This property was perfect for our family get away week. The place was clean , spacious and well stocked with basic essentials. The owners made checking in/out so easy it was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect for all Cape activities. Martha's Vineyard, whale watching, Bad Martha's Brewery, the Pilgrim Monument, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches, of course. We would stay in this unit again.

We very much enjoyed our week at Bay Colony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and the shower was great. We also liked that it is walking distance to town and across from a little bay beach. It was quiet and ample for the four of us. Thank you.

Quiet does not describe this location well enough in my opinion. When the doors and windows are closed, you don’t hear anything outside at all. At all. It was so refreshing to enter a clean, well lit, easy to navigate layout, fantastic design and simple taste in decor (meaning the theme isn’t overdone or over the top), beautiful location in general. The ocean is literally across the street. There were horseshoe crabs the size of a softball all over the place. 10/10 would book again

We loved this place so much that we were trying to figure out dates to book as soon as we checked out! This was our second trip to Provincetown but this trip as so much better because of the location and rental. This place was one of the cleanest rental properties that I’ve been in. We arrived and there was a welcome letter and snacks from the host. Beach chairs, beach towels, Roku, grill, board games etc! 2 minute walk to the shore! We even caught the bus a couple of times into town. Picked us up right on the corner in front of the property! This place was a 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful time in Provincetown. The accommodations were perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home experience. Mars and Paula went out of their way in welcoming us, including picking us up at the pier when there was a very long wait for us to get an Uber or Taxi.

The condo decor was beautiful, the utilities, kitchen supplies, grill, deck furniture were all great. The complex grounds could have been cleaner and offer 2 car parking but that is the management responsibility not owners. We were lucky to have a place for one of our cars. If I were to change something, it would be to put in central air conditioning throughout the condo. The window air conditioners were loud and did not cool the front of the condo, The mattress on the platform beds were not comfortable, maybe for younger people but being in our mid-late sixties it did not give us a good sleep.

Amazing location—just the right distance between downtown Ptown and north Truro—in a comfortable, perfectly appointed condo. Insanely clean (esp for a beach house), and the hosts were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Highly highly recommend Paula and Mars house. We had such an amazing week there, and are counting down the days to returning!!

When our initial rental cancelled on us without warning, we were in a panic for a trip we thought we were all set for. I am SO thankful that we found Mars and Paula! Their condo was the perfect size for us, and though it was a bit further away from the center of town than we were used to (but still easily accessible!), the quiet, calm area was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle that is Bear Week! The added benefit of the use of the pool at the hotel nearby was a nice touch! i loved sitting on our patio in the mornings, and after a day of shopping. Fully furnished kitchen made it easy to make meals at home, and loved having access to beach chairs and other amenities. Check in and check out were very easy, and the owners were easy to communicate with, and so accommodating! We would certainly book again in the future.

We just arrived back home from our getaway at Paula and Mars perfect condo in Provincetown. The condo was perfect for the four of us and provided us with space and privacy. We were all very impressed with the newer walk in shower. We walked down the beach to Fanizzi's Restaurant the first night of our stay. We had a fantastic dinner and I highly recommend the Early Bird Dinner that included my gluten free clam chowder and salmon. f you have gluten allergies this is the place for you. We walked most of Commercial Street and back the first night. The walk was a but long to town but we didn't mind it for our first night. We loved playing in the pool in the nearby hotel. The pool is very large and nicely heated. They have a bar and food and no outside food or beverage is allowed. We cooked on the nice Weber Grill the second day. The grill is large and fairly new. There may be condiments in the refrigerator and we are grateful that there was ketchup and mustard. The condo had enough space and was very quiet throughout our visit. We even had a wild turkey in the backyard one of the mornings. Mars and Paula had perfect communication and we would highly recommend renting this place from them! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We had the perfect getaway with family.

From the moment I walked in -- really, from the moment I received the information packet about the condo -- I knew that I was in the hands of experienced and thoughtful hosts who thought of everything. The attention to detail let me know right away that we were going to be well taken care of. We spend more time in our rental than most groups, and cook more than most, I think. In the past, we've found we get into each other's space after the first few days. Not here! The layout of the condo is very efficient and there's plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out comfortably. The location was great for us. We do a lot of walking and walked into downtown Provincetown several times. Also having the beach be so close was a plus for us. We were there every evening for a nice evening walk. As I said, we do a lot of cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than we're used to in a vacation rental. The beds were larger than we usually find and comfortable to sleep in. It's so nice to wake up feeling refreshed! Our hosts were friendly and easy to reach. They replied quickly with thoughtful answers to several questions I had. Their welcome packet answered so many questions before we even had them. I would certainly stay here again!

The owners have created a warm, cozy, comfortable living space with virtually any amenity we required. They are great communicators, very accommodating, and have keep space easy. It’s perfect for beach vacation lodging. We enjoyed being away from busy downtown Provincetown- when we chose, though it was within walking distance.

This condo had everything we needed for a home base in Provincetown. We had our college student son with us for the first few days, and it worked out great for our little family. It's a bit removed from the center of the action, so it's quiet and peaceful, and I loved looking out at the woods when I woke up each morning. We bought groceries so we could eat breakfast and some other meals in, but we also treated ourselves to some memorable meals out. I enjoyed morning runs through town and on a couple of nearby trails. Our weather was on the cool side with just one rainy day, but it warmed up enough for us to enjoy an afternoon at the free hotel pool down the street. We strolled up and down Commercial Street and enjoyed people-watching and browsing through shops and galleries. We also loved exploring the Cape Cod National Seashore and going on a never-to-be-forgotten whale watch tour. Mars and Paula were super-helpful and great about communicating with us. We'd love to stay at their place again sometime!

I have rented many places to stay through VRBO and never encountered such kind and thoughtful owners. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their place was immaculate and very quiet complex just outside of town.

Every year we meet with the same group of friends for a Whale Watch weekend. I found this two bed room fully renovated condo available. It was perfectly tucked in a location that for me was heaven. We even had a red tail Hawk as our welcome. The condo came equipped with everything and It was immaculate and so comfortable. Our hosts we always available and patient with some some logistics. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will be back for sure.

The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was more than enough room for my college aged daughter and me. It would work well for a family of 4. Everything has been nicely updated recently. Quiet and peaceful location by the woods. Right across from beach and very near the Dune Shacks Trail. An easy walk into town and very quick drive (only about 1 mile). Mars and Paula are wonderful to work with and quite responsive. I highly recommend this for a short or long stay!!

What a great location to take care of exactly what we were looking for! Sun felt great either on the deck or a short walk to the beach. Definitely got our steps in walking into town where there are so many options and loved that we didn’t have to worry about parking. Seafood was top priority for us so we went to Cape Tip Wholesale Seafood located at 45 Court Street for a variety of fresh catch options. We definitely took full advantage of the grill. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is tucked back in the woods, making it private, quiet and cool. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for all our meals and made use of the modern gas grill. The kitchen is well-equipped and laid out. The place feels brand new and is well-maintained. It was very comfortable for the three of us. We appreciated having the laundry on site, the beach across the street and the pool nearby.

Beautiful condo, new bathroom and kitchen, as advertised, organized/communicative owners and clean. Very pleased. And P’Town in August is lovely!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Provincetown at this perfect two bedroom condo just steps from the beach. We’ve been coming to Provincetown for many years. This was the nicest place we’ve stayed in.

We loved this place! Being able to use the pool and shared outdoor space next door was amazing. Super quick walk to the beach and not far to Commercial St and more. Highly recommended.

This was our first time staying for a full week and renting an apartment. We loved the location because we enjoy being able to dash over to a nearby hotel pool for an hour or more in the middle of all of our other activities. We had two small children with us so we did have to sort out where to park the car each time we went into town, but it wasn't a big deal. It's only a mile to the center of Ptown so definitely walkable for an adult and there is a $2 bus that picks up in front of the hotel. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four and had all the amenities that made the week easier for us. Owners were available for quick questions when we arrived and checked in with us as we were packing up. We would definitely stay again.

Please pace was great, thought it was bigger in person and in very nice condition all around. The owners were very proactive in their communication and were overall great digs for the week.

We really enjoyed the property - very serene setting backing the woods so it is away from the parking area, but literally a two minute walk across the street from the beach which wasn’t crowded even on July 4th weekend. Comfortable beds and the perfect amount of room for 4 adults. The neighboring hotel has a really nice firepit setup in the evening, don’t dismiss the added value of the hotel amenities (pool/bar) which can be utilized as well!

We loved the location and the place was fantastic. It was an easy walk to downtown Provincetown while being the right distance away for quieter evenings. Mars and Paula were wonderful hosts and super-responsive. The condo had everything we needed.

This property had everything our family needed. Close to the beach and access to the swimming pool were nice perks. We loved how the place was decorated and the parking spot in front of the unit. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Provincetown.
