La nostra meravigliosa cabina familiare si trova nella pittoresca zona di Boulder Bay, a circa 8-10 minuti dal villaggio e dalle stazioni sciistiche! Dall'altra parte della strada è una terra aperta, una vista sul lago può essere vista dal ponte inferiore dal soggiorno e dal ponte superiore dalla camera da letto principale. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto da 50 "e un lettore DVD lungo con un grande camino a gas in pietra per riscaldare i tuoi tootsies e goderti la condivisione di tutte quelle fantastiche escursioni, il tuo" GRANDE "pescato del giorno, quella grande corsa che hai fatto a Bear , suona qualche ferro di cavallo (anche nella neve!) forse un po 'di bumperpool, ... forse godendo un po' di tempo con la famiglia / amico accanto al fuoco, leggendo, guardando un film fantastico con un po 'di popcorn e bevendo cioccolata calda o un bicchiere di vino meraviglioso! Barbecue nel soleggiato soleggiato mtn. aria ... niente del tutto simile!

Il garage è stato convertito in una sala giochi con moquette, TV / DVD, comode sedie, tavolo da biliardo e freccette. Divertimento per i bambini o una "caverna dell'uomo!"
Tutte e 3 le camere sono dotate di TV e lettori DVD; la camera a castello ha giocattoli e libri per bambini. Siamo a misura di bambino, tutti sono i benvenuti. Il soggiorno e il master al piano superiore hanno entrambi grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro e molte finestre per godersi il panorama! C'è anche un letto full size nel posto vicino al finestrino (den accanto al soggiorno) completo di lenzuola, cuscini e coperte. Ogni camera è decorata in una cabina / tema montano con un tocco di toscano gettato in :) Una stanza ha anche quel tocco romantico!

Nel 2009 abbiamo completato una ristrutturazione totale e aggiunte per portarlo a 1700 piedi quadrati. Ora abbiamo 3 generazioni di ricordi di famiglia, lavorando al 4 °, e ci piacerebbe che tu condividessi quelli con noi e creassi i tuoi!
Poiché l'intera cabina è abbastanza nuova, tutta la biancheria, la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani sono stati recentemente acquistati nel 2018, stiamo costantemente "rinnovando". La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Forniamo anche saponi e lozioni per gli ospiti! Gli elettrodomestici sono abbastanza nuovi, anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Per quelli di voi che amano il vecchio, abbiamo salvato alcune reliquie. Il camino in mattoni nella zona pranzo è l'originale; abbiamo messo una stufa a legna e una grande sedia comoda per sederci "accanto al fuoco!" Tavolo da pranzo con 7 posti a sedere e ci sono 5 sgabelli da bar .......
Quindi, dai un'occhiata reale al nostro annuncio. Come accennato in precedenza, mi piacerebbe condividere con te! Divertimento al sole, neve; qualunque cosa ti piaccia ... BBQ sul ponte coperto mentre guardi i bambini giocare e sentire i suoni delle risate! Ricordi :) Forse un po 'di ferri di cavallo sulla neve, è stato fatto !!! ???
***Nota... Nell'autunno 2014 abbiamo aggiunto un ulteriore 1/2 bagno e altri 100 piedi quadrati che sostituiranno il letto a una piazza e mezza nel posto vicino al finestrino. Inoltre, un po 'più di spazio per quei bambini che possono "accamparsi nei sacchi a pelo" se lo desiderano!***

The property was lovely with lots of amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was unseasonably hot, but the ceiling fans kept us cool (except for upstairs). We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Just as described plus more. Very charming, family friendly cabin. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to make memories with loved ones. Linda is a great host and communicator. The story of this family cabin from its inception is a cool touch. Everything is organized and labeled for ease of use. Location is close to the lake and on a nice quiet street. Overall, great experience and would return.

We stayed at the “Little Lodge” ( which by the way not so much little, but perfect size) for a quick spring break weekend. Let me tell you that the owner Linda is AMAZING to work with. She sent us wonderful ideas to do up in Big Bear, left us the sweetest Easter gift basket for adults and our teens, and kept in touch with us making sure our stay was perfect!!! We knew there was going to be snow, but nobody (even locals) knew we were going to get dumped on and it was awesome. Linda made sure we knew when the roads would be plowed and even offered us a free night to stay to make sure we were safe getting down the mountain. The cabin was wonderful!! So cozy and decorated so perfect with such an eye for details!! Linda provided everything we needed. We played games, played in the snow and enjoyed the warm fireplace and watched movies. Thank you for a wonderful time Linda and we will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Little Lodge! The cabin is super cozy, clean and comfortable. The perfect place to come for a getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need and more. The personal touches throughout the home make it even more special. Linda is an incredible hostess. She was so accommodating and thoughtful! She put together a welcome basket for our stay and had a little something for everyone. We will definitely come back and stay here! Enjoyed every minute!

This property was wonderful! Such a beautiful house. It had enough room for all of us and it was in a quiet neighborhood. I liked that it was modern as well. Some places have really old appliances and window but this place was awesome

Eight of us (four adults and four kids) had a stellar time here the week before Christmas 2023.
The cabin was very welcoming - extremely clean, homey and well stocked. You can tell the owners genuinely care and don't just treat the place as a cash cow. Lots of modern updates including a tankless water heater meant that no one had to take a cold shower or skip one all together (an experience we had at a previous rental) and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room and DVD collection too!
The neighborhood is remote enough that it's perfectly quiet and relaxing, but it's still close enough to town that grocery shopping or hitting a local restaurant didn't feel like a trek at all.
We got some light rain during our stay but road conditions were pretty much optimal. I noted that there were no steep inclines that might have been challenging in snowy or icy conditions and having had some bad experiences with things like that in the past, it's definitely something I think about.
This place is great and we fully expect to be back, hopefully soon!

We loved staying at this cabin! We visit big bear once a year, for the last ten years, and this was our favorite rental thus far. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The host provided all “hotel-like” goodies such as welcome basket, tooth brush, make up remover pads etc. The cabin was meticulously labeled so it was very easy to figure out where things were in the kitchen, where to turn on lights etc. This rental came with plenty of linens, pillows, blankets and towels, which can sometimes be lacking in a VRBO rental. Our host was easy to work with and very communicative. We hope to stay at this cabin again.

The cabin felt like a home with all the amenities and more. We were made to feel so welcome. The house was so clean, spacious and everything has a warm feeling. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors were spaced out.
The game room really brought us all together and there were lots of fun things to do. We have stayed in Big Bear every summer for the past 20+ years, and this is by far my favorite cabin. The owner was so kind and made us feel like family. The communication was amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.
The pictures do not do the home justice, since there was more room than it appeared. We signed the guest book and can't wait to return!

This spacious cabin can fit up to 9 people, and is incredibly comfortable cozy, and is located in a prime neighborhood- just minutes away from Boulder Bay Park.
I can't say enough about the host, Linda, who makes you feel welcome and excited from the minute you book the cabin. My family came to Big Bear to celebrate my dad's birthday, and Linda went above and beyond to make the place feel celebratory and special. She put up a HBD banner, left us a gift basket, and a little bday cake! Linda is incredibly responsive and will do her best to accommodate you to ensure you have the best stay.
This cabin has everything you need: board games, complete kitchenware, Netflix, essential toiletries, and bbq grills. Just bring yourselves and get ready for a home away from home coziness!

This cabin feels like you're staying in a home. 💖 I can tell that a lot of good memories have been made here and I'm so glad my family was able to make some of our own while on our trip to beautiful Big Bear.
Linda went above and beyond as a host, my daughter left her lanyard with keys and debit cards behind, Linda mailed it to us at no cost.
If you want a clean, well cared for place to stay, look no further! Bikes, board games, game room, DVDs, books, everything you need!

I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this cabin or Linda! From the moment I booked, Linda was kind, responsive, and generous. The cabin is gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet and absolutely lovely! There was a thoughtful gift basket, tailored specifically for us! Linda is THE BEST and went out of her way to make our stay amazing, including communicating with all of the neighbors to see who had the best sledding hill. We would be thrilled to stay again!

Adorable cabin on the outside. Incredibly charming and cozy on the inside. The photos do not do it justice. It is much more updated than shown on the website, and cozy in a contemporary way - with pillows and blankets galore - to allow you to settle in.
The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could imagine. The game room in the garage was a blast for my 10 yr old, as well as the teenage girls celebrating a big birthday. It even allowed my husband somewhere to escape. The shed stocked with sleds, a snowball maker, etc was also a hit with the family.
Linda and the Hensley family were amazing hosts. The thoughtful little treats for guests and enthusiasm for our arrival made this trip feel even more "homey." We can't wait to return - maybe we will give the summer a try next time.

The pictures don't do this cabin justice! The cabin was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and it was so organized! My family and I had an amazing time and this cabin made our weekend getaway so much more special. Linda is so easy to communite with, so responsive and she even left us some yummy treats! The home was beautiful - the online photos really don't do it justice - it was MUCH better than we expected. So many different things to do at the home too - from TV & DVDs, to bikes, horseshoes, foosball, billiards, board games, darts, etc. And the kitchen is extremely well stocked - everything and more that you would ever need! Owner was very good at communicating and answering questions quickly! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

We had such a great time at this cabin!!! It was so cozy comfortable clean all the things you could hope for in a home away from home. This is the first experience we have ever had where we felt the owners cared that we were staying at their vacation home & wanted to make us feel welcome & make great memories. The owners went above & beyond & we definitely hope to come back! We stayed a few days with our party of 7 with the youngest being 14. It was perfect for us. Great cabin, book it you won’t regret it!

From the pictures the cabin looked nice. But in person it was even better than we expected! There were a lot of nice touches that made you feel comfortable and not want to leave. Better in person. I’ve taken the family to getaways in the past and there’s places that feel like rentals, this cabin feels like a home! It’s decorated very nicely and the upgrades are the same you would do for your own home. Very comfortable, family friendly, clean, and everyone loved it.

I can't say enough about this house. It was the best we have rented in a long time. And we rent often. I like short get a ways. Check in was easy, commucation with the owner was fast and very friendly. The house was clean, and spacious. There was a welcome basket left for my family. All I can say if you are reading this review stop and submit your request to rent. Do it now!! My family had the best time. Thank you Linda.

My family enjoyed our stay with our children in the beautiful, we’ll kept home with plenty of room and rooms. Our children loved the bunk beds and toys. There is also a primary bedroom with a balcony that has a view of the lake. The garage was an awesome addition to our stay because it provided a lot of entertainment to our kids and myself. I would definitely stay here again because it’s close to a lot of Big Bear attractions.

We were looking for a cabin to take our grandchildren to for a family getaway. The location was close to marina, restaurants and Boulder bay Park. The cabin was perfect and had many amenities for the grandchildren to enjoy. Bumper pool, ping pong, darts, board games, horseshoes. The host was absolutely perfect! Plenty of communication, a great welcome basket upon our arrival tailored for our particular family, and lots of information and ideas for things to do in the area were provided by check in host, Stacey! Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and kitchen essentials too. We literally just needed to buy food if we decided to cook. I would definitely recommend this cabin and host! We had a great family getaway with our grandchildren (without their parents :) ). The grandchildren ranged in ages from 20 to 4 and all loved the cabin and location!

Great property. Walkable neighborhood for exercise. Great game room inside (previously garage) and horseshoes in backyard. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Cozy house. Marinas, restaurants and outdoor activities within a short drive. Our family has stayed at this location twice, and would definitely consider doing so again.
