We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and beautifully appointed and contact we had with the owner was delightful

Condo was absolutely perfect. Even more than what we expected. The owners had everything thought of. Had extra laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, all of the seasonings you would need. We even bought extra blackening seasoning not knowing, but they had it. The beach is not the same beach as in other places on the gulf. It was nice, but the water was not as blue (could have been the weather) and there was a small amount of trash on the beach itself. We did not utilize the pools, hot tubs, or exercise room, therefore, cannot speak to those areas. We mainly were at the beach, the condo, or in town. Fort Gaines was fun and mini golf was also fun. Weather was intermittently raining, but thankfully the owners had TV's in every room and we started a new series as a family. Overall would stay here again and schedule it as a fishing trip more than sitting at the beach.

The condo was equipped with nearly anything you could want except beach chairs but you can pay for beach service or take your own chairs. She even supplied big, fluffy beach towels! The kitchen was fully stocked, with even dish soap, dishwasher detergent, spices, ziplock bags and aluminum foil. All we needed was the food! The only issue we had was the satellite with the TV in the master bedroom, which was not the owner's fault but we never were able to get it working. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo rental was a dream for us!! The walk to the Gulf is a mere minutes and the onsite pools are great too, well kept. The kitchen appliances were totally helpful and the kitchen itself is spacious. We were totally comfortable, just as at home. The balcony looks out into the Gulf and was made for enjoying a cup of coffee or two.
I want to come back again immediately!!
Jenny was most accommodating and responded instantly to any questions, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
**Only issue to tackle was there is no grilling BBQ option except for electric in the main floor, plan for next time is to bring the Foreman with us.

Secluded beach and quiet!!
We chose Dauphin Island because it was secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists if other beach locations. This spot on the map is the perfect place to get some relaxation. From the fishing guides nearly 30 miles offshore to the jet skiing we had a blast and was wonderful to get away from it all. The unit had everything we needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing Condo!!!
This condo is amazing!!! We had breath taking views from the balcony. The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. There were restaurants within walking distance. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. My family already wants to come back to stay here.

Not your typical crowded beach
The condo was beautiful and very well supplied. Since my husband and my son both hate crowds, we were so excited that you didn’t have to fight for a place on the beach. We had a few maintenance issues but Jenny was readily available to assist. The balcony was huge with multiple seating options so we spent a lot of time there when we weren’t at the beach.

Wonderful Rental
This property was the perfect getaway for us during a stressful time. Everything was as expected. The surroundings were quiet and the beach was lovely. Dauphin Island may now be our favorite getaway. Owners and mangers were so helpful as we had to cut our stay short. We plan on going and staying here again. Best folks ever.

Awesome Girls Weekend Trip
Condo was in immaculate condition and very tastefully decorated - perfect for our getaway. Beach was perfect with daily dolphin sightings playing in the water and great chair/umbrella service so that we didn’t have to lug our own. Island was very laid back with no traffic: Would recommend Dority’s for fun live music Pirate’sBar n Grill for best drinks and appetizers and Lighthouse Bakery for their Sunday omelets. I would definitely return to this condo and so will my friends. Thanks Jenny for a great stay at your condo!

Great stay for family getaway!
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the last few days. Communication, location, and beach accessibility was awesome! Just wish we had more days to stay. Love the ability to stay on the beach without the crowded beaches!

Restful vacation
Dauphin Island is a really nice hidden gem! The beach was hardly crowded, even on Fourth of July weekend. The beach was shallow with a sand bar about 100’ out, warm water, beautiful white sand, the water isn’t as clear as Destin/Orange Beach however. The condo was very well stocked, really nice pots and pans, dishes and every tool needed as well as coffee filters, and some spices. Development was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at both the couch and table and chairs and just watching the view and some storms in the evenings. Our only small complaint was the ceiling fans in the bedrooms need to be adjusted as they were a little noisy so we had to turn them off at bedtime. We also had a small issue with the shower head that the owner/property manager fixed right away, great service and communication. Thank you!

We loved everything about our experience and the island! The pictures simply don’t do it justice. Everything was so nice, especially the beds! I would 100% recommend this property, and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic Condo!
Beautiful condo with everything we needed for our stay! High quality furnishings, nice building, enjoyed the pools. Love this laid back location. Dauphin Island was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bit of a trek out to beach, but nice boardwalk to get you there. We enjoyed the easy going atmosphere of the island. No loud, wild beach goers encountered. It was lovely. Very responsive and helpful owners!

Great choice
What a great condo! Immaculate, with good quality furnishings and linens, a well stocked kitchen, and a large balcony with super comfortable seating and a terrific view. We spent spent most of our time and ate all of our meals on the balcony. The owner was quick to provide all needed information and the check in process was simple. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about the unit, and wouldn’t even look for a different spot for a return trip to Dauphin Island.

Short Spring Break Visit
This condo was perfect for our short trip to Dauphin Island. Loved the artwork from the local artists. The overall feel of the unit was very comfy. There was plenty of room for me and my husband, our daughter and son-in-law and their two boys, 4 years and 5 months. Everything was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and enough of everything which is not always the case. Although it rained quite a bit while we were there, we were able to enjoy the beach a few hours every day. I missed out on the beach our last day but was able to watch my 4 year old grandson (he loves the beach) and the rest of the family from the large lovely balcony. We did not use the pool or the gym. We did order pizza one night from Island Pizza and it was very good. This unit would be my first choice for any return visit.

Beautiful setting!
The home is beautiful and well-equipped with your every wish! Menus, tools, kitchen gadgets, beach towels, etc etc. The town is quaint and quiet and despite the rotten weather, we had a great time! Thanks!

Your condo was wonderful ! Only one problem , we couldnt go out at night ! The mosquitos were horrible ! I was at the beach and it was getting dark so i started back , the mosquitos attacked me ! They were really bad , i didnt think i was going to make it back . They were worse than they are here in Arkansas. The beach needed cleaning , lots of seaweed and driftwood, I also saw some dead fish, that smelled

A Gem!
We had a wonderful family vacation, and could not have asked for a better location, condo or property owner. The condo was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
