We love the location of the house and it was very convenient and very clean. The 2 1/2 baths worked well but the entire house needs to be updated with some new furniture and appliances. The view out the back windows was incredible and we loved it. Good experience overall.

Beauty lakefront cottage/house. Views are amazing. You can see the Toronto skyline at night. Grounds are well kept and spacious. Master bedroom is huge with a full bath. Living space is also very spacious. Sunset and sunrise are viewable from the cottage. Great stay and perfect location for peace and quiet !

We had a great time here, plenty of room in the house, great big fenced in yard for our dog to defend, gorgeous view from the deck, comfy bed, close to marina and restaurants, only a short drive to Niagara Falls, lots of fresh farm produce in local stands. Even the fierce wind we had on our last night didn't detract from our vacation! Good memories and a good place to stay. Would recommend and would stay here again if in the area. Only thing to bring up would be the sectional sofa is very low to the ground but there are a few other chairs that you can sit in so don't let that stop you from enjoying this nice place. Our host was quick to respond to any questions, and the house sits on a very quiet lane. Very peaceful and beautiful area.

The house was perfect - spacious kitchen with ample dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and glassware. The living/ dining area was large with many windows overlooking Lake Ontario. The master bedroom with en-suite bath was perfect while the middle bedroom had a half bath, and a full tub/shower bath in the hall. The central a/c was assisted by window units in kitchen and bedrooms (although the one in the smallest bedroom was not working but not an issue with cooler temps). Our grandson enjoyed marshmallows in the fire pit and running around the fenced yard. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the marina and restaurants a short mile away. The owner even provided bikes for our use. Can’t wait to return.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to reconnect with each other and we couldn't have chosen a more comfortable home. There was plenty of room for us in the living room and I spent lots of time peering through the telescope. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking our family favorites. It was chilly and rainy during our stay so it was perfect weather for us to kick back, talk and enjoy each others company. On our last day we got to meet Robin , the owner and property manager who gave us a history of the house and also refunded us one night for not having the outdoor area up to par. We hadn't noticed anything wrong.. All told we can't wait to go back to Olcott and we'll definitely be staying at this place again. Thanks Robin.

Absolutely beautiful in every way. Large rooms, comfy beds, wonderful linens, gorgeous views, huge yard and Robin even brought over bikes so my daughter and I could race down my hometown street, like I used to do many years ago! The deck overlooks the lake with lots of seating. We do not want to leave......but will be back to this perfect home in Olcott, West Bluff. We had a great stay at this house. Exactly as described in the pictures and description. Its an older house but lots of room, 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Well equipped kitchen. Great view of the lake. Loved the deck and the backyard, my kid loved running around. It was a good change to an apartment life. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was that there was a strong pet odor, guessing the previous renter had a pet. It had reduced by the 2nd/3rd day, didn't bother mentioning to the owner as I wasn't sure what could've been done at that point. Otherwise it was a perfect rental, I'd stay again if I was to visit the area in future.

We had a great stay in Olcott at this house on the lake. Lots of room in 3 bedroom with 2.5 baths. It is a older home but great view of lake and of the excellent sunsets. Close to wineries and the cozy town of Olcott. I'd stay again if I was to visit area in future trips to WNY.

property is gorgeous, i have 2 little dogs and they really enjoyed the fenced in yard. beautiful view of the lake as you drink your morning coffee.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved sitting out on the deck watching the sunset every evening and even ordered take out from Mariner’s Landing (fish fry was great!) so we didn’t have to leave the cottage! It was a beautiful scenic drive along the lake over to the Niagara Falls Scenic road that take you right to the falls. There’s also a fantastic winery literally within a 3 min walk to the cottage. We definitely want to stay here again next year! Thank you for the amazing get away and family memories!!

Three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and large deck. Perfect!

We went up with a few families to take our kids fishing. We had a great time the rental was in a great location and was exactly as described in the pictures and description. The owner was very nice and accommodating we hope to rent from them again next year.

We spent 5 nights at this cottage on Lake Ontario. It is in a quiet area near Olcot beach. It has a great outdoor space although we did not get to utilize it because of the time of year (late September). Great sunsets and sunrise with a view of the Toronto skyline. There are wineries right in the neighborhood. Near all of the Niagara Falls attractions off of the Niagara Falls scenic highway. Although the cottage could use updating it was comfortable and had everything we neede for our stay.
