Everything was exactly as described, and we were so at home there. We enjoyed the deer, and other wildlife, and the view of the lake right across from the front porch was divine. It helped us relax and forget the world and it's chaos, even for a few days. We will be back. Words just don't do this place justice.

Cabin was excellent with everything you need. The view out the front of the lake was picturesque. Truly quiet and secluded. Loved seeing deer every night. We plan on returning.

We stayed here for a couple of days and I was really impressed with this cabin. It was very clean and they had it decorated beautifully including a Christmas tree and garland since our stay was right after Thanksgiving. The property is beautiful. Check in was easy. Only complaint was the furniture was a bit uncomfortable. I think they could use a new mattress ( we kept falling into the center) on the bed as well as a couch and chair that were on the lumpy side. Those were my only complaints. It was really lovely.

My wife and I wanted to find a place to get away from the hustle of every day life for an extended weekend. We were looking for luxury accommodations that provided the privacy to just get away and enjoy the outdoors. The Cattail did just that for us with the things we like inside a home, a nice porch to sit and enjoy the sounds and beauty of the outdoors. One added bonus was the pond with canoe for us to simply float around while enjoying some wine together. Checked all our boxes.

My wife and I loved our stay. The cabin is so nice. It feels like you are miles from town but are just a short drive to everything. Kitchen was well stocked to cook in. It was so quiet and relaxing. Pond was nice, caught a couple of bass in there

We went to Eureka Springs for a quick end getaway to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. The cabin (Cattail) was just what we were looking for…the cabin itself was amazing…clean, organized with everything we needed. We planned on doing a lot during the wknd-but honestly we loved just sitting on the front porch overlooking the pond and talking. It was so quiet, peaceful with lots of wildlife!! I would highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely stay. Full kitchen- lots of cooking supplies. We did not use the jacuzzi. Coffee provided. Did not find a hair dryer but I brought my own. Big soft towels. Bed is very soft so be aware if you have back problems. Cable worked great! Loved our stay!

We never left the property! It was perfect from the moment we walked in with the music playing, soft lights made it very welcoming. Everything we needed to cook was easy and on hand. The property was serene! We will stay here again every year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Cattleman cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Our family made many wonderful memories together and will book another stay in the future. The owners and manager were sweet and accommodating.

Cattail cabin is a perfect place for two people and very private. There was another cabin just up the hill but it was well hidden amongst the trees. A pond in front of the cabin has a canoe available, but no life jackets so take your own. The pond is closely monitored by two geese and two ducks. Within walking/hiking distance is a cluster of huge rocks. One cluster looks like a very old alligator. The trip was well worth the cost and we plan to return soon.

I loved the cabin! We had a fantastic time. We went hiking on the property and canoeing! Enjoyed the front porch and grilled for our meals! The cabin itself was very comfortable and we will recommend to others!!!

Out of town feel in town
We really enjoyed getting away and still having everything close by. Wildlife was abundant and a pleasure to watch. Cabin was very clean and comfortable.

Luxurious and Peaceful
A beautiful piece of property with the perfect cabin. It was exceptionally clean and had many extra touches, like great towels and toiletries. The view was beautiful and seemed 20 miles from town but was only 5 mins. Sitting on the porch was wonderful in the evening.

Perfect Anniversary Get Away
Very impressed with this cabin. We felt completely secluded from the world but only moments to town for food, groceries, etc. Such a beautiful setting, hidden in the woods. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Only ONE downside. We started a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We made sure the flue was open but smoke still became very thick inside the cabin. Other than that - the entire stay was idyllic.

Outstanding Hideaway
Although the property is just a few miles from the center of Eureka Springs one feels a world away. A beautiful drive from the check in into the valley takes you to the very private cabin in front of a small lake and not visible to the other cabins. The "cattail" is impressive from the moment you walk in. Wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi tub and outdoor grill makes for a very pleasant experience. Saw plenty of wildlife including deer and a blue Herron. The bed and bathroom on the same floor was big plus for us "old timers"!

Peaceful getaway
This property is absolutely amazing in every way! The location is so close to town, yet feels like you are in a different world as you will hardly see another person/vehicle throughout your stay. If a peaceful getaway is what you need to recharge, this will do it. The cabin is set up and decorated to give you the feel that you are in the mountains. The bed and linens are comfortable and high quality. We made several meals and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. We are already talking about booking another weekend.

Perfect for couples seeking some privacy, and relaxation. Away from the city noises. Quiet and relaxing. Open concept, lots of windows for views of nature at its finest. Super clean. Soft linens, Would come again. 10 plus stars!!!!

This is an amazing property to just get away from the rush of daily life.
My husband and I loved this property its peaceful and secluded. There is wildlife in the yard. Beautiful cabin inside and outside. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the front porch in Rocking chairs. The fishing was not the best but still nice to be on the water. Easy check in and check out. Full service kitchen all you would have to bring is food and clothes and enjoy. We will be returning next year.

Piece of Heaven
Cattail is a true treasure! If you love the peace and serenity of nature combined with a beautifully crafted & furnished cabin, this is the place for you. Being in town, you have the conveniences of restaurants and shops. But if hiding away and staying immersed in the outdoors is your thing, this is a great escape. We will be back!

Very large one bedroom. Staff was great and very friendly. Lots of space around cabin and hardly any traffic. Well worth cost.

Peaceful
We had an amazing time. The cabin was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. It's not like other stays we have had before. The kitchen is equipped however nothing more than salt pepper so if your cooking bring the essentials. The fishing pond right out front was beautiful to look at. There were some very big fish in it. Nothing would bite anything we offered. My husband gave everything he had to try and catch something. All in all amazing anniversary get away.

The Cattail - A Must
We loved our stay at The Cattail cabin. What a romantic cabin, fairly well-secluded from the rest of the Cinnamon Valley properties. It was so peaceful waking up and sitting on the front porch looking out at the lake. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing!!
I was so impressed by the pictures when I reserved this place but it was so much more amazing when we got there. There was so much attention to detail in the cabin and the surroundings. It was everything we were hoping to find.....peaceful and so relaxing. We really didn't do much which is exactly what we wanted. We did some fishing...even caught about 5-6 fish, walked over to "the rocks" and just rested. We checked out the other cabins while we where there and were amazed at all the thought and detail that went into making this great place.
We will definitely be coming back but this time we will be staying longer.

"The nicest cabin that I've ever seen!"
Me and my wife enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the Cinnamon Valley "The Cattail". The cabin is very upscale and extremely clean. It was decorated for Christmas and wood for a fire in a rock fire place. We enjoyed seeing deer out the front view by the pond. I recommend this cabin to anyone.

A very beautifully peaceful experience!
The Cattail is such a beautiful cabin! It's just far enough away from town and other cabins to give you the impression of being secluded. It is such a peaceful and serene environment. The area is just gorgeous! Julie is very accommodating and super friendly! Be sure to grab a Cinnamon Valley coffee cup while you're there! They are beautiful as well and a great souvenir for a great vacation! I love this place and we will definitely be back! ❤️

Beautiful Place!
My husband and I stayed in the Cattail for a holiday getaway. I absolutely loved this cabin! It was so beautiful and so clean! I loved my morning coffee out on the front porch listening to all of the nature sounds. It is just 5 minutes from town, but we felt as if we were completely away from civilization. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. We will definitely be back!!

Romantic getaway
My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days away from life and stress. We have stayed in the area previously and had a wonderful experience, so we decided to stay in the area again. Cinnamon Valley was perfect!!!! Lots of wildlife, beautiful scenery, and the cabin was truly the most amazingly perfect cabin!! Staff is amazing! We highly recommend this place!!
