Cabin on the Big Sioux River with a 100 acre wood.
Questa è una casa costruita nel 2012. È dotato di tutto nuovo, elettrodomestici, letti, mobili, grill a gas, biancheria, tutto. Pianta molto aperta con soffitto di 25 piedi nella grande sala. Enorme camino alto 17 piedi nella grande sala. Balcone aperto sopra con 2 camere da letto e un bagno completo. Il piano interrato di sciopero è ora terminato, ora ha 2 camere da letto con letti queen size e 3 divani. Quindi ci sono cinque letti in tutto, uno king size nella camera matrimoniale, 2 letti queen size nella zona soppalcata superiore e 2 letti queen size nel seminterrato. vasca idromassaggio sul retro. Enorme ponte fuori dalla grande sala. Il retro della casa è rivolto a sud-ovest e si affaccia sulla bellissima valle del fiume. Le luci di Sioux Falls possono essere viste in lontananza a 12 miglia di distanza.

The property and house were amazing! We had two seniors, 4 adults, 4 kids under 10 years old, and we all had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, yet still be together. Great amenities! Tons of pots, pans, utensils, towels, etc. Even though it was in the 90’s when we stayed, we all managed to walk to the river two different days. My 80 year old dad loved exploring! Having the big yard, deck, and hot tub was also great! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

This property was a wonderful location for our annual Moms Weekend getaway. The variety of spaces to hang out as a group were wonderful, and we loved having so many bedrooms and bathrooms to use. Kevin was responsive and pleasant in our interactions. Checking in and out was very easy. We enjoyed walking on the trails. We'd definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay it was even better than the pictures once we arrived. Seem less checking in and checking out process and it was a great experience staying here with family and friends!

The place itself was amazing and the host was excellent and easy to correspond with.
We would have liked to use the campfire pit but the gras was not cut around it and it was over knee high.
Love that the kitchen was fully stocked woth lots of dishes and small appliances to make our days super comfortable and hosting dinner was a breeze.
Lots of towels and bedding provided!
We would highly recomend this place! The views are really spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin so much that we rebooked again for next year. We loved being out in the country away from the noise & people. It was scenic and the cabin itself is decorated and furnished perfectly. There was ample parking for everyone. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of bedding. We wished the fire pit would've been closer to the house so we didn't use it at all but we did enjoy the basketball hoop that was near the fire pits.

This is the third time I stayed at this property, all with different groups of people. This most recent stay was with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property, which does remind me of a home on the range, is a great space for kids to play. Unfortunately, the wood ticks were out and about which affected the desire to go out and explore.
I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and overall organization. The stove and under beds need more attention when cleaning. The kitchen cupboards should be organized allowing people to more easily find items as well as put them back where they belong. The manual could be updated with a guide on TV channels, where to find the DVD player and other minor updates.
I like this property, but I feel like it has gone downhill just a bit since we last visited in 2021.

We love walking the property!! With a nearby hunting area we stay far from other cars/trucks parked nearby. We Have never seen hunters but wearing a little hunter orange made us feel safe. Might be nice if the house had an orange vest or hat to borrow

Such a lovely and well-appointed property close to Sioux Falls. We had a girls weekend at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hottub was wonderful, the kitchen was well stocked, and so much space for everyone. We had lots of laughs and will return for another girls weekend.

We enjoy going for walks to the river. Large & spacious home. Kitchen has all the appliances & utensils needed. Beautiful sunrise & sunsets to view.

This was our fourth time staying at the Sanctuary and it was just as much fun this time as the first. We love the wildlife and secluded area. The hot tub is always a hit. Nice that the kitchen is furnished too. We’ll probably come back again in the near future. Thx.

This is a cabin that reminds you of being out in the Hills. Nice and big. Only complaint is that the water did not get very hot for a shower. And it could of been dusted before we came.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It is the perfect size for our extended family of 10. The large open Kitchen/Dining/Living space is perfect for us all to be together doing multiple activities. It is so peaceful on the property. The house is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Had our family Christmas get away, everyone seemed to have a great time. Some took a hike but it was a cold and windy. Hot tub was a hit. Plenty of room for playing games and eating.

This was our 5th year using Kevin’s property for a gathering place for an early family Thanksgiving celebration. We love the area and accommodations! We’re able to all eat together in the great room area. The kitchen is well equipped and the openness makes it easy and enjoyable for preparing and serving. Kevin is prompt in communicating. We’ve never had issues during our weekend. We book for the next year before leaving!

Beautiful views from a wonderful cabin above the Sioux River. Lot's of wild life, we say deer, turkeys, eagles and hawks.
A easy to get to place, off the beaten path with plenty of entertainment options, if you get bored of scenic beauty and solitude.
We will definitely stay here again.

The property was everything we wanted/expected. Only minor issue is that there were a ton of flies that get inside. Even with the electronic swatter, we spent close to the first hour killing as many as possible. Slightly expected given the location, but still a nuisance. 4.999999 stars. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend with family. Lots of beds (and they were super comfy) and plenty of room to spread out. I’m was 100 degrees the whole weekend and the A/C did a pretty great job keeping up - even with all the windows. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub, because the weather was so warm, but we definitely enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and game table. Owners were very quick to respond and overall fantastic!!

We hosted our small wedding at here and it was absolutely perfect! About 5 of us stayed in the cabin but hosted about 70 people at our small “backyard” wedding! There were so many beautiful places on the property for photo opportunities. The cabin was perfect for preparation and the property was perfect for the ceremony and celebration. I can’t say enough great things about the property owner, Kevin. He was so nice and very responsive and polite! He definitely made sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend this property for a small wedding, a family or friend gathering or even just a getaway. Beautiful views, a comfortable atmosphere and good company, nothing gets better!

This was a perfect and beautiful stay for our family get together. The location was great. It was in a quiet area yet close enough to run into town if needed. Family enjoyed fishing, beautiful sunsets on the deck,and playtime in the yard. We would definitely stay again!

The property was conveniently located just outside of Sioux Falls and was a fun little getaway to celebrate a birthday and two friends who recently had been married. We had a nice time and our host, Kevin was helpful and available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this booking. Thanks again Kevin!

Very nice place for our group of 6 adults. Pretty easy access, quiet place, great views and Kevin (host) was very helpful and timely getting back to us when we had questions or problems.

This was an annual family gathering which included a wedding in Sioux Falls. All went well, cooking, grilling and living. It is very isolated (a benefit for us) with many birds, deer, rabbits, and turkeys. Plentys and bugs but not different from other sites. There were a few issues (dirty glasses and a broken hand mixer) but easily taken carre of - Kevin was very responsive. Two points for visitors - access to the lower level was not possible for elderly and the distance to the river does not make it accessible for elderly.
We rent a house every year for our family vacation and this location was great for us. We would recommend it highly and would return except we usually plan to visit different areas (this was our 15th yearly trip). J & P

Beautiful home, views are amazing! Lots of room to hang out with family or friends. Chairs on main level are a bit uncomfortable. Beds are comfy but super soft. Definitely recommend staying here. Hope to return sometime in the future.
