Questa affascinante casa al mare si trova nella pittoresca Turtle Beach in un angolo molto tranquillo a soli 50 metri. dalla spiaggia e dalla piscina del quartiere. Il piccolo cul de sac di case vittoriane, steccati bianchi e piste ciclabili corre proprio accanto alla spiaggia ed è comodo per i ristoranti di The Sanctuary e Tomassos al Turtle Point Golf Club. Il mercato, i campi da tennis, il Night Heron Park / Nature Center sono facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta. L'unico vero "traffico" di cui parlare sono i ciclisti, che lo rendono particolarmente attraente per le famiglie con bambini piccoli.
L'ampio portico anteriore offre brezze oceaniche e il suono delle onde che si infrangono. Vi è abbondanza di comodi posti a sedere, un tavolo per mangiare o lavorare e un'amaca per rilassarsi. C'è il sole al mattino e all'ombra nel pomeriggio.
Le doppie porte si aprono sul soggiorno, arredate con nuovi mobili Barn Pottery, TV via cavo / DVD e un camino per notti fresche. Ci sono libri, giochi e puzzle da intrattenere. La sala da pranzo, al largo della cucina, presenta un set da pranzo in ciliegio e ferro battuto e porte che si aprono sul portico schermato. La cucina completamente attrezzata, con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile è ben fornita con un sacco di spazio per cucinare.
Dall'altra parte del retro della casa c'è un tranquillo portico schermato con una splendida vista sul "verde", molti comodi posti a sedere e ventilatori a soffitto ti mantengono fresco tutto l'anno.
L'area doccia esterna contiene un assortimento di sedie a sdraio e boogy board per il tuo divertimento. Vengono forniti anche teli da mare.
La piscina privata del quartiere è a 2 minuti a piedi.
Il 5 stelle Sanctuary Hotel, a pochi passi di distanza, offre numerosi ristoranti raffinati e servizi spa.

We were here for our annual family KI beach trip. House is comfortably appointed. Great location. We had ages 2 to 57. Everyone had a lovely stay. This home is convenient to the beach and very clean. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful experience. Good and timely communication with owner. The house is beyond adorable, especially loved sitting on the screened in porch in the evening. The proximity to beach could not be better, a charming 2 minute stroll through a path lined with oaks, until you reach the spectacular water vista. Great beach for walking, especially at sunset. Husband loved golfing at Turtle Point and Osprey, and the 45 minute drive into Charleston was easy. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the house. It was very clean and well-equipped with kitchen supplies. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were much appreciated.
The screened in patio became our favorite place to relax, read, play cards, etc.
We had one minor issue, which is possible at any rental, but it was quickly remedied by Tish.
The location between the beach and the pool was very convenient, and both were so close. We have been to Kiawah many times, and I think this was the closest we have ever stayed to the beach. It was very nice, and we would definitely try to stay again on a return visit!

We had a great week in this lovely home. It was very clean and well stocked. It was a cool week so we spent many hours on the beautiful front porch where we could hear the ocean. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas or set up your own. There was also a pool just for the neighborhood. A special treat was watching deer right on the beach or walking through the backyard! We would definitely stay in this home again.

If you want easy access to the beach, stay here. That was our highest priority and this achieved that. The porches (both front and back) were ideal. I would sit out on those at night with my infant and rock him to sleep with the sound of the ocean in the background. The layout of the house worked nicely for us being open and essentially having two master suites on either side of the house. The bunk room worked well for the kids - which my oldest loved. We also loved the quiet neighborhood. Nice and close to The Nest and park, just a short bike ride away.

An absolutely charming house located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was a short walk from the house, and you can hear the beach from the house. I enjoyed spending time laying in the hammock hearing the ocean. I would stay here again.

The owners are proactively trying to find ways to retain the deposit you put down. We put our bags at the house at 3pm (that was a reduction of deposit). Our 3yr old took a key which we tried to mail back but they declined (that was a charge). They wanted to know the location of their handheld umbrellas (would’ve been a charge but we knew where they were). You’ll get charged if you leave toys in the front porch overnight or bikes in the wrong area.
I’m sure nice people, but what a drag. The neighbors were nice enough to offer a heads up on this kind of stuff at least.

This home was so comfortable and this location is the best at Kiawah. The walk to the beach is short and so picturesque. The porches were magical. We could hear ocean waves from the front porch! The hammock was my favorite spot. Morning coffee on the back porch was also a favorite - very peaceful. The owners were very attentive!

It is steps from the beach, and all beach items are available to you. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms to the washer and dishwasher, everything is there to make life easy. The hammock and back porch were my favorite places in the house. I miss those already, and I am ready to book again as soon as possible.

We flew into town for a family wedding. It was a busy weekend being that our son was the ring bearer and flower girl’s family was staying with us. Perfect spot to take the kids to the water without feeling the need to load everything up and stay for a long period of time. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was great being able to take the kids to the water whenever we got a free hour to spare.
