We loved staying at the Bungalow! Minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, and a short drive to downtown Naples, even in seasonal traffic. The record was fresh and inviting, perfect for a beachy get-away!

What a wonderful VRBO property. The owners are not in it to just make a profit, they genuinely care about their guests. The bungalow is very neat and clean with everything needed for a nice quiet stay. Two outdoor sitting areas, one facing north and screened, the other facing south with a nice tabletop grill. Will definitely stay again.

I couldn't have been happier with the bungalow and the location. Everything you need is here, front patio, back patio, lovely kitchen and bathroom. The owner was very helpful and made some great suggestions. I would highly recommend a stay here. It's close to all the things you are looking for.

This is a beautiful little property that was perfect for a vacation with me and my partner. It’s the perfect amount of space for two people and I would highly recommend it to others!

The Bungalow was very clean and cozy. We had a fresh bouquet of flowers to welcome us when we arrived! Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, stores. Dave and Shelly couldn't have been easier to communicate with and check-in was a breeze.

Loved the accommodations, it was close to beaches and everything else. Comfy, clean, cozy accommodations. Owners left us great info on things to do and see. Very nice that they had beach chairs, beach pass and a cooler there for us, that was a huge bonus!! Owners were great to work with and good communication! Will definitely stay there again. The Bungalow was bright and cheery. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The parking pass a nice benefit. It was a good area to bicycle and was convenient to shopping and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

It was the perfect size for 2 adults , supplied pretty much everything needed for daily living so only need to bring your clothes, grocery and beverage stores very close by. Very quiet and safe neighborhood , very close to Mercato which we loved, so many restaurants and shopping to chose from. Uber very convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again !

I really dont like leaving negative feedback, but the owners of this property are not at all what we're used to on VRBO and other similar services and I felt I had to let others know. We travel often, use these services all the time, and haven't had any issues in over a decade....until we stayed here. Initially, everything was fine. The place was clean and well stocked for basic needs during our stay. We were happy with check in etc and we let them know in a kind email. However, after a day, we killed our first roach and on day three were scared by a huge roach that ran out from behind the coffee maker. I'm not great with bugs, so while this might not bother other renters, I was happy to leave after that. We let the owners know and didn't complain since we were leaving, but to our shock, after checking out the owners retaliated by claiming we created a leak in their sink that they had to repair after we left - charging us our security deposit. That leak in their sink was there due to wear and tear and their own negligence in keeping up their property, we didn't create it. That was a fraudulent charge. Illegal. And an awful ending to our stay. We will be following up with VRBO to let them know of the character of these owners, but also wanted to let other know this was a Christmas visit with family in Naples and unlike any other stays we've had in over a decade of using VRBO. Other owners would likely apologize profusely for the bug issue. These owners tried to deny what we saw and lied about the leak issue. Unbelievable. And unfortunate. This is the first negative review I've written, but fraud is a serious issue. And a character issue if you ask me.

Communication with Shelly was great. I have rented many properties and this one is at the top of the list. The unit was absolutely immaculate. The bed was comfortable and I loved the layout. It felt very open and spacious. We had everything we needed and as other reviewers have said Shelly provides all kinds of extras Fresh bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine, water, snacks, coffee, tea etc. Most rentals do not provide items such as cream, sugar, olive oil etc. Shelly provides these as well as soaps, shampoo and high end linens and towels. Close to the beach we made use of the cooler and beach chairs also provided. Thank you Dave and Shelly. Our experience was perfect. Highly recommend this bungalow.

The bungalow was so cute, super clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet area just minutes from the beach. Quality workmanship, comfortable bed, clean, immaculate, and terrific hosts made for a 5 star rating from us. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay here! There are just so many extras that they throw in. Most condos are bare at best. Clean if you're lucky. Not this place! Spotless! Perfect condition! Beautiful decorating! Its the little things that matter, like flowers on the table, a bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks for your arrival, beach chairs and cooler you can use, beach towels and beach blanket to barrow, extra linens, washer and dryer with detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies already there, extra bathing towels, cleaning towels, hangers in the closet. Its your home away from home! No its not on the beach. No its not extravagant. It is perfect though. Beaches are 10-20 minutes away. Walmart is around the corner. I recommend you shop there. The neighborhood is quiet. The porch is lovely and clearly landscaping is in process. The owners greet you on the first day. There is a folder of useful info and a parking pass on the counter. As you see the extras never end! Give this couple your business. Its clear they put a great amount of care into every stay. Customer service is back!

The Bungalow exceeded our expectations! Shelly and Dave were absolutely a class act and made our stay most enjoyable. Immacutely clean and ever so cozy. The amenities were appreciated and the fruit, snacks and bottle of wine were wonderful. They even had a beach pass, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler available for our use. We loved the location and proximity to beaches, restaurants and surrounding activities ...it was perfect and would not hesitate to stay next time down. Grateful thanks to our hosts! Sam & Mary

This was our second year in this unit and we could not be happier with it. It is perfect for two and is conveniently located to all services. Best of all, it is close to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which has a wonderful beach and is the best place to watch sunset.

We stayed with Dave and Shelly again this year in their quaint bungalow. They are very kind and very responsive to any needs we had. The bungalow is immaculate. We are just a short drive from Vanderbilt beach, where we like to spend a great deal of time. This is a perfect fit for us!

Very comfortable and thought out space. So close to so many beaches and things to do. Go to Fifth Ave in Naples or to the wonderful zoo. Nice restaurants abound and also shopping.

It's in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet but very close to everything . Dave and Shelly were great hosts. It is very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again when we visit naples.

My wife and I had a great and relaxing vacation at this charming bungalow. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect and allowed us to easily access the many attractions around Naples. The inside of the bungalow was spotlessly cleaned and had all the comforts of home. The exterior offered us relaxing views of either the natural settings, including an osprey nest, or the friendly and quiet neighborhood. Great owners + location + accommodations = Perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean with everything being quite new. The owners supplied a lot of extra amenities eg -water & coffee . We enjoyed the private patio complete with a table and umbrella. We definitely hope to be able to rent it again when we return to Naples

Dave and Shelley greeted us upon our arrival. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Snacks were very appreciated and tasty after a long trip. The size was wonderful for the two of us. Linens were high quality and bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well and were great to have. My partner had to do some unexpected work and the internet was fast and handled conference calls etc well. Great stay in a pretty home. Thanks Dave and Shelley

The cozy yellow bungalow fit our needs perfectly! It was convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owners welcomed us into their spotless rental with fresh flowers, wine, and sweets. Shelly and Dave couldn't have been more accommodating. The cottage was a comfortable place to return to after a day enjoying all Naples has to offer. We would highly recommend this property.

What a way to enjoy Naples without all of the nose & traffic. I had stayed at The Bungalow that was just the right distance between some of the best beaches in the country & across the street from great dining & entertainment at The Mercato that features night clubs like The Blue Martini and world class shopping!
