Questa casa è stata costruita nel 2016 e ha pavimenti in legno massello con una pianta aperta con soffitti da 9 'nel soggiorno con camino a gas e nuovissima smart TV da 55 ", che si trasforma e guarda nella zona pranzo e una nuova cucina con isola centrale, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, illuminazione ad incasso, aria condizionata centralizzata, accesso wireless a Internet gratuito, terrazza esterna al primo e secondo piano con sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole e rilassarsi, veranda con sedie a sdraio, nuova griglia esterna e posti a sedere un nuovissimo patio. Doccia esterna fuori dal patio. Completamente avvolgente recinzione in vinile per sicurezza e tranquillità per le famiglie di giocare all'aperto. Un bagno completo e camera da letto completano il primo piano. Il secondo piano ha altre 4 camere da letto tra cui il master con bagno padronale completo. Balcone esterno al 2 ° piano, nella parte anteriore della casa, con ingressi dall'ospite e dalla camera da letto principale.

Great weekend stay with group of friends.

I spent a weekend here to celebrate a birthday with some friends and we had a great stay! The house is in a great location if you want to be in a quieter area, just steps from the beach, and still close to restaurants, attractions and night life. It’s very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The host Hank was amazing!!! If anything came up he was so quick to respond and he addressed any issues right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house on the ocean side of Long Beach Island. The main floor bedroom was great for my older parents. All the kids and other adults stayed upstairs. Open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out. It was nice to have towels and bed linens provided. Perfect house for families with young kids or teens.

The house was very nice and relatively new, not luxurious. The fenced in yard, outdoor shower and furniture were all lovely and the proximity to the beach was great.
The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen was not. The pots and pans in the kitchen were worn and scratched up and only a 2 slice toaster was provided in a house that accomadateds 10. Much of the living area seating was tired and the sectional in the living room was dirty and worn and the lounge section of it was very saggy.
We paid $350 for linen service and the beds were unmade when we arrived and the linen bundle had 2 bath towels per bed, no hand towels or wash cloths.
The king bed in the primary bedroom was the worst mattress we have ever tried to sleep on. The second floor balcony off the master had no furniture however there are two adirondack chairs pictured in the listing.
While the house was close to the beach it was also right on the noisy boulevard. The proximity to the beach, the fenced yard and ample parking were great.

We had a great stay here! The house itself was in great condition and clean. You can hear the noise of the traffic, but the beach is on the same street (2 minute walk to sand) so it was acceptable! When we arrived the blinds in the bedroom were broken, so I contacted the host. He responded promptly and had someone come to fix it quickly. The man that came to fix it was very sweet. It's a great location, close to Bayvillage and Fantasy Island. The only improvment/suggestion I have for the owner is to add a firepit in the backyard since there isn't a pool. Adding a firepit or string lights would make this magical.
I recommend and would return!

My family and I had the most incredible stay at this property (8 of us) for memorial day weekend. The property was new, beautiful, evidently deeply cleaned and the whole check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. We will be back if we can! Huge thanks to Hank!

The house was updated and clean. Owner was nice and a pleasure to work with. The location is a very easy walk to the beach with was great. The beach was ideal - plenty of space for everyone. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic from the main road inside the house (though at night it is pretty quiet).

The house accommodated our two adult children, their spouses, 4 grandchildren and us, the two grandparents. Everything was clean and in order when we checked in seamlessly. The fenced in yard was a boon to the young children and the location near the beach was wonderful. There is some street noise as one side of the property is on Long Beach Boulevard but the traffic dies down at night so the sound did not interrupt sleeping. Nicely equip residence. We had a blast!

We rented this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and daughters birthday. It was perfect Be aware the house is right on the main road so it’s a bit loud. The backyard has a wonderful fence so it’s great to have the kids play outside safely. Easy walk to both the ocean and bay.Plenty of space and very well maintained!!

We had a lovely time here. The house is in great condition. Location can't be beat - less than 5 minutes and you're at the beach.

The family had a wonderful vacation at the property. The beach is a short walk away and the Bay Park was within walking distance. The home was clean and well kept. The beaches were very clean and not overly crowded. We would certainly consider going back in the future.
