Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare 6 persone ed è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante. HDTV, soggiorno e camera da letto Una casa vacanza accogliente. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, posate, bicchieri, piatti, apribottiglie, barbecue, ecc ... Tutti i comfort di casa propria !!! Ha un layout aperto e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Esci in piscina per una nuotata rinfrescante e goditi una cena all'aperto. Il patio è il paradiso perfetto per sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino o per gustare un caffè mattutino e un buon libro. Poinciana Village è una comunità amichevole, quartiere molto carino e sicuro. La posizione centrale consente di raggiungere in 10 minuti di auto una grande varietà di ristoranti, negozi e cinema. Allo stesso tempo, ci sono molte bellissime spiagge da cui guardare il tramonto e godersi le calde acque della costa del Golfo. La spiaggia più vicina è Clam Pass Park all'estremità occidentale di Pine Ridge Road. C'è una passerella di 0. 6 miglia. Altre attività nelle vicinanze includono lo Zoo di Napoli, il Centro Filarmonico di Napoli, il Giardino Botanico, il Golf, il Tennis, la nautica e i parchi per passeggiare. Questa è una casa per le vacanze, sono sicuro che ti piacerebbe e apprezzerai. Great place for a family. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and very nice. Would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The home is in a great neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. The best part was the private, heated pool. Our kids were in there every free moment we had! Very clean, very comfortable, and just perfect. We didn't want to come home!

Nice spacious house with a nice pool area. Large pool with sitting and dining area under the lanai.
Check in was good except for an issue getting the WiFi to work. Called Fran and she replied quickly. She said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call Mariya. I left Mariya a message and never heard from her. Luckily I figured out the issue.

Lovely villa in quiet residential neighbourhood. Car is an absolute must have in order to appreciate NAPLES and its great beaches. Pool, barbeque and outside patio great for relaxing. Villa spacious and well appointed. Odd problems sorted immediately by property manager who lives directly opposite.Definitely recommended.

Beautiful house!
We really loved our stay at this property! The location was great, not too far from shops / beaches etc. Everything was spotless. The owners even left us a bottle of wine, some beers and some chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. We’d definitely book again :-)

Perfect Spring break with kids
My kids and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the pool had noodles and tubes and the bedroom bathrooms had everything we needed. I’ve already looked at staying here again next year! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Comfy family home
My mom, husband, 3-yr-old and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The house was well equipped, the pool was great and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. House was a good size for our family too, everyone had their own space. We could walk to a local playground so that was a big perk but otherwise the location isn’t walkable to get to amenities. There are a lot of attractions within a 10-20 min drive - nice beaches, the zoo, historic Naples, etc. Also we flew into Fort Myers airport and it was an easy 30 min drive to get to the house. Highly recommend as long as you’re okay driving everywhere.

Fantastic home!
We stayed here for my 30th birthday. It was amazing! We had the entire house and it’s such a great size. The heated pool was my favorite thing about the house, and we really enjoyed the huge kitchen. Highly recommend this home!

Extremely clean comfortable place to stay! Nice kitchen- large table! Nice pool to enjoy! Neighborhood is nice and safe but nothing fancy! About 10-15 minute ride to 5th Avenue, Naples!

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities of this home. We found it especially helpful to have towels stocked, and everything you'd need to feel comfortable. The backyard set up is a dream with a covered patio, and a lanai atop the pool. Outside the home, you're close to shopping, and restaurants. The only and I mean only downside to this rental is that some of the neighborhood homes look run down. However, it is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. So the appearance of other homes is a non issue once you're inside this beautiful and well appointed home.

It was a great place at great location. House has all the amenities. Owner is really nice. Property manager was also great in communicating. Pool was great. We had no issues and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely keep in mind of this property again, when we come back.
