Big Water View- Lake Martin-Sunset Station!
A partire dal 6/12/19-Abbiamo appena dipinto la maggior parte delle stanze, messo nuovo tappeto morbido nelle camere da letto, 2 nuovi televisori nelle camere da letto e costruito un patio in pietra. Godere!
Sunset Station si trova sul punto di Sunset Cove, Lake Martin, AL. Siamo a 30 miglia dalla Auburn University. Il sole tramonterà e sorgerà sul molo che si trova a 30 piedi dal portico posteriore. Il portico posteriore ha una GRANDE vista sul lago ed è la lunghezza della casa. L'amaca sul portico posteriore è piacevole per leggere e godersi i suoni del lago Martin. Sul lago vedrai barche a vela, pontoni, bass boat, sci e un pontone. A causa delle norme del lago, non dovresti vedere barche oltre i 28 piedi che minimizzano la scia e calmano l'acqua. La fauna selvatica è incredibile: vedrai lunari, anatre, pesci che saltano, cervi, oche e molto altro. Abbiamo un'aquila calva sul lago che vedo spesso. Qui sul lago puoi vedere un serpente, scorpione non velenoso, tartarughe e coyote; non puoi battere gli avvistamenti di animali selvatici. Avrai accesso alla canoa. Il caffè al mattino non sarà più lo stesso, per sempre ricordi del tuo soggiorno a Sunset Station a causa della grande vista sull'acqua e della vicinanza dell'acqua. Ci sono molti ristoranti sul lago con musica dal vivo. Facile catturare i pesci dal molo.
Casa completamente arredata con biancheria da letto, asciugamani e altri elementi essenziali necessari. TV 55 pollici con cavo completo, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità, grill, amaca, ampio ponte, molti posti a sedere all'aperto, dock e molta pace e tranquillità. Tutte le strade locali sono lastricate, relativamente non asfaltate e ideali per correre o camminare. House si trova a due miglia dal varo pubblico, numerosi ristoranti tra cui il rodeo club Lake Martin e il famoso Col Toms di Lake Martin.

La struttura era perfetta per le nostre esigenze. I bambini amavano pescare, la vista mozzafiato dal portico posteriore, ben tenuto, tutto per cucinare, divani spaziosi, altamente raccomandato!

Great experience. Owner laid out everything perfectly and answered any questions promptly. House is on a great lot. Sits up high enough for incredible view but still easy to access dock. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful and kid friendly! 5 minutes from public boat lauch and perfect boat house with dock to swim off of.
The house was clean and well maintained and has a stunningly huge back porch with the most beautiful view! There is everything you need for cooking. Gas grill all the utensils, crockpot, keurig, regular coffee maker. There was even a hair chair so my youngest child. Highly recommend!

From the great location to being well-stocked, this was perfect for our family!! Our boys were able to have friends visit with lots of indoor and outdoor room for socializing! The rockers on the back porch were great for watching the guys do tricks/wake surf in the big water!!

We loved our stay at this home. The location is wonderful, lots of nature around. Used provided canoe and Kajaks and were able as a family of 7 explore a small island close to the home together. Kids loved the floating platform and the Lilipad. Hiking at Smith Tower was fun, loved Niffers Restaurant close by. Caught lots of fish. Firepit at sunset was amazing. Fast responses from owner. Overall a great stay.

The views at Sunset Station did not let us down. The views at sunrise and sunset were truly spectacular. We spent an amazing weekend at Ward’s property on Lake Martin. From the get go communication was excellent. Like any trip we had a few minor issues come up but the owner communicated promptly and fixed all issues fast and properly. Thanks again for sharing your amazing property for our special weekend!

Location on lake was perfect.
Beautiful view from porch. Close to The Ridge marina and Chimney Rock. Niffer's was just a quick boat ride away. It's not on Pleasure point but was quite a pleasure to stay! We are already planning a second visit there.

The property is fantastic, couldn't have been happier. Huge master with shower and soaker jet tub. Well stocked kitchen with both a coffee maker and a Keurig. The room with 2 sets of bunk beds would be great for kids. The views are amazing and the dock has plenty of room to enjoy the view. The back porch is huge with plenty of seating and a dinner table.

We habe have rented several houses on Lake Martin but this was the best one yet. Mainly because of the location and views. Also the host was uncomplicated and accommodating and the house was in good condition. We would consider renting this property again.

Family get away
Just what we needed! A long family weekend with our adult children and the grand kids. We parked our vehicles and never left! Beautiful location and scenery. We had the BEST time together!

Christmas Get Away
The property is conveniently located, and well equipped. Depending on the time of year, there may not be water at the dock. This was the case during our Christmas visit, but was not a problem. The home is spacious, and the sunsets from the back porch are SPECTACULAR! We will definitely be back if visiting Lake Martin.

Lake Martin getaway
We enjoyed our stay the Lakeview is beautiful. We had one beautiful sunset while there. We caught a few fish off the dock. Very relaxing fall getaway. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking it appears although we ate at most the restaurants. We will definitely be back. Ward the owner responded quickly to all my questions! Only recommendation would be more comfortable chairs for the back porch. One of the rockers is broke but still usable.

Beautiful sunset view
The house is located in a quiet part of the Lake, yet close to marinas, restaurant and other activities. The kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect location for boating
We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for boating and very quiet. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. Very relaxing. Be careful of the bottom step leading into the water. It is slippery and does not have a warning. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful week on Lake Martin!
We had a wonderful stay and hope to rent again! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The long front porch was awesome. The deck is roomy and very fun for the kids! The sandy areas around the steps was wonderful. The view, the peaceful neighborhood! Close to many things. We come to this area with other family a lot and it's one of the best sloughs! Highly recommend this house!

We had a great time spending time here. The sunsets are amazing and was even able to see the the big fireworks show from a distance.

Big water view small cove feel
Sunset station is a great rental, location on the lake is great, located mid lake close to Marinas and restaurants. Dock and slip are in great shape with docking for a couple boats, big water views facing west but somewhat in a cove with low traffic. House was very clean, everything worked as it should. Communication with owner was fantastic. canoe and kayaks available for use. Ample parking even for boat trailer. Highly recommended!

Great location, great house!
We had a great stay at Sunset Station! The location is beautiful with lots of lake activity to watch from the back porch, including an airplane landing on the lake! The owners were extremely easy to work with, and any questions were always answered promptly. The house is very well equipped and has lots of room for everyone to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views
Not going to beat this property. Walked in and it was very clean, property is easy to get to and in the best area on the lake in my opinion. Owner is quick to respond if needed. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again. Can’t wait to plan my next trip already.
