata a un prezzo così ragionevole. Periodo.

* Questa casa è stata rimodellata da cima a fondo nel 2014. Tutti i pavimenti, armadi, bagni, finestre, elettrodomestici ... tutto ... è stato sostituito per darti l'esperienza più confortevole possibile.
* Sugarhouse. Se conosci Salt Lake, sai che questo è il quartiere più caldo e centrale della valle. A pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti, a mezzo miglio dall'autostrada, a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto SLC, a 10 minuti dal centro città o all'Università dello Utah, e la tua stazione sciistica preferita è a meno di 30 minuti.
*Spazio. Molte case dicono che dormono 12 persone ma sono 2/3 camere da letto, il che significa che la gente dorme in ogni angolo della casa. Questa casa è di 4 camere da letto con due ampie zone soggiorno e una cucina meravigliosa. In questa casa avrai un sacco di spazio durante il giorno, mentre le camere decorate West Elm saranno calde e invitanti di notte.

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

The property was very nice and clean. Loved having the split floor plan of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Very spacious, and great location! Beautiful Park directly across the street, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful home and very clean.
The only downside there was not any shampoo and body wash in upstairs bathroom but no big deal for sure.

We were in the Sugar House area for a wedding and this worked perfect for us. We loved gmhav8ng the park across the street and being able to easily walk each morning for coffee but best of slll, this prpperty was SO Clean! My experienxed "vrbo-renting" daughter-in-laws said it was the cleanest house they had ever stayed in! Emily was quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay and the check- in process was easy. Our only recommendation would be to add a mirror to the other bedroom upstairs (very minor!) We would definitely stay again!!! THANK YOU!

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

Stayed here with my family while on a work trip in Salt Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable, the location is great, and communication with the host was excellent throughout.

The house is very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The owners were attentive and easy to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others as well.

This home was ideal for a guy's ski weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and easy access to the mountains. And loads of room.

Enjoyed a fun week with my family! The house was very spacious. Loved having the sitting areas on the both the first floor and the lower level. Both were great spaces to gather, play games and watch TV. The kitchen was well stocked and the open concept made cooking and entertaining very easy.

This is a very well appointed home with all the essentials stocked, nice linens, hand soaps and sufficient cookware and basics for your dining in needs The home accommodates four couples comfortably with ample space and seating . It is across a busy street from a nice walking park and has good freeway access. The parking can be a challenge.

Everything at this house was perfect! Check in and out were so easy. It was a great location to get around town quickly and easily. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful clean home with a great view
This house has either just been built or is completely remodeled the home is very clean and has more added bonuses than any other VRBO I have stayed at… It’s nice to check into a place and not have to worry rather there’s going to be salt and pepper.. that sort of thing… would definitely recommend for families. It has a great view of the mountains in the backyard.

Great house,. Good bedrooms. Clean. Nice bathrooms. Only downside is the fact that it is on a busy road., though it is right across from Sugarhouse park.

Wonderful experience
The house was perfect for a large family, very cool and comfortable (and if you have small kids, having Sugarhouse Park across the street is a definite plus!) When there was an appliance hitch, Emily was quick to respond and the problem was fixed right away. Highly recommended!

Perfect location
Perfect house in a perfect location. I stayed with my four teenagers and we had so much fun. House was big enough for all of us. We walked to stores and restaurants daily. The park across the street is just lovely. Easy on and off the interstate also to get around Salt Lake. The air conditioner was greatly appreciated and made for a very comfortable stay. We will for sure stay here again next time we visit Salt Lake City.

Very Clean
The house was very clean which I greatly appreciated and the owner was easy to get a hold of via text. I would rent again. If I were to improve anything, I would say to add a TV to the living room and the bedrooms that don't have one. Otherwise, it was great.

Utah Ski Trip
The house & property manager were great! Really cool neighborhood. Walking distance to the restaurants in Sugarhouse and park. Easy access to the highway for a short drive to the nearby ski resorts. Highly recommend this property.

Wife’s Birthday
Rented the house for my wife and her sisters to have a night out. Property was perfect to accommodate 6 adults and they had a great time. Emily was prompt in all of her communication leading up to the stay. Great property!

Our best VRBO stay yet!
Clean, cozy, ideal in every way for our family. Well stocked, great location right across the street from Sugarhouse Park where we enjoyed daily walks and runs. Although house is on busy street, traffic noise inside is minimal.

Sugar House
Sugar House was located in a great location for our stay. Close to shops and hiking trails. Communication with owner was quick, house was clean and spacious.

The water and ice maker in the frig weren’t working. We couldn’t find a dish cloth to wash the counter tops or wash dishes. There was literally a 1.5”x1.5” sponge to use. It would have been nice to have a few boxes of tissues in the house. Also each bedroom needs a dresser and a full length mirror. Only 1 out of the 4 bedrooms had both. It’s not pleasing to unpack and put your personal belongings on top of a desk. Also, the downstairs shower needs a shelf/basket to hold the shampoos.
