L'appartamento si trova al di sopra di una showroom di sicurezza direttamente di fronte al St. Ospedale di Maria (dove è stato recentemente nato Prince George!) e solo un minuto a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington.
Ci sono diverse rampe di scale per salire dopo essere entrati dalla porta principale per cui l'accesso ai disabili o anziani può essere limitato.
Entrando nell'appartamento sarete accolti da bianco e nero pavimento piastrellato, finestre enormi e il muro di mattoni a vista del soggiorno / sala da pranzo. Un grande, cucina ben attrezzata vi aspetta anche. Abbiamo appena installato un nuovo bagno al piano terra, con doccia, wc e lavandino! L'appartamento è arredato con gusto con nuovo di zecca, mobili moderni in tutto. C'è un piccolo patio sul tetto per barbequing o prendere il sole (tempo permettendo). Chiediamo anche che il fumo essere limitata a questa zona!
Su una rampa di scale si trovano le tre camere da letto, il bagno e un ripostiglio utility. Due delle camere da letto arredate con letti matrimoniali, mentre il terzo è più piccola e dispone di un letto a castello (2 posti letto). Pavimento al piano superiore sono in legno tranne per il bagno che dispone di piastrelle in bianco e nero.
Illuminazione da incasso è anche in tutto l'appartamento. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato, ma senza aria condizionata. Nel raro caso di un'ondata di caldo vi forniremo con i fan! Un pulitore è disponibile su richiesta (a proprie spese).
Se siete parte di un gruppo più grande, si ha la possibilità di affittare anche la nostra prossima proprietà della porta che dispone di 4 camere da letto e 2 bathroomss e può ospitare fino a 12 persone!

We loved the apartment! Great location, next to Paddington stop which takes you everywhere and also the express stop for Heathrow. Adrienne let us check in early which was perfect after a long flight from the US!! Walking distance to some great restaurants.

1 min walk to the tube, great coffee shops on the way and cute little flat we stayed in. Not huge for the 5 of us but comfortable. We were only there to sleep so no big deal. The washer/dryer wasn't great at drying but otherwise perfect stay.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location. Close to hop-on hop-off and other bus stations, heathrow express to the airport, rail & tube stations. Apartment was easy to access and as advertised. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath property in the heart of London! Large, open-concept kitchen & living area makes the property feel so spacious. Comfortable beds with cozy blankets. Quick and clear communication from the host. Literally 15-minutes on the express train (no stops!) from Heathrow to Paddington station and then just a couple minute walk from there. Easy access to the tube and multiple bus lines right out your door to get to all the sights. A huge variety of restaurants, a French bakery and small grocery store carrying all the essentials just steps away! Great

We loved it! Very Close to Paddington, the tube, the bus, and lots of restaurants, market, and coffee shops.
This place has everything you need, nothing you don’t. It was clean and safe (behind a series of 4 locked doors). Beds were comfortable. Pictures are accurate.
Adrienne, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.
I would not recommend renting this property if you lack mobility or have little kids that have strollers because there are 3 flights of stairs and no lift.

The apartment was nicely located next to a few different mass transit options as well as several restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the easy access we had to all parts of central London.

This flat is conveniently located near Paddington Station, where Heathrow Express arrives, so our to/from airport transport was extremely easy.
Flat was clean with all the needed amenities, property manager Adrienne was very responsive.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The boys (ages 13 & 10) shared the bunk room, my daughter had a room and then my husband and I had our own space. The 2 showers and bathrooms were great and very clean. The location was excellent for touring since the train and tube are a 2 minute walk. Also very convenient to little stores for quick breakfast/coffee, snacks and close to a few pubs. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is great for access to the tube and Paddington station, however, it’s a busy street and across the street from the hospital which meant hearing loud sirens and road noise. The big windows in the living room are old so do very little to dampen sound. But the bedrooms have new windows and are not oriented toward the street so the noise was much less. After being there a couple days we made a couple suggestions to the host about things the flat should have to improve the stay for the next guest; like clothing hooks in the bedrooms because between the three bedrooms there are only two chest of drawers and one wardrobe cabinet, NO closets so have clothing hooks in each room would be very helpful. We also suggested a coat rack, sofa blankets and steak knives and to my surprise the very next day they were all delivered to our door! So nice!!! The internet was absolutely awful. We were there 9 days so it was very frustrating but host said it was due to an outage in the area. It never improved during our stay. I wish there were more cleaning supplies for guests… when you are there a long time there’s a need to vacuum, wipe down bathrooms, etc but the only cleaning supplies were a few thing kitchen supplies. Ate Mikey’s fish and chips on the block right around the corner. It was great! Ate at Paramount Lebanese Kitchen near by and our whole family loved it! Delicious! DO NOT MISS the hidden “Little Venice” a block away… google it! Having it’s beautiful new open spaces and new buildings and businesses was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the Paddington area.

The flat was spacious, clean and the location was perfect - only a two minute walk from Paddington. Our family of five found the flat to have plenty of living space for us to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
Also. Adrienne was very accommodating during the check in process! Would highly recommend this property!

This listing is all about the location. You'll practically be across the street from Paddington Street Station. There are small shops located next door for quick grocery needs and restaurants nearby. There are quite a few stairs so if you have a lot of heavy luggage or guests with difficulty climbing stairs, just be aware. The listing says 6 and although six can stay here it depends on two people sharing two double beds (what Americans consider full size beds). While there is a pull out sofa that is off limits for a bed. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soaps and this is definitely a no-frills rental. Also, my American friends, washcloths are conidered personal hygiene items in Europe, so bring your own. Much more reasonable than a hotel and again, the location was fabulous and the owner very responsive.

This flat was as advertised.Nice and roomy for a family.
Maria did a great job with providing information on the flat and ensuring our check in was easy.
Flat was roomy and comfortable.
Close to a great bakery and train station.
Fans were provided in the event it was too hot and unfortunately it was the hottest week of the year.
My only recommendation would be to provide some basic shampoos and shower soaps.

Great location!
This was a spacious flat where we stayed with our family of 5, and very close to the tube station, walks to parks and sightseeing, and plenty of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay!

Huge flat located next to Paddington station - a great spot to easily explore London. If you don’t want to use public transport you can even walk to Hyde Park, Notting Hill etc.
Maria & her Team are very quick in responding to emails & very helpful with questions.
If you need to park a car we can recommend the public car park at Paddington station.

Great location conveniently located to pubs, bakeries and Paddington Station.
This flat is had 3 bedrooms and is good for many people. All bedrooms located up stairs. The flat was sparsely furnished with kitchen utensils, and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap for the shower were provided. Only a bath towel was given to each person, but a washcloth would have been nice so the ladies didn’t stain the white towels with makeup removal. Upon arrival, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and we could not get the tv to work. However, someone was sent right away and both were fixed. There are a lot of stairs-3 floors of them, and taking luggage up and down with no lift was a bit challenging. If sheets were available for the pull out downstairs, that would have been nice.
It was clean and in a great location, and it was nice to have fans in each room as it was warm when we went. Maria was very communicative, and left a bottle of wine for us to celebrate my mother’s birthday, which was nice.

Ideal set-up
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a perfect set-up. Walking distance to Paddington and Edgware tube stations, M&S and Tesco for groceries and a reasonably close walk to Kensington//Hyde Park. The instructions on the apartment were complete, everything was clean and comfortable!

Great location, cozy flat!
We had a great family vacation in London! The flat is in a perfect location, easily accessible from heathrow and centrally located within the city for easy bus and tube access to all the sights. It was cozy, clean and comfortable for 6 people. The kids loved the bunkbeds! The owners were very helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. We’d definitely rent Paddington Maisonette again!

Praed Street Gem
My family spent 7 nights in this awesome flat. María was very responsive to our questions, and easy to communicate with. The flat is 1 block away from the Paddington train station and taxi’s are plentiful. There are pubs, shops and coffee shops in the immediate area. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus, and the apartment was very comfortable and cozy. I would stay in this Praed Street Gem again without hesitation!

Great flat for family
We had a great time staying at 121 Praed St. The convenience of the Underground and the Heathrow Express was fantastic. Check-in process was very easy. 3 BR and kitchen gave us plenty of space for our belongings and the ability to have food on hand. Thank you Maria for a great stay in London!

Great visit to London!
The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 for a holiday in London. It is a great location with a short walk to Paddington Station. Large living room with bedrooms upstairs. Everything we needed and if we had any questions, Maria was very quick to respond. Would stay there again!

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful flat near Paddington Station
Our family of 5 had a nice stay in this apartment. Everything is as-advertised on the website, clean, and in working order. Instructions and getting access to apartment were clear and worked like a charm. It was our first trip to London and proximity to tube station and bus lines worked very well for getting around to typical tourist sights. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a couple of extra fans — we were there during the heat wave and the apartment was pretty warm. We reached out to Maria and she responded quickly and tried to help us get another fan.

Lovely flat
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat, it was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for us to enjoy the common area as a family, and still have our private areas as well. The location was optimal - just a few minutes by foot to Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The flat was well equipped, had everything you would need no matter your length of stay - a very comfortable home away from home. Having Maria allow us to check in early on our arrival day was so appreciated. It gave us a few more hours to enjoy all London has to offer. I would highly recommend this flat, and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing flat in perfect location
The flat was great, super convenient location, the communication with the owners was really easy too. It was warm, clean, tidy and really well appointed. Overall it was absolutely brilliant and we would definitely return without hesitation. One small niggle was that there was no spare blanket we could find and couldn't use the foldout but a small niggle for what is otherwise a perfect place to stay in central London. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed in the maisonette for three days as a family of 5 (two parents, two kids and a grandmother). We found the place to be exactly as described, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect in terms of exploring London. We also enjoyed our daily walks to Hyde park. We had to leave very early to get to Heathrow airport and this proved very easy with a quick walk to the train station. Maria (housekeeper) was very friendly and very helpful. Email communication leading up to our stay was always very prompt and professional. All in all, a perfect experience for us.

My parents and I like this apartment. The only thing was as an Asian, one quilt was not enough to me during midnight as I feel cold. So luckily there are a spare bedroom which I could took those quilt to roll myself up as well.
Basically everything is clean. WIFI cut once, but Maria fixed it on the same day which is fine. On Saturday mid-night there were some drunk people shouting on the street, but not long(maybe I felt asleep again). The only recommendation would be some new cooking pan would be perfect.
By the way, I love the dryer and the dishwasher. Great thing to have it as I stayed longer than a week.
