Walk to Lifts and Town

Der Steiermark si trova a circa 100 iarde dalla superficie di base Peak 9, e solo mezzo isolato Main Street sul lato della montagna. Siamo proprio sul Fiume Azzurro e si accede al Riverwalk destra fuori la nostra porta sul retro. La nostra posizione è molto comoda agli impianti di risalita Quicksilver e pattinaggio sul ghiaccio al Village, e tutti i ristoranti e negozi a Breckenridge. Il nostro ristorante messicano preferito, MiCasa, si trova il nostro primo piano; insieme a Blue River Sport per tutti i vostri sci, snowboard e noleggio bicicletta.

Abbiamo accesso internet, vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, bloccato garage riscaldata con ascensore; e abbiamo completato una vasta facciata rimodellare a pochi anni fa. Ci sono belle viste dal balcone e abbiamo caminetti a legna. Mio loft una camera con un bagno ha una regina nella camera da letto al piano di sotto, e una regina e due gemelli in grande loft. E 'ben arredato, confortevole e molto conveniente come si può dire dai tassi.

I went out to visit my son who lives in Keystone. When looking for places to say, he did recommend Breckenridge, as there was more to do. Little did I know that the place I stayed was absolutely perfect. I could walk everywhere. Even though the apartment was located downtown, it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked, as I made a bunch of homemade meals for my son, so thank you for that. Bathroom had plenty of supplies and towels. The only down side was that the place could use a good cleaning. When I went to plug something in behind the nightstand, there was a coat of dust. I would definitely stay here again....

Condo is perfect size for my extended stay 2+weeks. Its close to everything you need, or want to do. Owner was very responsive and great to interact with. Kitchen had everything I needed, the coffee grinder was great so coffee was always fresh. I will stay again for sure.

This is a perfect location if you want a smaller sized place to stay right in the south end of town. Restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee shops are right out the door. There is a single bathroom, a bedroom downstairs and a large loft above with a double bed and two single beds. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you will need. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs for sitting outside overlooking the street and to the west Peaks 8, 9 and 10. The unit is older but had everything we expected based on the written description and photos. I would stay here again.

We love the location for the easy access to Main Street and the short walk to the Quick Silver Lift. The proximity to the restaurant MiCasa and to the ski rental at the family owned Blue River Sports is an added bonus. The apartment is spacious with an authentic, cosy 1970s style. We plan to come back!

Walking distance to lifts and town, location couldn't be more convienient. Very comfortable well appointed kitchen, lots of space with comfortable beds. Furniture and carpet quite worn but overall good value for money. Loft area was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

It may not be the newest, largest, or most updated condo in Breck, but I've never found a good condo in such a perfect location for such a great price as this. Unless you're planning on spending your entire vacation sitting around inside a condo, this place can't be beat for the price. Walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, private parking garage, great view from balcony, perfect for what I needed for my vacation.
