Location was great walking distance to town and to the Quicksilver lift. The kids loved the loft area! Layout was nice and had a lot of room, more room than we needed, for our family of 5. We walked to the Breckenridge Ale House & Pizza, we enjoyed this thin crust pizza and the Super Slice!I couldn’t find the Recycling bins at the complex however Breckenridge town has a recycling center 8 minutes away off of Hwy 9 on Coyne Valley Road which was a very easy stop on our way out of Breck. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work very well, some of the cups had to be washed again but we may have had trouble figuring out how to turn it on/ off. The units do not have ski lockers so we left our skis in the car which worked out well, easier than carrying them up and down the flights of stairs. There is a walking path to the Quicksilver lift from parking lot so easy for our kids to follow the signs to the hill. The management company was proactive in reaching out during our stay to confirm everything was good, they were very responsive and helpful with questions during our stay and even brought an extra fan that we wanted to use while there. We had an issue with the oven handle and they were very quick to send someone to fix it for us. We wish we would have used the wood burning fireplace but we forgot to get firewood, so we will next time. We plan to stay there again !

Our group of four adults was very comfortable in this two bedroom plus loft condo. The location was in walking distance to the lift (not able to ski to/from but a short walk even with fresh snow). The stairs to the condo were a daily challenge after skiing but not an issue. The area at the entranceway in our condo was convenient for storing our skis (no storage at ground level). Parking was very convenient at the base of the stairs - no trouble getting a spot on the weekend.Inside the rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Both bedrooms on the same floor as the living/kitchen area, the loft up the spiral staircase and open to the living/kitchen area. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water. The hot tub was a quick walk from the condo - we returned in wet suits, boots and a towels only through the snow and didn't feel cold, so short was the walk.The kitchen had the pots/pans/dishes/utensils and oil/various spices/salt (nothing in fridge/freezer provided) needed for dinner prep. Only items we wished we brought were foil and plastic wrap for leftovers and sandwich wrapping. The coffee maker needs an upgrade or different filter papers - it didn't drain into the carafe well and never tasted right even with four days to experiment (we brought our own coffee - supplied was Folgers). The sofas were great for the four of us and the table and breakfast bar made for comfortable eating. Overall the entire space was clean.When texting the property management the response was within minutes. We'd stay here again.

The condo was in a great location to Main Street and skiing. Everything is walkable. The condo is comfortable and looks like pictures. We had an issue with the heating, the condo did not stay warm and we were cold a few times through our stay. Other suggestions would be to add new pillows and to clean the draws in the kitchen as there were crumbs and stuff from prior guests. Other than the above it was a nice stay.

Clean, spacious, well maintained and close to Peak 9 lifts as described

This was a great location. Very short walk to the slopes and down town. Although it didn’t have its own private hot tub, there were 4 hot tubs and plenty of room to spread out, even during peak ski season. We were also lucky enough to have stayed at the condo right after renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms so everything was really nice.
Check in was really easy and the hosts were very accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Motherlode condo. The unit was recently re-appointed and had a nice plush carpet and new tile in the bathrooms. The condo is, as mentioned in other reviews, all the way up on the third floor (no elevator) so we kept our skis in the car all week. The property management company, Summit Rentals, was very responsive and immediately addressed a couple of issues with kitchen appliances. My one important suggestion for the owners would be to improve the living area seating. There is only room for five (even though the unit sleeps 10-12) and that was pretty tight. A larger sectional sofa would do the trick.

Perfect location. Short walk to Charter Sports where we rent our gear and about 50 yards from the Quicksilver chair lift on Peak 9. Set-up inside the Motherload fit our need for 8 people well. Only complaint is no matches or lighter for the Duraflame logs that we purchased for the fireplace since it's not gas. Well, the pizza cutter could be better, but that's trivial.Definitely would rent again if back with more than 6 people!

Apartment was very nice and clean. Good location. Located less than 1/2 mile from main street. All amenities included in kitchen. Able to grocery shop and cook meals in apartment. Only bad thing, no elevators. had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Not easy when my wife and I are in our 60's. Wife broke foot on last day loading luggage into car.

Could be cleaner but good for the price
Overall we enjoyed the location and property. There were just a lot of cleanliness issues. Lights that were out, dishwasher with mold in it that wouldn't properly clean dishes, dust. Location was great and we had a good time.

Best Summer Vacation
This condo was everything we hoped for! Perfect for large families or group getaways. In a prime location, only a short walk from Main Street with restaurants and gift shops galore. Summit Mountain Rentals staff were absolutely amazing. They’re communication with renters was spot on, making the checking in and out process extremely smooth. We will definitely going back.

Lovely Place
We had a wonderful time staying here! Very central to lots of restaurants, parks, and shops. Lots of amenities to enjoy as well- you can pool and hot tub no matter the weather!

Convenient Location and roomy accomodation
Walking distance to both the chairlift (Quicksilver) and the town (main street). From the parking lot, just follow the blue sign on the trail to the ski slope. Make sure you go straight when you get to cross Columbine road. We turned and went around Marriott property on the first day there. Even the detour and extra walking it still only took us 10 minutes to get to the lift. With correct route, going straight and cross the blue river on the bridge, you should get there in just over 5 minutes. You can ski all the way back to the bridge from the slope in spring. I was told the bridge was covered with snow in the winter. Saw many people walking to the town for dinner. Kids loved the loft feature of the unit. Being on the top floor, the unit is very quiet and had very good view. You do need to climb three flights of stairs though which is fine in exchange of not hearing footsteps over the ceiling. One things to mention is the reliability of wifi internet. We lost internet service for at least two extended occasions. If you depend on internet connection for work, make sure you have alternative accessing method. We used our Verizon hotspot during the outage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here at Motherlode and would return when we come back to the area.

Lots of beds so could sleep large parties. Warm and well equipped. Good location to walk to the slopes. Could do with a little updating and more seating for the number of guests that can stay there. An electric fire would have been nice too rather than a real log fire as it would have been more convenient.

Great location. 10 minute walk to Quick Silver Lift, 15 minutes back (bit off an incline on the way back). Real challenge, the 3 flights of stairs to apartment. We left our skies in our parked car!!!! Once there, you do not need your car for anything. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Shared Pool and Hot tubs right next to this condo. You can see the facilities from the master bedroom window. Easy to check the crowd or availability of the facilities. Loft is essentially a 3rd, very large bedroom. Stairs do lead to lots of minor injuries. Took my teenagers about 2 days to master.

Perfect for Groups and Close to Everything!
This is a great condo for groups to stay in with plenty of beds and space for everyone! It's close enough to walk to a lot of things in town and super close to peak 9 which is great!
The only downside for us was the check-in experience. You have to stop at their office downtown which is almost a mile away and was very inconvenient for us since we took a shuttle to Breckenridge and didn't have a car so had to walk with our bags from the shuttle drop-off to the office and then either walk, take a bus, or Uber from their office to the condo so that was inconvenient.
Other than that we had a great stay! This is a great condo!

Great location to explore summer in Breckenridge. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops.

Tons of towells.Cons: Bathrooms outdated and had some mold. Floors were sticky in bathrooms . Main bath is very tight. Door opens and hits toliet. Bathroom rug looked dirty. Carpet throughout looked dirty and was very bumpy(?). This is 3rd floor unit and no elevator and never saw that info in listing.

Walking dustance to DT Breck shops, quiet, family friendly neighborhood
This condo was perfect for our family of 4, with more than enough room. We loved being on the top floor, and our girls loved the loft area. We used the pool and hot tub area every day. It was very quiet and neighbors were very respectful. We loved our quick drive or walk to the shops. Grocery and gondola were a quick drive away as well.

Good location - 5 min walk to lift, town. Good set-up - kids loved the loft, plenty of room in bedrooms.Average to poor condition - Christmas decorations in March? Art missing off the wall. Worn. All in all, a pretty good value.
