We just returned from month at this lovely, peaceful location. The neighborhood is not far from central Tucson, the University of Arizona, hiking and biking trails, and state and national parks. For seniors and others who wish to avoid freeways, great restaurants and food stores are nearby. The entire property is lovely and very comfortable, with high end finishes and a fine king size bed. Perhaps the best thing, however, are the great hosts who were most gracious and made us feel welcome. Do not hesitate to rent this excellent property!

The guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. It provided everything we needed to feel as though we were at home! The grounds/yard was so nice and provided a relaxing cozy place to decompress at the end of night and energized us for the start of our day. The pool was awesome and so relaxing! The owners were so considerate to our privacy but so welcoming and kind! They made our family welcome when they came to visit. We will definitely use this property again and again! Thank you Mike and Bette.

This property is centrally located making it an easy trip to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay in Tucson. Mike and Bette were wonderful hosts and their guest house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tucson!

This VRBO guest house was clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed, was in a quiet, safe, and centrally located neighborhood. The hosts were friendly, hospitable, and communicated clearly and in a timely manner with us.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. This property is lovely and private. It's in a great neighborhood and within minutes to great restaurants and local attractions. Mike our property manager was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this location.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely casita with our daughter as we moved her into her dorm at U of AZ. We stay in VRBO's whenever we travel and this sweet home was my favorite of all. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked--Mike and Bette have thought of everything! The location is great--close to campus! The pool and patio are beautiful--This VRBO has everything--including Rincon--their sweet tortoise!

Quiet and peaceful setting
The villa was excellent. All amenities you would ever need. Beautiful landscape with a pool. Quiet neighborhood and close to activities. Mike and Bette were excellent hosts. Definitely would come back again!!

Lovely, Wonderful, Guest Home
Hubby and I visited Tucson for the PAC 12 Championships and wanted to stay in something besides a hotel. This Guest House fit the Bill. The owners are a lovely couple, Mike and Bette, who made us feel so Welcome. The house literally has everything you need. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, full kitchen and comfy bed. It’s location is very convenient to everything, University of Arizona, The Track, Saguaro National Park and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and has a lovely patio. Only down part was the resident Tortoise, Rincom, was still Hibernating so we didn’t get to meet him.

Loved our stay here! The casita is clean and comfortable! The location is excellent! The hosts were lovely and accommodating! Great restaurants within a few minutes walk of the property. Great walking/jogging trail through the neighborhood! I would highly recommend!!!

Lovely, centrally located guesthouse with easy access to activities.
We enjoyed our month stay with Bette and Mike. The location is in a delightful central neighborhood great for a morning walk or a short walk to shopping. The guesthouse was very clean and is well appointed for a stay of a few days to months. The layout is very spacious with plenty of cabinet and closet space. The kitchen is well equipped with any appliance or housewares you may need. Lighting is excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable. Entertainment options include a large colletion of CD’s and multiple satellite TV stations. We found the highlight to be the lovely patio area. Whether you prefer sun or shade the patio is well equipped and very private. Mike and Bette are gracious hosts. They had many suggestions about restaurants and activities for us. We would definitely return and stay with Bette and Mike.

Beautiful Cottage, with wonderful hosts!
Fully functional cottage, you could easily stay a week or more and be very comfortable. Our hosts Bette and Mike couldn't have been nicer! You can safely walk to any restaurant or store. Driving to major attractions were under 10 minutes, yet it was a quiet area.

Like-new modern home away from home
One cannot imagine a more beautiful setting.The modern kitchen has every convenience. Hundred of CD's available for mood music. Walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. Huge closet. Wonderful hosts! We shall always come back.

Wonderful!
Great place to stay while visiting Tucson. Mike and Bette are so nice and very helpful. Near everything we wanted to see; Air & Space Museum, antique stores, Mount Lemmon, Salina Canyon, local coffee and bread shops.... just WOW. If we head back that way, we will stay there again!

Charming and comfortable in a good location
Mike and Bette's backyard guesthouse is perfect for two people. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. Its private entrance and position on the lot made us feel as though we were on our own property, although Mike and Bette were nearby if we needed anything. Mike recommended hikes and a restaurant, but otherwise left us to our own devices. We particularly enjoyed the bird feeders outside our bedroom window, and the lovely patio.

Peaceful and private central location.
Mike and Bette were wonderful hosts. We settled in and felt at home very quickly. Although the casita shares property with the main house the setting is private. Were we were lucky to hit an amazing weather window and spent our time hiking, biking, shopping gem show sites and took time for a couple day trips. We highly recommend this casita so a relaxing and cozy Tucson visit.

Lovely casita in a great location
This was our second visit to this casita, and we enjoyed ourselves even more this time. The house is spacious and well-equipped. My husband and I both noted that, upon the second visit, it really felt like our secret Tucson get--away. The host, Mike, is a quick and helpful communicator. Excellent in all ways.
