Situato su una spiaggia no-drive in un ricercato dopo la costruzione, ma abbastanza vicino a piedi al molo per la cena. Questi 3 camere / 3 unità bagno completo sono l'ideale per le famiglie.
Questa unità è al 9 ° piano del 10 storia Blue Surf con solo 4 grandi condomini sul pavimento. L'unità ha un grande open space, con incredibile vista mare da quasi tutte le camere.
Tutte le 3 camere sono spaziose (196sqft, 180sqft, 144sqft) con bagno annesso e armadi. We had a wonderful time in this unit It was our first time staying on first floor. It was so nice to be able to just walk out and jump in the pool or hit the beach. Our grandkids (ages 3 & 5) joined us for a week. It was so nice to be able to pop back into the unit for an extra towel or a snack.
The condo had top notch appliances and we loved the pantry with the pots and pans hanging against the wall for easy access. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

This property is very well appointed. It is tastefully done with nice things. Everything you need from cooking to building sandcastles are at your disposal. We enjoyed every minute and the host was responsive to every request and or question we had.

It was our second time staying here with my husband, sister and our 80 yo parents. It was just as beautiful and clean as last year. As always, Jill was a pleasure to communicate with. We had to leave a few days early because my dad was not feeling well but I have no complaints or regrets. Amazing condo!

The layout of the condo was extremely nice. Beautiful views very spacious very spacious and modernized. You had a private entrance into your condo from the pool area yet great view as you sat up higher. We would definitely return

It is very clean and in a perfect location. The hosts are great to work with and are very responsive. I had one small issue with a ceiling fan and Jill had it replaced immediately. We all loved our time here and hated to return home. We hope to be able to rent it again next year!

We LOVED our stay! The condo is beautiful, the morning sunrise walks are fabulous and the location is extremely convenient to everything! Thanks to the owners for being so easy to work with throughout our stay!

Ocean Front Condo
The condo was spacious and very clean, appliances and furniture are very new. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The view from the condo is amazing, beautiful sunrises every morning. Very close to many restaurants, but away from the busy main street. I will stay again!

The pool was heated for the first 10 days and my grandkids loved it. After that the weather cooled and the pool was not heated. Of course the condo is near everything and we found places to go and things to do until it warmed up again. Parking was easy as was getting around the area. I would love to come back.

This was the largest condo (square footage) I've ever stayed in. It is HUUUUGE! The condo was perfect for our large group. We had 6 adults, so 3BR and 3BA was a must. The best part was the view - full length windows stretch the width of the unit (LR, DR, Master BR), that lead out to a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The unit is on the 9th floor so you can see for miles. There is a storage closet in the exterior hallway across from the unit with everything you need for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc). Pool and deck were good size. The building is very secure with keypad entry. There is even 1 garage parking spot that comes with the unit. Finally, the beach is calm and quiet (no driving in this section). To sum it up - outstanding!

A True gem!
We stayed here with our family of seven and were quite blown away by the facility, the location and most importantly the balcony! This three bedroom condo is beach front and has floor to ceiling windows/doors allowing for spectacular views. The living area is spacious (even for seven adults) and the kitchen, while small, is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and having three bathrooms was very nice. The in unit laundry was also useful especially for a longer stay.
Now for our favorite part of the condo... the large balcony which runs the entire length of the condo. It was terrific to have room for all seven of us to sit together outside and enjoy the view! We enjoyed sunrises, watching dolphins, and star gazing. This alone was a major reason we chose this condo and it did not disappoint!
The facility has tennis courts, shuffle board, and a fantastic pool. A library and game room in case you need a book for the beach. Plus bathrooms on the main floor so you don't have to go all the way up to the condo.
A storage unit right outside the condo where sandy beach things can be stored. This was fantastic as it kept sand out of the condo and reduced clutter. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and pool items provided.
The location is ideal...close to local restaurants and shopping.
The beach was great and since it was on the no drive section it was not at all crowded.
A family vote was held and it was unanimous, we all hope to return next year!

It was FABULOUS!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was imaculate in cleanliness! It had EVERYTHING we needed to cook and relax at the condo! The view was AMAZING! We have stayed in the area previously and found that because the condo and facilities were so great we didn't have to leave to explore. It was compfortable, spacious, and relaxing. It offers a lot of space for some quiet relaxing time, while offering wide open spaces to enjoy hanging out with each other! We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans go by... we even saw a manatee group go by from the balcony. The pool and beach were never TOO busy to enjoy! I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks for the opportunity to make memories that'll last a lifetime!

Beautiful View - Romantic Getaway!
As soon as we walked in the door, we were amazed at the breathtaking view. The unit itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely updated. We enjoyed the large balcony....sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The community was quiet, the pool was refreshing and the poolside patio and grills were a fun way to enjoy meals outdoors. We liked everything about this unit and the location on the beach made it perfect. The Owners were great to work with and they made our stay memorable. Wish we were there now!

What a Great Place!
What a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The condo is spectacular and super clean.
It is decorated with well appointed furniture and has lots of space through out. The view from the balcony is incredible with gorgeous sunsets. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo comes with beach chairs, umbrella and toys! The pool was a nice change of pace and we particularly enjoyed using the outdoor grills to eat poolside on a couple of nights. Nice restaurants nearby and some are even within walking distance. Owners were a pleasure to work with and were eager to make our stay absolutely perfect! We will be back again!

Very Enjoyable month in the sun!!!
Me and two friends spent the most pleasurable month ever!!! The beach and pool are great and the residents very friendly. Even through the ongoing replacing of patio doors and not being able to enjoy our ocean view balcony except for the first 3 days of our stay, we had access to the streetside balcony that provided us with a view of the Halifax river and it was very enjoyable. Construction started at 8:45 am and ended at 5:00 pm and during that time we were somewhere else, either walking on the beach or shopping and sightseeing so it did not bother us that much. The owners are very nice and we appreciated being able to stay there. The place is clean and very comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

Location, Size, Charm and Everything You Need! This Condo Has It All!!!
I never want to visit the same place twice as I am a "been there, done that" kind of person. However, this place is so incredible that I know we want to come back next year. It has everything you need for a large family to enjoy many happy days on the beach together. First, the view is breathtaking. I love having my morning coffee on the huge balcony. Next, it is tastefully decorated and very spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy when needed. Also, the owners provided everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The place has all the amenities- wireless internet, tv's in the living room and every bedroom, a small weight room, a nice pool which is kept clean, and gas grills. Parking is easy and there are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We also paddle boarded and saw the manatees and dolphins! It truly was the best vacation we have had in years! Thank you very much, Ryan and Jill, for sharing this extraordinary place with us.
