Pretty clean, nice kitchen & oven. Pool was pretty clean and nice even w/o lifeguard. layout was good. ease of checking in. employees were very nice and extremely helpful

(we had a 2 bed/2 bath) the only issue was my bathrooms sink would not drain unless i opened and closed the drain with the switch then it would slowly drain (maybe 15-20 mins) which sucked bc i stayed in the area for surgery and wasn’t supposed to be moving my arms at all and had to bother my caregiver to open the drain. the shower & kitchen drains were fine and my caregiver had no issues with her bathroom sink or shower drain either.

The staff answered everything I asked about and supplied all the information needed to enjoy my stay. Whenever I had an issue they helped right away.

Very clean and well equipped, which made it very convenient for us with a 3 year old child. Appliance functioned very well and easy to use, and they had all what we might need during a one week stay. I loved that they had a bathroom in each room, and the style of furniture is really nice, bright, and welcoming.

The only downside was that we could hear the neighbors footsteps and doors closing. We were lucky our neighbors slept early. They do have a keep quite policy during night, but I'm not sure this is enough if you have noisy neighbors.

Great location, apartment was very clean.

The residents above us had kids and would make noise up to 12 am, which I would dial 0 for the front desk, but no one answered. Coming off a 11 hr drive and having to wait til quiet time at 10 pm really didn't sit well. Lastly the beds advertise as queen I even spoke with someone which I have in email they confirmed it was a queen because I was skeptical after seeing the pictures, but it wasn't, The beds are full.

Gorgeous property! VERY clean!! Comfy beds! The pool area was wonderful! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!

The required minimum stay worked perfectly for us, but if we had been staying less nights we would have missed out on this wonderful place

The room was ok.

We had rented car which was parked at the hotel parking. The main information provided to us was that parking door are being locked every night at 8. We came back at 9 and the door was open. We parked the car as we did few days before. The next day our rented car was damaged, someone entered the parking lot and stole catalytic converter. We informed the hotel receptionist and she said that she will call the police. We were with two small kids and being in this hotel you assume you will be protected. The receptionist NEVER called police, we did it even though hotel should have done it, it happened at their parking lot. The hotel NEVER said WE are sorry, NEVER!! Explanation was it is Sunday, our manager is not here! But you do rent rooms on Sunday too, right_ They just left us in this situation with two small kids and we just came from Europe!!!!! they asked me to fill some form, the name of the hotel was not the same, they insisted even though I was taking care of the baby while my husband was with other child calling the police! We asked for cameras videos, hotel refused saying they do not cover that part of parking, really> The worst experience ever in our life! The room not so bad, people from reception were nice and friendly and very helpful, except for this situation, however when it comes to serious things, we did NOT feel safe anymore there, they were big failure and acted completely unprofessional. Also, when I left my previous review they responded me with wrong name, as they just read what they want to hear. So unprofessional. I had to be true to myself and to write what happened in order to protect other people who decide to visit this hotel!!!! Do not expect help in serious situations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cleanliness was exceptional, and guest services kept you up to date on any modifications to your reservation. Guest Services will charge your credit card without your permission. However, if you have control over your finances, they will contact you. If you want service, you must ask for it.

Staff are a little snooty, yet they mind their business. There are no discounts available!
