Everything from booking to leaving was amazing. The property management personnel were so easy to work with. All of our questions were answered and all of our needs were taken care of.

We had a great stay at this wonderful riverfront property. The house was perfect for a large family gathering and had plenty of activities available. It was well supplied with working appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. Only problem was that we couldn't figure out how to turn on the television. I think it was disconnected. None of the remotes could find access. Bummer.

Lots of room and space to spread out. The property was totally geared for a family with kids, but we had a great time.
Not much regarding groceries, restaurants, or entertainment nearby, but if you like to cook and relax with friends, it’s a great spot to do that!

Perfect family vacation
This house was perfect for our two families to stay together and in a great location. It was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed being outside and on the river. The layout was great for two families with two rooms/ bathrooms for adults upstairs and three rooms/ two bathrooms downstairs for the kids. We would definitely recommend this property.

Annual Ski Trip 2022
We had an amazing experience staying at this property. We had a group of 5 couples (10 people) who all were able to sleep comfortably with plenty of room to spare! We drove to Mount Bachelor for two of the days and it was a quick 25 minute drive to the mountain. The hot tub was an great way to warm up after spending a day in the snow! We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and the kitchen provided everything we needed plus more! The check in and check out instructions were very easy to understand, would love to stay again!

Where to start?! This cabin was amazing to say the least! We made such great memories here, and can’t wait to book this place again in the future! It was clean, comfy, and everything we needed with the variety of ages of who stayed here. Highly recommend renting this beautiful cabin!

Excellent Family Getaway
Great house, beautiful outdoors, hot tub was great..... highly recommend (8 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8) - walking around the neighborhood and checking out all of the cool houses was also awesome!

Everything we needed!
This property literally has everything you need for a perfect stay, and then some. All of our party was happy with the accommodations and we took advantage of the kayaks in the garage! Will definitely stay here again.

Barbeque grill had missing elements so entire surface not usable.
Dishwasher had midew inside and pull-out rack did not operate properly.
There was a large dust collection near many of the ventilation ducts.

Besides the list above, I would recommend this property if the aboveitems were fixed.

Overall great rental. Property managers were responsive, there was coffee maker/filters, pots/pans, plenty of glasses and silverware, cutlery and towels. Easy keyless entry and plenty of driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

Quality family time
Beautiful modern log home with open space architecture. We were there while snow was on the ground and the kids loved playing in the backyard and the slight incline in side yard to slide down was a hit. Kitchen extras included a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, coffee grinder, ninja blender, plenty of pots and pans. The big back yard leading to the Deschutes River was beautiful.

This was our second year staying at this wonderful property. While our small group of 4 only utilized the main floor the whole house was in great condition and ready to handle a much larger party. The living room is beautifully laid out and we utilized the floor to ceiling windows and fire place many times. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. It is an outstanding, warm, welcoming house that is easy access and centrally located for the fishermen and others in the group. We could have easily stayed two weeks. Village Properties was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, prompt and courteous. We will be back next fall

This spot was perfect for a large group of us. Being right on the river and having the big lawn to play games was great. There are also a ton of floats for floating the river.

Great birthday getaway
Booked this place for my birthday weekend and I really enjoyed my stay here, so did all of my friends. The home was beautiful and the rooms were nice. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. A very cozy feel to the place. The hot tub was a big hit. We did have to call a couple times about the hot tub as the temperature was dropping and wouldn't heat up, but the gentleman who came out was extremely helpful and even followed up with us to make sure it was still running good. For the price of cleaning fees these days, the house definitely could have been cleaner upon our arrival. I am now aware that the pollen can be really bad but, you could tell that no one even attempted to clean the deck before we showed up so it was covered and I mean covered in pollen and there wasn't anything there for us to clean it with. They did come use a leaf blower the next morning to remove a lot of it but, tables and chairs needed to be wiped down and there was no towels or supplies to do that so we never sat or hung out on the deck. Speaking of towels, this place definitely needs to provide more towels. I recommend bringing another towel for yourself. Overall this place was amazing and I will be looking at staying here again.

What an amazing home!
We loved it - we had 3 families stay for 5 days and we had plenty of space.
The beds were comfy , the fireplace is cozy ,the kitchen is well stock with everything you need ( not much space to store food, but we managed) . They provide kayaks, a canoe , river floats, paddles , life jackets and bikes for use.

The house was beautiful, immaculate, and extremely well equipped. We’ve rented many times and in many places, and this was one of the best. The proximity to the river was a real plus. We cook a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed, easy to find and use.

Family Fun in Sunriver ‼️
A beautiful home and the setting on the Deschutes River was a bonus. We were a combined family from Oregon, Idaho and California and the layout of the home was perfect for all of us, including young grandchildren. We hope to do this again in the future!

Almost perfect!
Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. We had seven adults and it was the perfect size for us. It appeared that the cleaning wasn’t finished before we arrived, but we just finished it up and then had a great stay. We had a couple maintenance issues and they were both addressed in just a couple of days each time. We thought the property was more secluded than it appeared to be in the photos, and we wish there was a dock at the river for easier access and a place to tie up water toys. The house is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything needed for a relaxing vacation near Sunriver and Bend. If we decide to make Sunriver/Bend our friend getaway destination again, we would certainly try to stay at this property for a second time.

Very nice rental for families.
This is a great house for families. Plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy. Having the horseshoes, kayaks, canoes and bikes are nice activities.

Excellent property for large family vacations
2 grandparents, 4 adult "kids", and 6 noisy grandkids fit very comfortably in this house. The foosball tournament was quite exciting. We loved being able to launch canoes and kayaks from the backyard. This property is definitely on the list of places to visit again.

A Perfect Summer Getaway Too!
And we came back! This time, in the summer. What a different experience! The scenery is amazing and green! We don't get that in California! I had to make this its own separate review because it is so different than coming in the winter! We loved relaxing on the river, hiking in the area, and taking in the sights. This cabin has it all! We used the kayaks and had a great time on the river. It was an easy drive into Bend or Sunriver for restaurants and breweries. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
