Great location and equipped condo. A short walk across the street to Siesta Key's main beach entrance. There is a lovely pool and amenities. I would definitely return.

Advertised that there was a wagon to pull things to the beach and keurig. Didn’t have either. Lock box for keys was broken. Did not attempt to fix.

I would give this 6/5 stars if I could. The location is perfect, the condo itself is so cute and perfect for 3 people. It has every amenity you can think of. Great kitchen with everything you need. Very short walk from the beach. Will be back!!

The location is nice and across the street from a public beach. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. The property was clean. roomy and was represented exactly as the description and pictures. We had an issue with the refrigerator and had to discard some food, we kept other things in our cooler. We did make the owners aware of situation but the issue was not resolved. It is supposed to be a gated community but the parking gate was only functional for the first 3 days…the gate to walk out was never locked. These are minor issues that can easily be resolved and I would recommend this property.

The condo was a perfect size. The only problem was there was an odor of dead fish. It took over a week to rid the condo of the odor. We contacted the owner and he gave us a couple of ideas but they didn’t really work.

This spot is a perfect location, right across from the beach and less than a mile to the village. Perfect for your vacay. The condo has everything to make your stay a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key! The condo is as described and had everything we needed. The use of the beach cart was awesome for the walk to and from the beach, which is beautiful!!

My kids and I stayed for six nights. Everything was just like the ad stated. You can literally see the beach across the street. I appreciated the covered parking spot. My kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit. I felt safe with it being a gated property. We hope to go back!

The most amazing part of our stay was being directly across the street from the best area of Siesta Key Beach. We walked the beach each morning and really felt this condo had the best part of the beach even versus the beach front properties. We also loved how close we were to Siesta Key Village, easy walking distant but of course trolly and golf cart services are also available and work on tips. The pool and fitness center were a plus and enjoyed meeting others staying in the complex. Jerry and Tina were good with communicating and the condo was a perfect place for us to stay while celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. We love Siesta Key and would love to stay here again!

This condo had everything we needed and was located right across the street from Siesta Key beach. The condo was clean, convenient and nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We definitely recommend staying here if your destination is Siesta Key beach!

Siesta Key is the BEST beach in Florida!!! Our stay at this condo was excellent. The beach was a short walk from the condo and everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, noodles and beach towels) were all provided. The queen size bed was sooooo comfortable and the Delta shower head in the bathroom was great!!! The host for this condo was super kind and accommodating. Can't wait to go back!!

Convenient public beach access. Especially enjoyed 1st floor location, pool, and provision of beach cart, umbrella and quality beach chairs. Excellent communication with the owner!

The property outside was very nice and the location was great. The unit did not have a smoke detector which it stated it did. The most disturbing is the ventilation system. It is black and had a moldy smell. I don't feel it was healthy breathe. Not very clean and furniture and matress very uncomfortabe.

This place was amazing! Very clean, bed was so comfortable, access to the beach was directly across the street…on line pictures are exactly the way the condo presents! Having the beach chairs/cart etc. really helped make trips to the beach easy! Highly recommend and will be back!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for our short stay. Clean, decorated nicely and communication with the owner was seamless, as was check in. Right across from the beautiful SK beach and within walking distance of the Village (1 mile) or use the Trolley. Bed was comfortable with a slightly soft mattress. Kitchen was well stocked and beach equipment is provided along with a beach cart. We would recommend and stay again.

We had a excellent time on the trip. Property and the room was great. Owner was responsive when needed. Location is stellar. Hit the beach and walk back for lunch or enough beach time and just go back to use the pool. Only complaint was the use of the bikes. They are in the listing photo and we specifically asked if they can be used. We have a response in a email they could. When we went to go use them they were locked up and said you can not use for insurance purposes, which I understand. But told otherwise in the email. Other then that I would HIGHLY recommend renting this it was perfect and clean. Thank You

Overall, the stay was great. Location was fantastic for a beach stay - which is mostly what we were going for. First time at Siesta Key as we have normally stayed at Ft. Myers. Sand is different for sure, beach is much larger - however. There is only ONE place at the beach to grab any sort of snack/drink. So, plan accordingly. The condo was perfect for 2. Very clean and ready. The only issue we had, which wouldn't affect others for a very long time was the property was undergoing a parking lot repavement. So, I was asked to move the car across the street - which I did. I did get a warning from the local Sheriff's dept for parking overnight. Guess that isn't allowed (three residents got the warnings) so, for a few days, I had to get up, move the car to the parking lot across the street, then move it back before bedtime. That didn't make for a very 'relaxing' time. One morning, before 8 AM, as I was getting dressed to move car, someone was knocking on door. It was the property manager - telling me to move the car. I was about too. The crews were early today. I asked is there anything else I could do rather than move it back and forth. There was, use a pass and park next door at another property's parking. Once that was settled, things were better - but not great. Had to do alot of walking around condo units to get to & from the car, thru locked gates etc. Not usually an issue, until it is raining - and it did alot that week. We survived. The owner offered to refund some money for this, but it wasn't his fault. I'd go back for sure, to the same place, if the owner would allow us too. The village is a good walk if you're up to it and it has shopping, coffee, drinks and dining. Or, you could take the free trolley rides or other rides being offered if you aren't up for the walk. We walked a few times, but if a mile is too long for you, take the free rides!

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary and we absolutely loved it. Was a beautiful place and perfect location. This place had everything we needed and more. The place was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband didn't want to leave because he said he was going to miss the bed. I 100% recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again in the future!
