Just wrapped up our family getaway here and have to say that we can’t wait to return. Property has a wonderful private yard with expansive views of the mountains as the backdrop. House well equipped with everything necessary for a home away from home. Driveway large enough to accommodate both our vehicles with trailers. Excellent dining nearby ( Little Grille, Rek lis, Alburritos & Crumb Bum to name a few ). Gas station 1 minute up the street and easy/close access to highway. Kayla was very responsive and helpful with any questions. This location was a wonderful change from the busy Woodstock/Lincoln area that usually Winter vacation in. The Bethlehem/Littleton area exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Loved it - great location close to everything but feels secluded. Amazing views, a helpful, responsive owner. Everything was clean and ready to go. Grateful everything was dog friendly, they thoroughly enjoyed the yard and laying by the wood stove! Will definitely consider coming back, maybe with friends - almost too much space for 2 people and 2 dogs, we didn't go into the basement at all. My only tiny suggestion is a light out back, maybe behind the garage, for those late night potty breaks.

Our family ( including my mom) enjoyed a lovely stay. The accommodations were great with plenty of space. It was quiet and not far from Littleton and hiking. Will come again!

We were very impressed with Kayla's house. It was cozy and functional. The beds were the most comfortable short term rental beds we've experienced - not just someone's old spring mattress. The house had plenty of space, super dog friendly and you really can't beat the views! We spent a lot of time on the deck just taking in the fall foliage and views of some of the higher White Mountain peaks. The house is also convenient to center Bethlehem, Littleton, and Franconia. Just a few minutes to each. The yard is huge and well cared for. You just have to share with the local wildlife as we had daily bear scat (never saw them). We also saw a few deer in the mornings. We would definitely rent this property again - no question.

We really enjoyed our stay in the area! Great location to hiking, breweries & stores. Liked that it was a dog friendly house since our 2 border collies travel with us. Only suggestion is to maybe add additional outdoor lighting for those late night/early morning trips outside with the dogs. We did see a small black bear in the backyard our first night there! Easy communication with the host when I would text questions- quick replies. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was a perfect fit for 2 families of 4 and 2 pups. Very spacious with lots of windows, a big deck and gorgeous views of the mountains! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook as well as basic cleaning items but you do need to purchase all your own perishables. Beds were super comfy and the showers had good water pressure. A Roku TV, tons of firewood and a great selection of board games for the family were available as well. The yard is huge with plenty of land for the dogs and kiddos to run around. It is quite secluded with a few houses across the street but very quiet. Just dont mind sharing the yard with the local wildlife, including a bear and a porcupine. The basement is massive with two sleeping rooms and another queen bed in the entertainment room. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was a perfect space for the kiddos to hang out while the adults relaxed upstairs. The only complaints we had was (1) there is a bit of a musty smell throughout the downstairs area but it is a basement and the kids didn't seem to mind it at all. and (2) the deck and outside furniture could use an update at some point but were useable - we spent a ton of time out there as the weather was amazing. Kayla, the owner, is very attentive and welcoming. Overall, the house is a great place for families in a perfect location. It is alite ni so right in the middle of all the attractions right off 302 so you can get to Lincoln, Franconia and North Conway with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with an even better view! We loved the house, it met our needs perfectly for a summer getaway. Kayla’s communication was timely and helpful in answering any question we had. Would love to come back up this winter!

Great home to vacation with your family! This is the 2nd year we have stayed and enjoyed the local area along with Santa’s Village and Story Land. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great quiet location that worked well for my dogs and kids. The house could use a little work. The deck did not feel safe, with peeling paint, old wood railing, and the footings we're no longer doing their job. The basement shower did not function correctly and there was mold in the grout. The cabinets in the basement would fall off if you attempted to open them. Overall, we did enjoy our trip to the area and explored Santas Village and Story Land.

Home has some updates since the photo were taken and only makes the home better! Sunrises were beautiful, location is remote and quiet area. Shopping in Littleton from Walmart/ Shaws to Main Street and local breweries just a short <10 min. drive away.

Our family enjoyed 2 months in a great house. Nice size, good sleeping space, wood burning stove, nice view and good location near town but near the highway and skiing. Owners are very responsive! Only comments would be needing some better kitchen supplies and faster internet.

We just got home from a wonderful family vacation spent at this property. Photos are very accurate and the home was comfortable, clean and had beautiful views. It was very close to so many fun things to do. We skied at Bretton Woods 2 full days and played board games in front of the cozy wood stove. We enjoyed shopping in Littleton and would highly recommend Schilling Beer Company. My husband and I travelled with our son, his girlfriend & our daughter (ages 19, 21 & 23). Five of us had plenty of room. We went to Nestlebrook Farms in Jackson for an authentic sleigh ride - which is BEAUTIFUL at Christmastime. We made so many great memories. I would rent this property again without hesitation.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for New Years. My family of 5 fit perfectly in the basement. We were pleasantly surprised to find an actual bedroom down there with a queen sized bed! I thought the basement was an open area with only bunks and a queen sized bed. We were happy to have the space to spread out! The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances. We enjoyed the comfy couches, wood stove, beautiful views, and sledding in the yard. What a perfect location and space!

Exactly what we wanted - plenty of room, quiet and peaceful but not far from the main road, lots of great hiking within 30-60 minute drive.

The Dalton Ridge property was absolutely perfect for our needs; it’s not always easy to find a pet friendly property that’s so well taken care of. The dogs loved watching the deer walk through the back yard, and lazing around in front of the woodstove. The location was perfect for us, and the views from the property were stunning. Kayla and Jeff were accessible via text and very responsive. We look forward to booking again in the future.

The views from the back are beautiful. The area is quiet and private. We enjoyed the fireplace and mountain views the most. The house could use some TLC but it fit our needs. Its conveniently located to access the highway which was great for us.

We were very satisfied with the home. The listing was very accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by the gas grill, fire pit and crockpot. Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and was genuinely gracious and welcoming. We look forward to returning again next year.

This property is great for families! We had plenty of space, and enjoyed our stay!

Check in/out was very easy. The house had everything we needed and even had a couple neat little features. The welcome letter may need to be updated, I don’t think there is a key/lockbox that was mentioned. Just a keypad for the front door. Very minor issues, the stay was great!

We had a small family group for our stay at Kayla's house in Bethlehem and it was one of the best rental experiences I've had! The house was in a great location; quiet and private but close to town, hiking, attractions etc. The house itself is very well cared for and has many thoughtful touches. Kayla was helpful and friendly during the booking/rental process and was great to work with. I would highly recommend booking with Kayla and would absolutely return-thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great time the only problem was the house could off been cleaner. Bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate. Kitchen needed some deep cleaning and the downstairs needed airing out and cleaning. Overall very nice secluded area

This is a beautiful property. The large, backyard deck with mountain views was the perfect backdrop for our evening meals. We were a family of four with grandparents traveling together. The grandparents had the 1st-floor bedroom with a private bath while our family had plenty of room to spread out downstairs. We loved that downstairs shower with two heads! The kitchens had what we needed for cooking and the family/living room large for relaxed hanging out. The hosts were responsive to issues that arose (we couldn't find a package that had been delivered early and also the house ran out of propane for cooking) and took care of the issues exediately. We would highly recommend this site.

Overall, enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the view was wonderful. Great place for privacy (without being secluded) and great for those with pets... did have some ticks outside (it's that time of year), but our pets are protected. Thought the cleaning fee was a bit high in comparison to other rentals we've done, especially the fact there was only two of us and pets. Could understand a higher fee when there is 6 or more people. First time we've ever been required to pay an insurance fee... we do understand some renters are not careful with other people's property and it's possible the owners have had issues in the past. Did contact owners separately with some constructive criticism (primarily maintenance concerns).

Kayla was quick to respond about everything and I'm sure if I had asked her about it, she could have told me all the secrets.
