Very clean, well equipped rental. Comfy beds and a big beautiful deck to take in the ocean views. A great little Northern California town with quick access to many parks, hiking, and the Redwoods.

This was a great location with amazing views. All rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed staying here. Only downside was some restaurant noise in the evening.

Lovely apartment. Very well stocked. There is a flight of stairs to access the entry and you do have some noise from the restaurant below but overall a nice stay.

Love staying at SeaBreeze home. Spacious clean and very comfortable. Terrific view of Trinidad Bay. Restaurant deliveries and garbage pickup a bit annoying at 6am but not enough to keep us from returning.

Everything about the house was great. It had what was probably one of the prettiest views of the beach, ocean and sunsets in Trinidad. The restaurant below, the Eatery, had very good food and was very accommodating. They gave us a discount because we were staying at the Sea Breeze.

Your beautiful home held us through a bittersweet memorial for a dear friend and treasured time as a family. Aesthetically beautiful, extremely comfortable and perfectly located, we loved it and hope to return. Thank you for a warm welcome with basic needs met surrounded by beauty.

This property offers the best of both worlds.
The beach was extraordinary. Agate Beach is phenomenal.
The Redwood forest is 15 minutes away.
We literally had the beach and forest at our fingertips.
Dealing with Lyndsey Shadle was spectacular. She was literally a phone call away and always willing to help. She is a true professional.

My family and I have stayed at several homes/cabins near or in Trinidad over the years. The Sea Breeze home was the best one, yet! It was clean, comfortable, and the views were as advertised. Of course, the location was prime for quick walks to the store and around town. Even though there is a popular restaurant below, you wouldn’t know. It was quiet and relaxing. And being able to enjoy amazing meals that are a walk down the front steps away, is a HUGE bonus. Our breakfasts and dinners were superb! Can’t recommend enough!!

Family of 5 stayed here from the East Coast for Spring break for 4 nights. Just got back. This home was perfection. The town and location were perfect for visiting the Redwoods. Gorgeous views of the water from the large windows and deck. Great restaurant just downstairs with delicious food and friendly staff. Coffee shop, grocery store, gas station all within walking distance or a minute drive.
Home was SO Clean!! Kitchen and washer/dryer were key. Check in and check out were super easy. Highly recommend this home. Lyndsey, thank you!!

My family enjoyed everything about our stay at Sea Breeze. The place was spacious and well-stocked, and the four of us had ample room. The restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious. The town of Trinidad was delightful. Despite the rain (no one's fault but ours for traveling to Northern California in late December!), we enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. The Redwoods Visitor's Center was a short drive north, and from there we took some hikes and saw the most amazing trees we had ever seen. Thank you, Lyndsey, for sharing your home with us. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home, beautiful view, great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. There is a little noise from the restaurant downstairs, but we knew there would be. The view and convenient location to the bay, winery, restaurants, and art gallery makeup for the noise.

This was the perfect best friends getaway weekend. The home is lovingly cared for, incredibly tidy & the location & views were nothing short of amazing. We loved being in the heart of town & took advantage of the short walk to the beach at sunset & spent evenings taking in the stars on the balcony. It was an easy drive to the Redwoods & other local beaches. I loved walking across the street to the local winery, the friendly community & scenery of the northern coast is always beautiful.

I can not say enough about this property, attached restaurant and quaint little town. The views are amazing. the food and service where fabulous. The property is a close drive to numerous hikes through the red woods. The home is very well equipped with every thing you need. we loved it and are hoping to stay there again in the future.

Great 5-night stay in late June-23 for our family of five including 9yr, 8yr and 5yr old kids. House was clean, very well stocked (kitchen, laundry, linens, games, streaming TV, binoculars), more spacious than expected from pics especially master bedroom, nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing views from the big deck.
It's above the Trinidad Bay Eatery, and noise was our only concern when booking. From about 8-10:15pm we could hear some music and an exhaust fan from below while they cleaned up. But it was muffled and did not disrupt sleep for any of the kids or adults.
And it was a great convenience to have a full day menu at our fingertips.
We explored Redwoods and tidepools every day, a beautiful 30min drive or less to just about everything. Healthy walk from house to picturesque, soft sand beach. Only 5min walk -- with 5yr old -- to groceries, pizza, restaurants, ice cream. Moonstone winery so close we could leave the kids in front of a movie with a walkie talkie while we enjoyed a surprisingly great tasting. Host was very responsive before and during trip.
We wanted easy access to nature and didn't want to cook every meal. This house was great for our family trip, highly recommended!

We brought our sixth-grade and senior grandsons to see the coastline and Redwoods as a graduation gift. The Trinidad condo was clean, well equipped, beautiful, and in a gorgeous setting. Without air conditioning it did get warm at night but nothing that a fan couldn't remedy. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

The ocean views, cleanliness and decorations of home. Everything inside/outside was perfect. Everyone who works inside the restaurant below were very friendly and respectful. We loved this property! The house was perfect for our group, 5 adults and 3 children (2 age 2, 1 infant). The master closet was large enough to put the pack-n-play in for one of the kids, which worked out perfectly for the family of 4 with the infant. The 2nd largest bedroom had room to accommodate a pack-n-play as well.
The balcony was safe and secure and great for the kids to run around on. We did notice the loud music from the restaurant below, specifically after closing time on Saturday night, but it was off by 10:15.
The close proximity to restaurants, the beach, the grocery store and having the restaurant below for a quick bite was the biggest draw for us.
The balcony views were beautiful and the house was clean! Will definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing!! We were a little surprised that it wasn’t a standalone house because based on the pictures it looked to be, it’s actually above a restaurant. It might be an issue for light sleepers so I would suggest packing a fan. The music from the restaurant was left on all night and we heard the clanking of pots and pans in the morning, but again if we would have brought our travel fan we wouldn’t have heard anything. The home was very clean and again the view was amazing! Would stay here again!

Can’t say enough positive things about this place and the host. Plenty of space, very clean, beautiful view and a wonderful restaurant downstairs. We ate every meal there as the food was so good. Host was very good about getting back to us quickly even allowed us to stay an extra night when we asked. We will be back for sure!
