Property was probably the cleanest we've rented in a long time. House had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great time and really felt comfortable staying here. Owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with as needed. Lovely neighborhood too!

The house is very well maintained and clean. The layout is nice for family with rooms for kids, a large common area and a screened porch with deck. The neighborhood is quiet.
A.bonus was that a supermarket is located about a minute away by car so trips for things needed during the week was easy. The pool was also great for the kids.

Our two families enjoyed this house as a great base of operations for going to the beach, the pool and for exploring the surrounding communities. Fernando was very responsive when we hit some snags with accessing included amenities and when a minor maintenance question came up. We especially appreciated the spacious parking, the central location and the screened in porch. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the amenities of the community but also were so close to the beaches and town. The property is very well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great about checking on us and we couldn’t have had a nicer vacation. This is our second time staying at the house and we will be back.

Good overall family stay
Clean house, well appointed. Overall we had a positive stay, and I would recommend this rental. A few words of caution: the VRBO listing and information lacks some important detail and has some inaccurate information. When I did contact the owner, he was very responsive and provided additional detail. Be aware: the community center and pool are NOT included in your rental, but can be accessed for an additional fee. This was important to our rental, and was a big disappointment. The owner did send the correct information through the email communication, but it was buried deep in the email in a very dense document. That should be trusted more than the listing for property detail.

Great stay in Bethany Beach
Great house for our family! So close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch and morning jogs through the Salt Pond community. Comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. We didn’t want to leave!

Phenomenal weekend for our golfer-fishermen group. House is spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Situated among homes set back from Salt Pond Golf Course 5th green. To a person, all very much enjoyed our stay!

We all enjoyed our first family vacation at Salt Pond. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The layout of the house was perfect! Pool, grocery store and beach all close by. Definitely will return. Owner was a pleasure to communicate with.

Perfect location spacious home
Beautiful house with perfect layout. Nice and bright. Perfect location to easily get everywhere. We went to the ocean (7:30am, 7pm, daytime at Fenwick Island State Park; attended several program at the Delaware State Park Lifesaving Station; dinner at Ropewalk. Instacart from Giant, Hockers grocery and Liberty gas station in walking distance. Walking/biking Trails nearby if it wasn't so hot. Agape for mini golf and arcade at Millville boardwalk, and of course Bonkeys Ice Cream, and outlets in Rehoboth. Fantastic weather week, and good time had by all.

Good for what we needed
We were in town for a wedding so my siblings and families rented this house. It was conveniently located and the space was great. Not having linens and towels provided was challenging since many of us were flying in.

Workcation or vacation this property is perfect! Amenities are up-to-date and modern. The home is clean and bright. Holiday Happiness
This was our family’s first experience using vrbo, and it could not have been easier or more enjoyable. The rental process was simple and straightforward. The property was lovely, very tastefully decorated, and came with everything we needed, which was especially nice since we ventured there for Thanksgiving and prepared our meals at the house. We also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood path and evening family foosball tournaments. Oh, and yes, the beaches (which are very close and easy to access, especially during the off-season)! But most important to us was our interaction with the host, Mr. Lulli. Throughout our rental experience, he was very kind, easy to communicate with, and really seemed to care about our family enjoying our time at his property. We couldn’t recommend him or his vacation home more highly.

A wonderful community experience
We very much enjoyed our stay on the 6th hole of a golf course set within a wonderful community. A wonderful friendly open air experience where we enjoyed bike riding to the beach, golfing in the sunshine, and sitting on the back deck or in the Adirondack chairs out front of the house for coffee in the morning or relaxing close to the day. The perfect house for a simple getaway vacation!
PS - the hosts we absolutely great with communication and very responsive!

We had a great week. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. It was a nice, quiet location, a quick drive to the beach or to town to shop. Fernando was great to work with and answered every question we had very quickly. We were a little uncertain about what to do with our vacation plans this year but we are definitely glad we decided to still go!

Rented this home several times now for our semi annual golf weekends. Perfect location for our Delaware and Maryland golf courses as well AA being close to the beach at Bethany Beach. Always clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a week. The home is in a great location for several of the popular beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. We golfed several times, Salt Pond is a par 3 course but quite challenging. Fernando checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for that. The best week ever!
My family has been staying in Salt Pond for over 10 years. We have stayed at the same home in Salt Pond for over 10 years. This year we switch it up and found Fernando and what is now our new vacation home in Salt Pond. My week could not have been better. The home was clean and beautiful. 4 bedrooms and close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked, even an ice cream scoop (we like to make homemade sundae) The back porch is amazing. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks for creating summer memories for my family of 5!

Great Beach Vacation
This is our second time staying at this property. The location is great for access to the beach, restaurants, and fun activities. We also like being in a community with access to a pool, golf and tennis. Our family had a wonderful time staying here.
