Stayed in this home with extended family and teen kids. Absolutely the perfect space for all of us and wonderful views. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but conveniently located to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again. The management company was easily reached for any questions we would have.

Beautiful home, perfect location. Very minor things. Didn’t have trash bags or new sponge or wash clothes for dishes or countertops. Manager checked on us through out the week and told us we can go to office for those items needed but the day we needed or could go the weather was nasty and I didn’t feel comfortable driving. Also for a house that big I think there should have been more towels. Oh and more laundry soap. This place was amazing and comfortable for big family. Would stay again

Our stay was amazing from the point of entering the property and continued to amaze at the point of checking out. The owners and management went above and beyond to make this unit comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, supplies were well-stocked, and there was a great variety of entertainment—our favorite was to watch the snow drifting slowly down to dust the trees and the ground. The many windows surrounding the unit allowed a wondrous view of the mountains around us. Checking out was simple and didn’t require half a day’s work to meet requirements, as our past experiences with other rentals did. I would recommend future renters to bring food because once they enter this unit, they’re not going to want to leave—not even for food!

This was a spacious and clean home that was well appointed. It is a nice location that is close to the activities Breckenridge has to offer yet tucked away in the relatively quiet woods of Blue River. We had a few minor issues that were addressed promptly by the Summit staff. This is the second year we have used Summit to rent a property and they seem to run a very tight ship. The homes have been ready on time, clean and nice. The staff is friendly and responds to calls and texts in a timely manner. They are a pleasure to work with and I will use them again in the future. We also had great meals at Mi Casa, Michael's, Bangkok Happy Bowl and Breckenridge Brewery.

We had a wonderful day in Breckenridge! The house was beautiful and super clean! We had everything provided that was needed in the kitchen and bathrooms! It was only five minutes to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house lives up to its description and advertising. It was well equipped and comfortable. It was also a huge plus to have access to the garage as the snow and low temps would have made leaving the car outside a big challenge. We highly recommend this home. Only complaint, and area of improvement, is the pillows. Most were hard and not very comfortable. If the owners provided some softer pillows, this house would be a 10/10.

The house was perfect for us. It has the cozy, warm, Colorado feeling that we were looking for. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and had all the amenities that we needed (even extra things we did not expect). The kitchen/living room was cozy and spacious all at the same time so we could work on putting a puzzle together while others could be lazy and relax on the comfortable couches and watch TV. The view was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for the kids in all the rooms and for them to enjoy the hot tub and the pool table. We don't have a single negative thing to say about this house. They even showed up bright and early in the morning and plowed the driveway for us when it snowed. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and I mean that.

It was somethin
With a perfect set up for large groups, this house has a lot of space, so there is plenty of room for your whole group. The house has everything you need for a great trip. From a pool table to stocked up Movies and games.
The beds on the other hand were very uncomfortable. Everyone in our group woke up multiple times a night. Also if the weather forecast shows a lot of snow, plan on being stuck in for a little while. We had to flag down and pay a passing snow plow to plow the driveway, so we could get out of the garage.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. I wished it had been a little cleaner but we cleaned up what needed to be done. The house is a great space for family get together. Their is plenty of space for everyone. it would have been nice to of had more space for our things in the kitchen and family room. the cupboards and pantry are full of dishes and their items. so no place to put our stuff.

Awesome place to come home to and relax after hitting the slopes. The living room has an incredible view and could not be more perfect. The trash cans provided by the owners made it extremely easy to clean up before leaving. My personal favorite part was the pool table room with some cool posters to decorate the lounge. Definitely recommend!

We could not have had a better stay with Summit Mountain Rentals. The staff were very friendly. Emma and Sara checked us in and they gave us great advice on what to do in town and answered all of our questions. The property was super clean, very spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. It is a townhome and you would never know it. The neighbors next door appeared to be home but we could not hear a peep from them. There are separate driveways and you honestly wouldn't know people were over there. We spent the majority of the time in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. We all could fit in all of the living spaces very nicely without feeling cramped at all. We will definitely be back and definitely renting this home again! Thank you Summit Mountain Rentals, Emma, and Sara for your hospitality.
