Bella 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni Newport Beach / Balboa Peninsula house. 2800 sf. residenza completamente rinnovata nel 2015. Situato su Ocean Ave, è una breve passeggiata per la sabbia.
Dotato di Wifi gratuito e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto più la camera familiare. Due balconi fuori dalle camere da letto anteriori e cortile privato. A pochi secondi dalla sabbia nella parte più desiderabile di Newport Beach. Cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici di fascia alta.

This property is amazing and the amenities are perfect, HOWEVER, I wish we would have been warned about the construction next door nap time was difficult for our granddaughter and you could not enjoy the patio due to the noise
I was disappointed, I have stayed there before and love the property. Just wish I would have been told about construction. Kind of ruined the stay a little

Yeah, it was a very nice house. However, the house next-door was under construction and the house next to it and there was a ridiculous amount of noise every morning woke us up right in early on vacation which would’ve been nice to know when booking that the house next-door is torn down and under construction.

This is the second time we've stayed here for our spring break vacation. We had such a great time last year that the family begged to stay in the exact same place this year! It really is a lovely home in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, only steps away from the beach. The beach cruiser bicycles got used every day along the bike and footpath that parallels the beach for several miles. Well appointed kitchen for preparing your own meals. Multiple restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Just a fantastic place!

Such a lovely home - and location - for our family Thanksgiving gathering! With a party of 7 adults, 1 teen and 1 infant, we had plenty of living and personal space for all of us. The pictures are very accurate, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness. The bikes and beach chairs were wonderful (we did bring our own bike locks thanks to another review), and there were plenty of paper products available. Overall a terrific home worth a return visit! Thank you to the hosts!

Everything about the stay was great. The communication with the property manager was timely, clear and concise. The check-in process was simple. The house was in excellent condition - clean and well appointed. It had everything for a great beach day - beach cruisers, bodyboards, sand toys, towels and more. The location was excellent - a very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Newport destinations like Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Newport Pier. I would definitely recommend.

Great location near beach, bay, shops, stores, restaurants, and Fun Zone. Everything was readily available and easy to find in this upgraded home. Property Manager responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns. There are six bikes that are available to be used, however they should be tuned up and the combination on the locks should be provided. Thank you so much, my family had a wonderful time there together.

It was perfect.. we stay in Newport every summer and this house was one of our favorites.. the amenities were great, parking great, beach super close and not much of a bike ride to balboa pier and fu. Zone. We loved it !!

Lovely Beach House!
We loved staying at this house! Property manager & home owner we’re super nice and accommodating. The outdoor shower is perfect for kids after the beach, and the furniture has been updated! The photos don’t do this place justice.

Best Birthday Ever in New Port
We loved the New Port house. It was so roomy and the location was fabulous. We would definitely return to this property. The house was so well supplied with extras. We loved having the bikes and all the beach chairs.

A Wonderful Vacation on Balboa Peninsula
The house is ideally located in a very nice neighborhood and just a short block from the beach. Great area to ride bike that are provided. Only suggestion is that the bikes need maintenance. Lots of additional beach toys are also provided. We will be back!

Terrific property, great location!
We booked the property for our spring break vacation. The home easily accommodated all 8 of us. It was very clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated with beach and coastal accents. Literally steps away from the beach, but away from the busier streets in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes are beautiful. Our kids loved using the beach cruisers and could take bike rides all the way to Newport pier. Beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We could prepare all our meals in the large kitchen. Overall we were extremely pleased, and would definitely rent this particular property again!

Family Christmas
It was great! The house was perfect and very well stocked with towels, paper products, laundry products, bikes, beach equipment, 2 car garage and everything was in good working condition. The bedrooms were very comfortable and private. The kitchen was equipped with everything and we were happy to find a wine fridge! The laundry was perfect for keeping the baby in clean clothes. The location was also excellent in that it was half a block to the beach yet in a quiet neighborhood. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get much chance to use the 2 patios but they were very comfortable and added space to spread out. We had 8 adults and 1 infant so the space was well used! We never felt crowded but had a cozy comfortable family Christmas in a perfect home. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome house just steps from the beach!
Wonderfully equipped home with everything you need well stocked with a comfortable open floor plan for families. Nice quiet street with a very welcoming neighborhood! We would definitely rent here again!

This is our second stay in this lovely, clean and nicely appointed home at the beach. We love the quiet neighborhood near the end of Balboa Peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of the main beaches. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay including bikes, beach chairs and towels. Looking forward to our next visit!

Love this Beach House.
The rental is one of the best we've rented. It is a beautiful home, with each room well furnished. Beds are comfortable , restroom are well stocked with everything you need. Nice kitchen centered in the home stocked with all you need to have home cooked meals. We loved this rental.

Perfect house for a family vacation!
My family loves to visit Newport Beach and this is our favorite house. This was our 3rd time staying in the house, and we love it. The house is beautiful and has everything your family will need with lots of space for everyone. They provide bikes and everything for the beach which is only a short walk, along with picturesque sunsets will have us coming back time and time again.

Charming well appointed home
We were so pleased to stay in this charming spacious home . The house accommodated all five of us with room to spare. The gourmet kitchen was more than we expected. My favorite was to sit outside in the front court yard and watch people walk by. Neighborhood was quiet since this home is in a residential neighborhood yet walking distance to restaurants. We would come back and stay here as much as time allowed.

The perfect family beach house
This beach house is perfect for a family beach vacation. Loved the location. It was spotless and has a great layout downstairs for eating and hanging out together. It also had everything you need for your stay, including beach cruisers and chairs. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly. Great house, poor service
Proximity to the beach, beauty of neighborhood, layout of the large home, fantastic front courtyard, bikes in the garage--all 5 star.
Broken deadbolt in side door, broken bathtub drain stopper, couches in very poor shape, dirt and dust under beds, lack of basic office supplies, lack of clear instructions of how to navigate things in the house (we're used to VRBOs having a binder of information)--2 stars.
Property manager failing to take care of concerns throughout stay, failing to demonstrate knowledge of house, failing to show up to check in on things as promised, filing fraudulent claims for damages--all 1 star.
Full disclosure: we were supposed to check out by 11am. We left the house with all luggage and house in beautiful shape at 11:45. The owners showed up at check out time (where were they or the property manager when we needed things attended to throughout our 10 day stay?) and were rude and raised their voices to to us. Yes, we should have been gone already. No, you do not talk that way to paying guests who just spend a significant amount of money for a 10-day stay in your guest house.
Unfortunately, to add fuel to an already smoldering fire, the property manager filed 2 damage claims, both of which were unjustifiable.
Regarding “2 hours extra cleaning time”—We were supposed to check out at 11. We left at 11:45. Perhaps he could have charged us for 45 minutes of the cleaning crew's time. It’s pretty basic math.
We left the home in glistening order, as we had washed, dried and folded a stack of 12 towels, and we had not used a single dish since we brought all of our own.
Regarding damaged drain stopper: we contacted Brian M. a few days into our stay, via email, and shared that the drain stopper was broken. He responded by saying he would be in to check out some of the issues in the house. He was a no-show. As a make-shift, we used a wash cloth to stop up the drain for baths, and now he is claiming a significant sum for the repair! A quick google search for a similar drain stopper indicates that a new one can be bought for under $11, which is what he should have done for us during our visit.
In summary, we had a great stay. We were slightly disappointed with some aspects of the home, yet we would have been ready to overlook them all and leave a 5 star review, had the service been so much better.

Perfect, Comfortable, Steps-to-the Beach
This house is beautiful. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. It was clean, updated and just perfect for our family. Only a few steps to the beach. The location was awesome, we rode the bikes that are provided everywhere. This is the second year we rented the house and will be back next year. Everything was wonderful!

Beautiful and relaxing
We loved our time at the beautiful home. The location was perfect and our family enjoyed every minute. The house is open and bright which is what we were looking for coming from our Northeast winter. We cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is. Location is quite and just steps from the beach making sunset walks perfect. This house has everything you need including bikes to ride up and down the boardwalk. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Great House in a Great Location!
If you're looking to stay on the Newport Beach peninsula this is a great house to stay in! It's away from all the hubbub on a nice quiet street with a super short walk to the beach. Everything was there that we needed including bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and the like. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you would need. I would definitely stay there again!

Best vacation house ever!
My family has been renting vacation homes for the last 25 years at various locations. We have never had a home as clean and well equipped as this one. We loved the location...only one block to the beach and a bike ride to the piers and restaurants. It's evident that the owners take great pride in their home, and they have thought of everything possible that vacationers would want....bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and even the small things like extra supplies, soaps, lotions, cleanex, etc. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Thank you! We hope to be back again soon!!

Great location, very comfortable!
Wonderful home! Everything needed for a fantastic vacation was included - bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and boogie boards. We rode the bikes to the pier and around the peninsula every day! Owner gave very helpful instructions for appliances, TVs, and even restaurant recommendations! The beach is a two minute walk and it’s lovely! (Use caution in the water, however, as it’s a steep slope and can be dangerous in this area.). Great house and we’d rent it again!

Beautiful Beach House
Our family would highly recommend this beach rental. The home is located in the more desired area of Newport Beach and is away from the busy area but within walking distance to Main street. It is impeccably clean, the bedding is new and the beds are all comfortable. We have rented beach houses in the area and none of them compared to this one. It was very nice having the bikes on hand and not having to go to the trouble of renting them. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Just what the doctor ordered!
Our families stay was enjoyed in this model home quality property. This remodeled beach house on a quite section on Balboa Peninsula forces you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. It's location is 1 block from the beachfront estates of Newport beach. The neighborhood is quiet to the ocean sounds, however the planes from OC airport start at 7am promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach cruiser and lounge chairs available in the garage. We thank the owners for opening their paradise beach house with other.
