Comfortable, clean, convenient, and uncrowded. Easy four minute walk to Keystone village shops and restaurants. We biked every day on the adjacent bike/walk path that connects to many miles of other Summit County paths. A couple of nitpicks: 1) Construction of large condo/resort across the street made for some extra noise and traffic. 2) We reported that the en suite bedroom satellite TV was on the fritz, and management offered to fix it. But since we didn't need it for our own use (there were other working TVs in the unit) we told them to just wait until we checked out. Summary: When I asked if she'd stay there again, Wife said "Absolutely".

Overall the stay was great. Clean and great communication with staff. It was a little far to get to some activities but nice area. Hard to sleep in with construction going on but realize property making upgrades. At night leaving windows open for cool air was ok until the sprinklers went off in the middle of the night, which were right outside the rooms. Probably would have been better if not on 1st floor. Nice game area with pool table, but pool sticks were broken or in bad condition. Room was close to gane room so was very noisy some nights until 12:30 am due to a group of guys yelling while in game room and when going up and down the hall.

This condo is clean and very conveniently located a short walk from the main gondola and the village. Loved the heated underground parking garage. I also saw some reviews mentioning an uncomfortable king bed; They must have replaced it because the mattress was quite comfortable! Overall, nice stay.

Condo was very clean. It was conveniently on the first floor, and was the first room from the lobby where there was a pool table and foosball table. Plenty of useful hooks and shelves near the entrance for our coats and other items. The bed, towels, dishes and other amenities were good quality. Check-in was easy, although it was in a different building down the road. The location is a quick walk to the gondola.

1. The most communication I have ever received from a Vrbo! The company was on top of it to assure I know every ins and outs of the property, check in process, driving directions, neighborhood info ... e-mails texts ...
2. Very clean and updated apartment. It was spacious for the 3 of us, and probably up to 5 would fit comfortably.
3. Comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped. Great coffee maker and toaster!
4. Covered secure parking under the apartment building, easy access by elevator. Trash and recycling is also right there by the elevator in the garage.
5. We chose a first-floor level apt so we can just walk out the back door, and ride our bikes, which was great. 1 minute walk to town (and overpriced restaurants)
6. Note: The community room of the building is right next door including a pool table and foosball table - users were respectful and there was no noise after 9PM though.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at this condo! It was clean, pretty well equipped and comfortable. We have a 9 month old daughter and the layout worked really well to let her crawl around and not be worried.
We were disappointed that the nearby construction blocked the path over to the gondola/river run village. The pool was open, but the heating mechanism was broken so we were unable to use it. These two features had originally drawn us to the property, so it was unfortunate that they weren’t what we we’re expecting.
Overall, we had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

This was the second summer in Keystone for us. This property was our choice because it was on the ground floor with a walkout right to real grass and trees. The property description was accurate. The property was clean and when we needed help the company was quick to help. The property was quiet and the pool was enjoyed by the grandkids. The common area was good but very dark at night. (To the management only---there was supposed to be general things such as coffee and filters. There were none. There was no vacuum to keep the floor clean. There was salt and pepper. The place we stayed in last year was fully equipped for baking. The bedding was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot.)

This was a great little place for a weekend getaway. It was a short walk from the village center. Access to other resort towns was easy and yet it was nice to not be right on the major highways through Summit County. Home was clean and welcoming, kids loved it. The hot tub and swimming pool were wonderful. Parking was easily accessed. My only complaint is that although the nightly rate was great, the extra fees were over the top.

Family Ski Trip
The condo & property were perfect. Proximity to the gondola & village were great. Our only complaint was the check in process. We were given 4 non-functioning key cards & had to drive back across town to get new ones. Not ideal when you're tired of traveling & ready to settle in for the night. Also, no apology was given for the mess up. Completely unprofessional. Luckily, we didn't have to interact with the property managers for the rest of the trip!

Cleaning could have been way better
The resort was nice, little dated but kept up nice. The room on the other hand wasn’t clean which was especially concerning with COVID. The sheets had hair all over them, the floor wasn’t clean and the couch looked like someone ate a thing of cookies on it and about 1/3 didn’t reach their mouths. Was disappointed in the cleaning standards for sure.

This is the second time we have stayed here, both in the summer. The condo has recently been refreshed--painted, new furniture, decor and linens. The location is close to the gondola and river run village but far enough away to be quiet. The condo no longer had a dining table which was a little awkward.Other then that its a great getaway place.

Weekend get away
We were here for a quick weekend get away on short notice. The initial check in process was somewhat confusing trying to locate the management company’s lockbox to pick up our check in package. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We were here in summer but in winter this unit would be very convenient with easy access to the gondola and base of the mountain dining, shopping etc.

Excellent for family ski trip!
Excellent location for a family ski trip! You can sit on the couch and see skiers coming down the mountain! Gondola is a quick walk from the patio door, very close to ski lockers and hot tub/pool area. Perfect for a ski trip with children. Only thing we wished was that the master bed was more firm. Otherwise excellent place and we will be back again!

Great location at reasonable price
Short walk to the gondola. Very clean and spacious. Bargain for a two bed, two bath. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit Keystone. The condo was amazing! Red Hawk had a few issues...the south elevator was out of order so we had to enter through the north elevator and go outside to enter the south side. Also, the pool area ran out of towels quite frequently. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Rental experience was very favorable. Received several emails with details of payment, check-in/out instructions, etc., Located across the street from the Hunki Dori parking lot so easy to return back to condo for lunch. Only issue, we received 3 keycards in our check-in envelope and only one worked without fail. I called and they would have given us replacements but we didn't have time to run over to their offices. Furniture was a bit worn and shower curtain in master bathroom had mildew on it but everything else was good.
