Ti diamo il benvenuto al The Ledges Resort & Marina! Siamo situati sulla St. Il fiume Lawrence di fronte al castello di Boldt. Abbiamo una vista sul castello, sul Sunken Rock Lighthouse e sul principale canale di navigazione. Abbiamo ponti, banchine, amache e gazebo. Sono fantastici per osservare la nave o pescare. Abbiamo piscina interrata recentemente rinnovata. Ci sono pozzi all'aperto dove è possibile riscaldarsi sotto le stelle. Forniamo persino legna da ardere! Ci sono molte aree a prato aperto per giocare a cattura, giochi sul prato o semplicemente fare una passeggiata.
The Ledges offre una vacanza tranquilla con 6 acri di terreno paesaggistico lungo l'acqua. Mentre i motivi offrono privacy e molto spazio, non siamo in una posizione remota. È una passeggiata facile e veloce in centro. Siamo vicini a tutte le attrazioni. Alle sporgenze hai il meglio di entrambi i mondi; relax e convenienza!
The Shipwatch Cottage è un bellissimo cottage con due camere da letto con un camino in pietra con vista sul fiume. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso in memory foam nel soggiorno. Ha una cucina completa con frigorifero / congelatore, lavandino per grembiule da fattoria, cucina, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, bollitore per tè e forno a microonde. C'è un HDTV da 39 "con televisione satellitare Directv.
Sul ponte esterno c'è una griglia e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie per godersi la grigliata estiva. C'è un firepit con sedie Adirondack per godersi s'mores con la famiglia.
Shampoo, balsamo e sapone per le mani di lusso sono forniti da Beekman 1802. I letti sono preparati con lenzuola fresche. Vengono forniti anche asciugamani da bagno, asciugamani e salviette.
Tutto è preparato e pronto per rendere la tua vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Basta portare te stesso!

We had a wonderful time with Family at the Ledges. Everything was Perfect. Well supplied cottage, clean and comfortable, wood and starter kindling for fit pit and right next door to our fishing charter "Reel Commander". We will be back for sure.

The property is well cared for with special touches to make you feel right at home. Many amenities makes it easy to come and stay without having to pack alot of extra things. The fire pit was stocked with wood and we noticed that it was replenished. We will definitely return again.

The cottage was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and the property/grounds were inviting and decorated so nicely for fall. It was easy to take our Golden Retriever outside to do his business. The firepits are such a nice addition! I can imagine coming back in the summer when the pool is open.

Beautiful, clean, modern cottage. Breathtaking views. Hosts kept us in loop for checking in early, boat and jetski docking, pictures of where turn on water to dock at cottage, easy check out. Nightly fire wood provided for fires. Peaceful grounds. A true gem!

Wonderful getaway!
Absolutely loved the place and location. Quiet but not too quiet. I was so impressed by how lovely the grounds were. So well taken care of and filled with photo opportunities! Being able to have our dog with us was very appreciated otherwise we would not have come. The owners (managers) not sure which They were, were very quick to answer any questions we had. My only suggestions would be for a grab bar in the shower so it would truly be handicap accessible and a larger bed in the master. Not sure if it was a queen but a king would have been fabulous. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much

My husband and I had a great time, the property is at a fantastic location overlooking Boldt Castle. Each cottage has its own fire pit with firewood provided. The property was very clean, virtual check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Ledges - Shipwatch
Great place to stay. Cabins were very clean and modern. Grounds are kept up well. Location is excellent and only 2 minutes from downtown Alexandria Bay. Communication with owners was excellent.

A great getaway
We stayed at The Shipwatch for the weekend. Nick and Amy have lovingly created a charming, cozy place by the water in Alexandria Bay. The cottage is so sweet, with all the necessities. The two rooms are sufficient, comfortable queen size bed in each room. The living room and kitchen are not large, but if the weather has been nicer, we would have been outside roaming the beautiful outdoor space with Adirondack chairs, fire pits, and gazebo. Nice touches, such as rain shower, good coffee, cute dishes, nice linens, etc. A lovely stay.

Relaxing getaway for a special milestone birthday .
I booked the Shipwatch cabin and was not disappointed . The cabin was decorated beautifully with all the amenities and was very comfortable .I especially loved the rain head shower arm in the bathroom which was a very nice touch and gave me the most relaxing shower. I now have to buy one for my bath... Loved the Adirondack chairs surrounding the Fire Pit ,and thought it was great that fresh wood was provided to make a very nice fire as well.. Also, loved the outdoor pool , and the gazebos on the premises .My guests and I enjoyed the property very much and would love to go back . We couldn't ask for a better weekend. A big thank you to Ainsley for helping me with the TV, and the owners for doing a great job maintaining the property . Cindy T.

Chillin by the river
Perfect blend of close to town while still a million miles away! Nicely maintained property with lots of room to roam, firewood delivered nightly to use in your own personal fire pit. The young couple who owned and maintain the grounds make themselves very available for any problems or questions. Our cabin was very cutely decorated and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked

Relaxing stay-helpful staff!!!
It’s the perfect relaxing stay! The pool was so enjoyable! The fire pit was always fully stocked by the staff, which was a pleasant surprise! Anytime we needed anything, help came within 5 minutes! Clean, beautiful house and location! Thank you so much for a fabulous experience! We cannot wait to come again!

We were treated with care and respect by everyone there. The scenery and accommodations on the grounds were perfect. Clean , spacious , and relaxing. Look forward to staying there again.

A pleasant surprise
Beautiful clean property. We were supposed to stay in Boathouse 3, but due to circumstances beyond the owners control (Mother Nature decided to flood the river this Spring), we were upgraded to Shipwatch cottage. Cannot say we were dissapointed in any way. We were met by a worker on our arrival who took us to the cottage. Sorry we can't remember her name, but she was extremely pleasant and offered a lot of information about the area. The overall property is clean and well kept, some of the views of Boldt Castle in the evening are spectacular. We met Nick and Amy who are very nice. Nick even came around and put the AC units back in because of the warmer weather for the weekend (much appreciated). We are already planning on returning next year. Thank you for your hospitality.

Summer Getaway
Nick and Amy were very accommodating last minute reservations for our family. We have young kids and they were entertained with plenty to do between the pool and fires while on the grounds. The cottage was clean and up to date with plenty of space for everyone.
We will definitely be back.
