Vi sentirete come a casa mentre era in vacanza in questo primo piano villa a Windsor Verde. Perfettamente incastonato indietro lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia, ma solo a breve distanza per godere di tutto!

Everything was excellent except for the people that were staying right above us. They were extremely loud, especially Friday and Saturday night. There was a lot of running and stomping over our heads. They were also loud out on the balcony. That was the ONLY issue....other than that; everything was awesome.

We went to MB to house hunt & not for a vacation but we managed to find a house & have some fun too. Our stay was great & we enjoyed our time. After some minor issues with the laundry room, blinds, microwave, the owners immediately contacted us & were very apologetic & went above & beyond to correct the situation. This condo is on the 1st floor, which made it easy with 2 kids so we didn’t have to lug kids & gear up & down steps. Also easy move in & out. Nice screened in patio & nice pool. The kitchen was very clean & fully equipped as were both bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again and I am thankful to the owners for their attention to us & their kindness.

My husband has two brothers and their family in the Conway area. We wanted a place close enough to travel back and forth daily and also room for 2 teenagers and our 23 y/o who was able to join us from Goose Creek. Having a kitchen was a must, I pre cook many things so as to limit eating out but did need cookware to add sides and do breakfast. This home had everything we needed from kitchen to laundry to bedding. Good internet was a huge plus. The front bedrooms did have porch light coming through but we put a dark sheet up and that worked. This is an apartment complex and people were coming and going in the morning but the young people said it wasn't too bad. Everything was comfortable and we can see ourselves renting here again.

Was very impressed with easy check-in (early flight so was able to check-in early); amenities in condo; easy check-out instructions; and cleanliness of place. If you’re not looking to stay at the beach while you’re visiting your student at Coastal Carolina, this is a great rental!

We loved this Condo. It was clean, comfortable for the family and located in a great place in Conway close to Myrtle Beach. Access to a community pool and the host had beach equipment available that we utilized when we went to the beach. Highly recommend this place. The host was great and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Our vacation was amazing. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This place was great. If I had to give one or two small complaints it would be the beds were not comfortable but that could just be my issue. Also the back porch could use a sweep of natures insects. Just a sweep or hose down of spider webs and bugs for each new guest. But otherwise this was perfection and I highly recommend and would stay again.

Gail is an awesome host and her property is conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping. Also, the location is great for access to all the golf courses north and south and is perfect for nights out at Broadway at the Beach entertainment and local and chain restaurants. The place is always spotless and the beds and furniture are super comfortable, all the amenities, just like home!! You couldn't ask for more. I'm a repeat guest and highly recommend it for golf or family vacations.

We were in town to watch Coastal Carolina Baseball and play a little golf. The location was great, about 4 miles from the baseball field. During that drive, we passed 8 nice courses within that distance.
We would definitely stay there again.

Private, quiet retreat from the hustle of Myrtle Beach. Ridiculous number of speed bumps (9) to get to the property took away from the experience.

Check in process was a breeze. The condo was ready early so we were able to check in before our first round of golf. Place was clean, AC worked great. Close to places to eat and drink. Would come back again

My family loved this property. It was spacious and I was super excited I could control the temperature even tho we didn’t need to. The location was perfect convenient to Myrtle beach and north mytle beach shops Walmart and restaurants. We have to hunt every year for a place that has a recliner for my mother in law and this place had one recliner options are hard to find now a days with all the upgrades and such so we never really get to stay on the beach but this place was everything we needed and more! You will not be disappointed I could go on and on. The pool was a great option for the kids while the adults relaxed and Gail was a great

Nice Place
This is a nice place for the week, walls are a bit thin, you can hear the tenants upstairs walking throughout their unit. Beds are a little uncomfortable, living furniture is super comfortable. Adequate space for 6 adults.

Perfect location
Close to CCU, maybe 10 minute drive. Right on a quiet golf course community. Lots of restaurants, grocery, and other shops nearby …. Even a fitness center that offers day passes if that’s important to your group!

Golfers Heaven
This property host is outstanding & very accommodating. The property is very close to supermarket complex and locally owned restaurants. The photos on the VRBO site don't do it justice. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, 1st floor and the patio overlooks the 7th green of the Wizard. We chatted with the friendly grounds crew early a.m. and at dusk. Four guys from 56 - 70 and we found everything easy and relaxing! Awesome time.

Mixed Review
Our stay at Gail’s place got off to a rocky start. Her messages didn’t go through (which was not her fault) so we couldn’t get into the condo right away. Gail felt terrible and corrected this issue. The place was as described. We were very close to the neighborhood pool, close to shopping, a short drive to the beach. There were lots of dead bugs in the condo. Our beds were old and not super comfortable, but they did the trick. We enjoyed the roku in the family room to watch tv and listen to music on the tv. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. The showers had INCREDIBLE water pressure. There were plenty of towels. Each room had an extra small fan in the closet which was a nice touch.

The apartment was really great everything there that we needed . Communication with property owner was great, and overall everything was really nice. The beach is about a 20 minute drive from the place

Our overall stay was fine and we enjoyed the property.
Upon arrival there was an issue with entering the property and the host, Gail was completely unavailable. The neighbor Yvonne was very helpful, very hospitable, they offered us shelter, made phone calls and even offered rooms for us to stay if we weren't properly assisted. I had to contact Vrbo to gain entry access and after about 2 hours we got in. Gail mentioned a refund for the inconvenience but I've yet to receive it. The condo was absolutely wonderful, the complaints mostly involved the mattresses, the master bedroom, the room I stayed in was foam I believe, was sunk in on one side but the other side was perfect. The televisions were small and dated but served their purpose. Housekeeping/cleaners needs to be more attentive, dust, vacuuming and cleaning the patio, I have OCD and noticed everything. They even let the master bedroom toilet running. Don't be discouraged by this review, overall it was a great place, the residents were very welcoming and that southern hospitality was beautiful. Gail's place is as pictured, nice amenities, wonderfully stocked kitchen and she did make connections with me to see how our first night went and offered a refund.

Was close enough to all the attractions and activities but far enough not too know about them. We went out in the evenings to explore, shop, and have fun. We slept in every morning in peace and cleanliness. Was perfect in the back of the area with no thru traffic. Just a golf course to look at and so quiet. I could live there with no problem. We will stay there again

Carolina graduation
We stayed here for CCU graduation. The location is great. The condo needs new mattresses. All were old and uncomfortable. Also the towels need to be replaced. Poor selection and only 2 washcloths for all the guest. Overall the stay was ok but for a VRBO rental the two issues really should be corrected.

hard to find using the building number as the address..it led us down a sketchy dirt road on the side of railroad tracks my suggestion...use the name of the condos on Google map.They home is well stocked clean and vacation ready it was comfortable and relaxing

Easter Vacation
The overall experience was good common areas relative clean and spacious. The bed linens were not as clean and the full size beds were small for the master bedroom and extra bedroom but overall we really enjoyed the location!

Nice, cozy condo
The condo was very clean and felt like home. It was very cozy. Absolutely no complaints. We reallly enjoyed our stay. Only issue which wasnt on the property owner was that the pool was not open during our stay. Would definitely check dates in the future
