Benvenuti nella nostra casa Marco Island completamente arredata e spaziosa! La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata per ospitare te e la tua famiglia. Divertirsi è facile con il piano aperto e un grande lanai schermato con piscina privata riscaldata. Decorata con mobili incantevoli e quattro televisori a schermo piatto, la nostra casa può essere la tua casa. Siamo a pochi minuti dalle splendide spiagge, negozi, ristoranti di Marco e, da non dimenticare, la gelateria! Rilassati in piscina o sul molo e goditi la vista sull'acqua.
La nostra casa ha una master suite con letto king size, cabina doccia e vasca da bagno separate. La seconda e la terza camera hanno letti queen size e la quarta camera ha due letti singoli. La tana ha una scrivania e un letto Murphy incorporato, quindi la nostra casa può facilmente ospitare una famiglia numerosa o molti amici.

Convenient location, kids loved the pool, house stocked with everything you need, plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 9 including 2 infants. It was very spacious with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! The pool and lanai were awesome and we spent the majority of time there swimming, playing cards and hanging out. We loved having the beach chairs, toys, tent and umbrellas for the beach plus all of the beach towels that were provided! The house went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for sharing it with us! We would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I spent the week with my two sons and their families. The house was perfect. The pool was much better than expected and was used by the kids and adults every day. The outdoor patio was also used for most meals and lots of card playing.

The house and pool were amazing!! So many extras with the house that made our trip absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host was great and she was very quick to respond to my pre-trip questions. Check in was short and sweet and check out was a breeze. We left extra beach things for the next family to enjoy. Publix and Winn Dixie were only about 5 minutes away by car as well as Alvin’s souvenir shop (which we spent way too much time at). Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful home.

We can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. We spent a week over Christmas and enjoy everything. Lots of room for a big family and had everything we needed to celebrate the holidays ( even a Christmas Tree).

Very nice property
We really enjoyed our stay. House is well stocked and in a great location. If you need absolute privacy, this may not be the property for you as the main areas have floor to ceiling windows with no blinds or curtains, so your neighbors can see in the house. Internet was hit or miss. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Family vacation
The place was nice, not the cleanest. Location was great...5-10 minutes from everything. The house supplied plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and plenty of bicycles. The neighborhood was beautiful.
The dock was large and we sat on it in late afternoons because pool area got shady(which was nice after a long day on the beach).
The one bedroom was extremely noisy if you had the dishwasher or laundry going.
We all did enjoy our stay on Marco Island but because of all the HIGH fees it was extremely expensive.
Dawn the Owner was extremely helpful with quick responses to all my questions...much appreciated.
The best part of our trip was seeing Manatees and Dolphins at the beach almost daily.
One bad thing was that the internet went out twice while we were there.

A wonderful stay for our family which included 9 people ages 1 through 66! The pool was amazing, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the house was so comfortable and lovely! Dawn was fantastic with answering our questions and was extremely accommodating for our family. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Marco Island Family Spring Break 2022
Overall, this home was great to stay in for our family. Having the pool screened in was also a treat right on the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to various venues! The service team was very responsive when we ran out of propane in the gas grill. Overall a very good experience for the family!

Family had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock and biking around the island. House was just what we needed. Only minor issue was only 2 baths for our 9 people.

50th Anniversary Trip for My Parents
This house was perfect for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. We spent the week here celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary and my dad's 70th birthday. The house had everything we needed, including a crib for the 2 year old. It was well stocked with bath and beach towels as well as pool toys and items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) We didn't use the bikes because it was too hot, but those would have been really fun. We loved the pool and used it everyday. It was a gathering place for the whole family. My 14 year old twins appreciated the fact that there was murphy bed in the office so they had their own rooms (we intended for them to use the room with two twin beds). Everything was clean and in good order. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Marco Island.

Exceptional Home in Marco Island
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Marco Island in April of 2021. There was plenty of space for the 8 people we had between 2 families. We had a great time using the pool daily and it also had everything we needed to spend the day at the beach from beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. It was also fully stocked with pots, pans, a blender, a toaster, a coffee pot, etc, everything we needed to cook or grill. The house is close to many amenities and the bikes allowed us to explore the neighborhood! The owners were very helpful and kindly replied to emails with inquires and questions about the house and the area before our stay. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

Fun family stay
Heated pool was a hit with kids and made it more enjoyable for adults to play in there with them as well. Bikes were fun to use on the island. Property could use cleaning/organizing. (Extra bedding was on floor in closet.) Nice to have use of laundry facilities. Small plastic cups for children would be nice to have in the kitchen for families. Great, safe neighborhood with friendly people.

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exceptional, from the communication with the property owner, getting the keys, our stay, up to the ease of dropping the keys off. Beautiful house and fantastic pool area and dock!
This home was terrific for my family and some friends. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The dock was great for some fishing and just hanging out. Pool was perfect for return trips from beach. This house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bikes were great for just a ride to dinner up the street. I would definitely rent this home again. My adult children and friends loved it and loved Marco Island. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and more to make our stay memorable. We used the bikes to get ice cream in the evening. We enjoyed fishing off the beautiful dock. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! Great and quick communication with the rental company and the owners, fully stocked with everything we needed/wanted (extras like beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, fishing poles, beach toys, bikes, etc were much appreciated), and the house was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the house easily fit our 10 people. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and really hope that one day we can stay here again!! We fished off the dock everyday and the kids made some wonderful memories swimming for hours in the pool. Without hesitation, we all give the house an A+. Thank you!!!!
