We had a great time. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay in this location again. The only complaint alarm clock in room went off at 4:30 am the first night so I unplugged it and it went off again at 4:30 the next night good batteries. My fault should have taken them out also. Someone must have cooked fish on Saturday night. The hallway and homes stunk like fish.

We have been staying here for the past six years. We come up in both the winter and the summer. We are disappointed to say that management has taken a turn for the worse while rates continue to increase each year. This past winter visit there was hardly anyone at the front desk. The pool and lobby closed at 5pm each day (the pool is a big attraction for our kids, especially in the winter). The pool was also cold this year and there were hardly any clean towels at the pool. One day of the visit, they actually closed the pool well before 5pm. Hopefully improvements can be made so we don’t have to look for a new place to rent.

We had made reservations at another hotel. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and we didn't have a room for the night. They had made a reservation at a hotel across the street. We were very pleased with our accomodations and plan to stay there on are next visit to Charleviox. We were very pleased with our accomodations.

My wife and four teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix. The location is perfect to walk the downtown area and Mt McSauba is just a couple minute drive for skiing sledding and hiking. Unit accommodations were wonderful. No complaints.

Was impressed that not only did I receive an email with directions for our upcoming stay but a phone call on our arrival day to to ask we needed any further information. Easy to find and conveniently located. Walked to restaurants nearby and under 10 minutes drive to the wedding we attended at Castle Farms. Rental had great amenities, like the pot/single cup Keurig, we even played a couple rounds of Connect 4. The only downside we experienced was the king mattress in the main floor bedroom. We may be partial to our own, but I think a replacement is needed. Would definitely stay her again if in the area.

At check-in, we were greeted by two friendly and helpful people at the desk and those two people continued to be that way our entire three days. Our room was very nice, the pool was clean, if a bit cold, and there was absolutely no beating the location. Would happily book here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this cute downtown condo. It was clean and furnished nicely. My only complaint would be the air conditioners were very loud and the one in the Master Bedroom was not working properly. It did not cool it was like a large fan. Completely different rental until was advertised as one unit but was a differnt room. VERY DIRTY. Had different amenities, needed to be painted, ripped carpet, very dated compared to what we booked. You could see in the other units and they are much nicer. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Going to try and get refunded.

Awesome location. Shopping just down the street. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Weathervane restaurant right next door. Literally didn’t need to get in the car during or stay. Condo was great. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful property and we left the car parked for our entire stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we would need. Only small issue was WiFi. It didn’t work and it is needed for the area as connectivity is spotty. Note in the office said the property managers were working to resolve.

Working Vacation and I couldn't work
I was unable to access the internet for THE ENTIRE STAY. This made it impossible for me to work. The front desk was not open when I needed them and the manager called back and told me there was nothing she could do because it was the router. On top of that, I found a video camera in the room at the end of my stay and this really gave me an uneasy feeling.

Easy access to downtown, beach and restaurants! Very clean. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony.

- Upstairs bedroom is a loft, so not as much privacy as the bedroom downstairs.
- Note that the microwave oven is also a convection oven. So that was good to know since we brought a casserole to bake.
- There is a Keurig for single serve coffee drinkers.
-The pool was cold but we also had a chilly weekend.
