Questo condominio con due camere da letto è splendidamente decorato e si trova a pochi passi dallo storico quartiere della 39a strada. Situato a pochi passi da ristoranti, bar e Starbucks rende questo il luogo perfetto per l'avventura. La casa è stata completamente rinnovata e ha una cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per intrattenere o semplicemente mangiare. Le camere da letto dispongono di comodi letti con lenzuola in cotone egiziano a 600 fili e tende oscuranti che garantiscono un buon riposo notturno.

Provided a central location to everything we wanted to do. Love the off street parking.

Nice place, back bedroom mattress is worn out. Had to sleep in the middle or the holes sucked me in.

The duplex was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfy. The bathroom vent needs updating. We didn't use the table and chairs. They were unappealing as the chairs looked as though someone had splashed bleach on them. My husband had to scrub the coffeepot before using it because it was dirty, and the bedspread on one of the beds had a spot on it. The access to parking in the back was narrow and not easily navigated with our full-size truck. I give the host 5 stars but the property only 4.

This little duplex was perfect for our Kansas City stay. I loved the neighborhood and all the great restaurants and shops near by. Lance put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable and provided many basic necessities that a lot of hosts don’t think of.

We came into town to participate in a wedding. The rehearsal dinner and wedding were within 10 minutes. The location was great and we enjoyed walking to bars and restaurants in the area. The area was not noisy and easily accessible from the interstate. Plenty of room for 3.

Advise to back into parking space, otherwise could not get out as neighbor had teo cars one which blocked.
TV needed password; didn’t have but old tv shows came in clearly. Fun

The place was very homey and very clean. Beds were soft and house was central to bars and restaurants. I will say, if you are renting in this area early in the week most if not all bars and restaurants that are within walking distance were operating on limited hours; we had to drive everywhere we wanted to go.

I did no research about the neighborhood when I selected this location, but it's within walking distance of a lot of great shops, restaurants, and bars. We were in town for a concert, but besides driving to the venue, we were able to walk to most of our entertainment for the stay. It was also a very cute house. :)

We were very happy with our stay! We had everything we needed for our girl's trip. We felt the location was safe and quiet. We were able to walk to several places and our drive to the plaza was super easy. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect
The property was as listed. In a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Owner was awesome to work with when we had a little trouble with the Nest and got temps! He resolved the issue promptly!!! Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Our out of state wedding photographers stayed here for a few days leading up to our rehearsal and wedding. The house was great/stocked with everything they needed, and they really enjoyed being within quick walking distance to 39th street to go explore during downtime. Thank you! :)

The home was okay. My husband noticed the air filter in the living room was filthy! So that was kind of gross. Also, my daughter stepped on a small piece of glass and cut her foot- the floor was dirty likely not mopped up. The beds were comfortable. Didn’t feel like the best neighborhood but we were right in the city.

The property was easy to get to. It’s decorated super cute! The location was really nice, very close to KU Med. Check in process was very easy! It had snowed a ton before we arrived and the driveway and back entrance hadn’t been cleared so that was unfortunate, but it is February so not a huge deal! I do wish the parking was labeled, the neighbor on the other side ended up parking another vehicle behind the one that was already there, made it tricky to get out in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

We went to different parts of the city during our stay and didn’t have to travel more than 15 minutes for anything. Comfortable beds to rest up during the night, too!

We stayed at this home for 8 nights. Beds are comfortable. Owner was prompt to answer any questions we had. Owner provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair drier, laundry detergent, fabric softener , extra toilet paper and paper towels AND coffee! I have stayed in three other VRBOs and these items were never provided.
Off street parking is a plus since this home is near many restaurants. Our House KC, a restaurant just around the corner, is fabulous!
I would definitely book this home again.
