Cazarea, personalul, meniul variat si bogat, niciodata nu lipsea nici un fel de mancare cum se termina era adusa tava plina. Camera generoasa mobilier modern, tv mare conectat la internet Netflix. Asternuturi impecabile prosape schimbate zilnic. Piscina calda si suficient de mare.... si poate am nimerit in seria cu oameni civilizati nimeni nu punea prosoape sa rezerve....La plaja șezlonguri si umbrela doar pentru clientii hotelului. Băutură la discretie marca Savoy....de la whisky pana la vodca si gin ... acceptabil...berea light, vinul sec.

Kranevo este o statiune cu 2 zone una abandonata cu hoteluri vechi părăsite comuniste unde te intorci in timp si alta în apropierea plajei cu 5 hoteluri super. Fara faleza zona de plimbare.... mai rustic asa...

Curatenia lasa de dorit peste tot,mancare f slaba,nu lipsea peste( ff mic),nu era diversificata,cafeaua ff proasta,nu exista bar pe plaje,plaja privata cu sezlonguri departe .Nu recomand!Raport pret-confort minus!

What can I say? Everything was very good. Exceeded expectations. Very kind staff, delicious food, nice cleanliness and order everywhere, both in the restaurant and in the room. Hot water pool. In a word, I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone, especially families. We were here for the first time, but not the last!!!

What could have been a little better were the evening shows. Because after two days, you'll miss the walk and sit on the terrace with a beer watching a show. The other is the afternoon pizza and the ice cream. You stand in line for twenty minutes, which is quite uncomfortable. The pizza is delicious though.

The beach and space designated for hotel guests was nice. Lots of generous alcohol pours. The hotel manager (and most of the staff) seemed to be engaged and involved, friendly to guests, and wanting to be accommodating. They seemed like they were trying. It felt like it would be a better fit for families looking for programming and music. It was not a good place for couples. And we were one of the few couples there.

We had chosen this hotel as a relaxing end of our honeymoon. The hopes we had as a couple was that it would be peaceful, easy/no decisions (with food and drinks included), luxurious and romantic. Unfortunately, this did not meet our expectation. The hotel did not seem to be fully booked and yet the facilities was constantly crowded. The pictures of the hotel on the website are very misleading. The pool, in reality, was smaller and unimpressive. It was constantly crowded, full with lots of children running around, people smoking in the chairs all around you such that it always smelled like cigarettes, etc. It felt like you were sort of pitted against other guests for a spot at the pool where there was very limited chairs / umbrellas and people would claim and race to chairs when one freed up. There were some very enthusiastic and well-intended "animation" program women who would go around trying to get us to participate in their pool exercise dances, and were running programs for kids. They were kind but it was disruptive to our stay. There were also speakers at the pool next to the sole-outdoor bar that were blaring loud music for large portions of the day. It was not relaxing. The staff was generous in portions and serving of the alcohol. And the food / drink timing was labeled at the hotel. But the food was only available at certain times. And while the meals / buffets always included entrees, fruit, salad, soup, sides, etc., the food available outside of those time was slim, store-bought, and not presented sanitarily such that sometimes we would not feel comfortable eating it. It again felt like we were at odds with other guests to get first dibs at the food before it became old / picked over. Our room was very muggy/soggy smelling, and there was remnants of sand in the bathroom particularly in our shower that didn't drain properly.

Highly recommended!!! Good value for the price we paid. Big thank you to managers Veselina (reception) and Guinai (restaurant), bar staf Stanislav and Pavel, restaurant and room stewarts staff....they all did a great job. Very polite and welcoming. As per request, the manager had a little heart shaped towels with rose petals and a huge cake waiting for us in the room, as my wife is pregnant. The food is delicios and good selection of bar drinks. Very good location, close to the beach. Private loungechairs and umbrelas by the beach. Overall great experience!!!

the food was good, but lacking in variety. I also didn’t like all the vegetation on the way to the beach. It could have been easily cut.
