Prenota questo condominio all'ultimo piano in una posizione ideale in un complesso premium ora per goderti Siesta Key ha da offrire. Midnight Cove II è situato vicino al ponte sud per comodità, vicino al South Village con negozi e ristoranti e dispone di accesso privato recintato alla famosa spiaggia Siesta Key. Godrai dell'ufficio in loco e della gestione professionale con il contatto diretto del proprietario nel caso in cui tu abbia bisogno di qualcos'altro. Prenota ora e diamo il benvenuto a Fun & Sun!
Questa unità presenta una grande planimetria e ristrutturazione. L'unità è assorbita dalla luce solare dalla parete dei cursori rivolta verso il bacino dell'imbarcazione e l'ICW. Il design moderno è classico e confortevole. Goditi la rilassante master suite con letto matrimoniale, la suite per gli ospiti ha 2 gemelli e un grande divano è un letto estraibile premium. C'è un grande schermo piatto nella zona giorno, nella suite principale e un altro nella camera degli ospiti (3 in totale). Tutto è nuovo - elettrodomestici, bicchieri, stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, materassi, divani, tavoli, sedie .... TUTTO (tranne i pavimenti) ... era nuovo nel 2016. Solo perché sei lontano da casa, non significa che devi essere senza! Resta con noi e lasciati coccolare.
Come un complesso, Midnight Cove II è il migliore dell'isola. Dal momento in cui attraversi l'isola, ti piacerà la posizione comoda. Sarai abbastanza vicino a negozi, ristoranti e bar ... ma abbastanza lontano per goderti la pace e la tranquillità. Con accesso alla spiaggia recintato e un attraversamento a pulsante disponibile su richiesta, puoi immergerti in tutto ciò che la spiaggia ha da offrire. Se hai tempo, ti innamorerai degli spazi aperti di Midnight Cove II - la grande quantità di finitrici accoglie te e i tuoi ospiti in un ampio parcheggio e spazio per vagare ... un premio su Siesta Key. La sicurezza e la gestione in loco assicurano che la piscina riscaldata, i campi da tennis, l'area di allenamento, la stazione per barbecue e molto altro siano in ottime condizioni.

Our stay at the property was great! The owner was informative and helpfull. Place was clean and offered many great amenities. I would stay here again. The Vrbo process was easy.

Very nice furnished apartment with comfy beds. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle bus available to go to the main village.
The host was very service minded and fixed all things we asked for within 24 hours.
I highly recommend this apartmentand would book it again.

Wonderful condo! Nice view of the intercostal waterway from the lanai. Beach towels, cart and sand chairs were a plus. Had a great, relaxing 2 week stay.

Overall enjoyable and comfortable experience. Easy check in and owner was very responsive. Nicely updated and very comfortable furnishings. Great outdoor deck. Easy access to beach and attractive outdoor property/grounds.

My husband and I stayed for a beautiful week in September, post tourist season. The pictures portray this beautiful condo, but don’t highlight enough the amazing balcony with glorious sunrises each morning. It was stocked with all necessities and clean linens. We enjoyed our favorite restaurants and bars all within walking distances, as well as the amazing beach each day.

The condo was so clean and beautifully furnished! Clint was so nice and got back to us right away if we had any questions! The view was beautiful of the waterway and intercoastal. The beds were comfy and the condo had all the things we needed for our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

What a great place to stay! Condo was prefect for a small family. Kitchen equipped for any cooking. Storage closet is packed with all your beach needs many chairs, beach wagon, buckets, shovels, football, skim board, boogie boards and many more. Crescent beach was quite a busy beach, but if you are looking for a more low key beach turtle beach is a short drive down the road. Clear check in and check out instructions and great communication from the host.

We had a wonderful time in our unit. Had everything we needed. Clint is a pleasure to work with. Conveniently located to the village and neighboring restaurants. With access to a free city trolley or Frog hopper service, working off tips. The beaches are absolutely amazing, with sugary white sand. Will definitely be back!!

Beach chairs, fishing poles, beach toys, beach cart, tennis rackets and balls, beach towels. The kitchen had your basic condiment spices, aluminum foil was helpful, blender, coffee pot. The beach was just a short walk across the street. This condo was very clean as well. Like i said i have zero complaints. I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time at Midnight Cove 2. The beach is a short walk away. There are restaurants, ice cream, and groceries also a short walk away. The view off the back balcony is relaxing and calming. The condo was clean and well laid out. Just so enjoyable! We hope to be back.

This property is in an amazing location! Even though it is bayside, you have a very short walk to the beach! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and even watched some dolphins putting on a show!! Grilled our suppers and the pool was fun! This unit was comfortable and as described. Communication with Clint was quick and easy. You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve stayed at the Midnight Cove II Loft the past 2 years. This condo is very quiet and private on the top floor, with comfortable outdoor furniture.
Inside it has everything you need for vacation. Also there’s tennis round robin MWF mornings and pickle ball the other days. Great way to meet
people. Great restaurants. Good times.

The condo was very nice ,very clean and equipped with everything you would need. We were very impressed with the quality of the linens. The grounds and the pool are very nice . Clint the owner was very thorough with all the info we needed. We will be back one day!

We enjoyed our time, beautiful pool, path to ocean. Loved watching boats in the river from our deck. The grilling area and carwash a bonus. The new bedsheets and towel awesome. We would stay again.

We were very pleased with our week long stay. The property was as pretty as the pictures showed on line. It was very clean, and a very nice location. We were able to walk to many places and it is just a very short walk to the beach!

The unit is 3rd floor without elevator. Was a problem for my wife. Mostly older unit with a few upgrades. Couches were terrible, hard to sit in and get out of. Bed not a king as advertised. Would never rent again.

Clint was very responsive anytime we reached out to him with questions. The property is in a nice location, away from the busyness of the Village, a short drive gets you there quickly however. We enjoyed the quiet mornings on the lanai, heated pool, and easy access to the beach and near by restaurants and shops.
The accommodations had everything we needed, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator kept everything nice and cold! Water pressure in the shower was nice, as well as the temperature of the water.
Suggestions: thermostat to be able to be adjusted below 70 degrees (we are from Wisconsin, so maybe we just like things a little cooler for sleeping😊), ceiling lights and fans had to be turned on by the pull cords, they were not hooked up to the light switch on the wall; I don’t remember if the bed in the main bedroom is listed as a full or a queen, it was a bit small for two adults, but we did make it work; softer toilet paper, and a box of tissues would’ve been helpful as well.
If we return to the area, we would stay at this location again.

Tropical Oasis!
The place was just beautiful! It was clean, convenient to get in and out, and close to everything. The grounds were well kept and it was close to the pool and beach. The parking was super close but there were three flights of stairs. It wasn’t bad at all though. It literally felt like a tropical oasis. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back next year!

I was so pleased by the amenities of this condo! It was beautiful inside! The grounds, pool and private beach minutes away made vacationing here perfect. There is plenty of opportunities to see the area using the free trolley too! It was a 10/10 vacation spot! Clint was quick to respond to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed and the best accomodations!
