We loved this house last year so we were lucky enough to rent it again this year. The host are excellent! Great amenities and home is exactly how it is listed.

The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool and outdoor area have been updated. This is our fifth year to stay here and we will continue to return. The hosts are kind and accommodating.

We could have not picked a more perfect home for our family trip to Phoenix. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you could imagine, super comfy beds, beautiful pool, hot tub….I could go on and on. Only complaint we have is we wished we didn’t have to leave!

4 of us came to Phoenix for spring training. This house was perfect, large, clean, comfortable and inviting! We had no complaints at all. The back yard was excellent, enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Thank you Shannon and Russell!

Shannon was a wonderful host. Texted me on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above by filling my request to have a Christmas tree up. Our family got to decorate it together; wonderful memories made. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, with a great layout. Beds extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Shopping nearby. Super close to State Farm Arena. Headed into downtown Phienix, drove north on 51 up by Cave Creek. Vistas stunning.

This was our third time to stay at this property and won’t be our last. The house is clean; the kitchen is well stocked; there are lots of towels; the pool and patio area are relaxing and inviting. The house is comfortable and we felt safe.

This was such a nice place to stay for our grandson's graduation!
It was very clean, had nice spaces to gather and had everything we needed for the days we were there. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the coyotes, which we loved to hear). We would definitely stay again.

We never been to Arizona. What a great home to stay in! We have used VRBO many times and this is the first house stocked with so many things to cook with and towels to use! We were even able to make an Easter dinner for our family! We definitely will be back!

We came to Arizona to golf and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. We enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. We would stay in this wonderful home again.

The house is cute in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well stocked. The home has newer appliances, newer furnishings, comfortable furniture, lots of TVs. The hot tub was nice after a long day of travel. Good location to get to entertainment, shopping.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Pool was warm and the house is cozy, welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner. Plenty of towels and TV's.

This house was exactly as described ! Perfect area for our needs... Jacuzzi worked great ! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked.... Tv's were easy to use.... Very happy with everything.... We will be back !!

We stayed 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool almost daily and was impressed with the customer service. Shannon always got back to us right away and answered all of our questions. You won't be sorry you stayed here!

We had a wonderful time visiting with family and meeting our new grandson. This beautiful home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed to cook full meals. Plenty of towels, including beach towels for the pool, which we enjoyed very much! The home was very comfortable, felt like home. Easy check in and out. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. Good communication with our hosts, Shannon and Russell. We would definitely stay here again.

Warm weather vacation
After 6 months of winter and a cool, rainy and windy spring, it was so relaxing to enjoy the warm weather and heated pool. The owners are very accommodating and reply quickly. The house is well stocked with cooking utensils and the best bath & pool towels too! This was our second stay there and we already booked for 2023.

Outstanding Home
Process from initial rental through tasty and check out could not have been better. Owners responded immediately each time I had a question. Located in a quiet neighborhood with many conveniences such as restaurants, groceries and stores close by.

March Madness
We came here to spend a couple weeks at spring training, thank goodness it opened up so we could watch a few games, We got to see the Kraken play also, Most of the rest of the time was spend sitting by the pool and watching March madness of the large screen tv.
The House was very well stocked with everything you could think of. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great.
The Hosts were easy to get ahold of and got right back to you if you had a question. It is in a very quiet neighborhood also. If you are on the fence about booking it, do it.

Winter Escape
We very much enjoyed our five week stay at Shannon and Russell’s comfortable house. Shannon was very responsive to any questions and the home is clean and well stocked for guests. The location is quiet and close to grocery shopping, dining and easy access to travel anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the spa and heated pool and look forward to returning.

Relaxing winter retreat
We were at this property for two months as a winter get away. We really enjoyed our stay because the owners go out of their way to make sure that their guests have everything they need to be comfortable The property is well maintained and nicely landscaped .
The mattresses, furniture, bedding, towels, and supplies in the kitchen are top notch.
We never thought that we'd enjoy the pool as much as we did during a winter stay. We used blow up rafts to float in the pool and read almost every afternoon. The owners have the rafts there for their guests. The pool is kept nice and warm.
There's plenty of comfortable outdoor seating with an outdoor heater for early morning and evening enjoyment.
The backyard gets lots of sunshine as it is faces south and west.
The high speed internet worked great, there's a wireless printer on site, and all the rooms seem to have smart televisions,. The TV in the great room is quite large and swivels so that you can do meal prep while you enjoy your show.
We were able to park our truck with an extended cab in the garage.
We look forward to returning for another winter retreat from the Pacific Northwest winter drear and appreciate this impressively "ready for guests" home.

Great house and hosts
This is our first experience with VRBO and didn't quite know what to expect. The house is wonderful and matches the description. The outside space is amazing. The pool is well heated and spa is fabulous. Plenty of room to lounge outdoors sitting around the heaters on chilly evenings. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We will be back. Thank you to Shannon and Russell for accommodating our needs and being so gracious.

Great property with plenty of amenities!
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great trip! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is described and pictured exactly as listed.
The house was well stocked with plenty of towels and cooking supplies. We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Every room has a TV! Beds were very comfortable - to the point - I took a picture of the label to see if I can purchase one at home!
Outside is amazing! Nice small, clean pool that the entire family enjoyed. It was so nice to swim in a heated pool in November!!! Nice hot tub and seating area outside. Has pool floats for the kids and adults too!
Washer/Dryer was a bonus!
Shannon and Russell were wonderful! They were super responsive and quick to respond - and answered all our little questions!
The perfect vacation - I would not hesitate to stay in one of their properties again!

Great pool!
Was there for a girls weekend where we just wanted a nice pool and outdoor space to relax! The heated pool was very clean and nice and warm! Hot tub was perfect for the cooler November evenings! The outdoor seating area with bbq and a little fire was perfect! Inside the house was nice and clean too! Beds were comfy! Shannon was kind enough to let us check in a little early too! We didn’t have too many questions for her but she was quick to respond when I did! Overall a great place to relax! Would definitely stay there again!

Nascar Weekend
We took my parents to their first ever nascar race and it was championship weekend and this property was so close to the track it took us less than 15 minutes. It was a perfect place for us to stay and also allowed our two large dogs to be with us so they didn't have to be boarded over the weekend! It was perfect!
