Vi invitiamo a venire a vedere perché la nostra famiglia ha visitato Daytona Beach per molti anni e ora ha acquistato questa casa sulla spiaggia pulita e rilassante a pochi passi dalla spiaggia più famosa del mondo!
È la nostra terza stagione! La piscina è stata completamente rinnovata a gennaio 2019. La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2016. Una cucina nuova di zecca con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca! Nuovi pavimenti piastrellati in porcellana! Nuovi mobili e letti! L'intera casa è stata dipinta di fresco e sta aspettando il tuo arrivo. Tutto è "Bright & Beachy" :) anche WiFi gratuito in tutta la casa.
Abbiamo 3 camere da letto, tutte con letti nuovi più comodi. 2 bagni con asciugamani ** Ospita comodamente 6 adulti. **
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato con cabina doccia piastrellata per una facile accessibilità.
Ci sono due camere per gli ospiti, una con 1 letto Queen nuovo di zecca e l'altra con 2 letti singoli. Abbiamo un letto a due letti ospiti-COT per settima e ottava persone. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha un doppio lavandino con lavabo con doccia / vasca combinata.
La nostra pianta è perfetta per intrattenere. Le camere sono situate nella hall dalle aree principali. Perfetto per quando i bambini stanno dormendo; i genitori possono continuare il divertimento! Gli ospiti possono utilizzare la doccia esterna in teak dopo una giornata in spiaggia, una nuotata rinfrescante nella piscina privata interrata (non riscaldata) o prendere il sole sulla nuova terrazza della piscina!
Che ne dici di rilassarti nella Florida room o goderti un cocktail intorno alla nuova isola di granito in cucina. Non preoccuparti di non avere abbastanza posti a sedere dato che ne abbiamo in abbondanza! Goditi un gioco di ping-pong di famiglia nel garage coperto!
Giocattoli da spiaggia: ti abbiamo coperto. Le migliori sedie a sdraio, carri, refrigeratori, giocattoli di sabbia, attrezzature sportive e molto altro da utilizzare durante il soggiorno.

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

The house was clean and well stocked with basic supplies, towels and kitchen items. There was plenty of seating inside and around the pool. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this rental. The house is clean and provides a great home away from home, you’re sad to leave it at the end of the week. The host makes sure all needs are met and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back next year.

The proximity of the house to the beach and the pool met the needs of four active teenagers and their grandparents.There is lots to do in that area. We have enjoyed it for years. It’s nice to find a house that comfortably fits the family.

We stayed at this property in late May. The home is conveniently located near the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Access to the main roads is super easy. The location’s pool is great, the yard and landscaping are well maintained and allow for some outdoor activities in a large private yard. The Florida room is great for early morning coffee and the neighborhood is quiet. A ping pong table, basketball game, and air hockey table along with a large capacity washer and dryer are in the converted garage. There were all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. This is the among the best VRBO experiences we have had. Thank-you for sharing your location with us!

House is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. A beautiful yard to enjoy the pool. Walkable to river, ocean and grocery. Comfy beds-we had to add the mattress pad to the twin beds for adult comfort. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table at night. Good communication with host too!

We had a great week in Daytona. Couldn’t have asked for more, well stocked with everything you need, really comfortable and spacious, pool a real treat. We used the bus to get around to save driving some of the time, and walked to beach, and supermarket etc. would def recommend staying to friends and family.

Everything about this house is awesome!! It was way beyond our expectations, it is stocked with everything you could think of. We had a lot of rain that week and the granddaughters (7 & 10) and the adults were able to enjoy the game room! And watch the storms from the sunroom. The communication with the owners was great!! This was hands down a great place to stay!! We will definitely remember this house for future trips!! Thanks Brian & Barb!!

Had a great time at this house! Barb was with us every step of the way responding to questions in minutes. The house was spotless. Stayed in quite a few beach houses on here that had bug problems. Used to live at a beach- it’s almost impossible to not have at least a few. I DIDNT SEE A SINGLE BUG THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE IN THE HOUSE! That alone to me is worth every penny! The house is not run down at all- everything is comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and made lunches easy. There are floats and comfortable chairs for the pool. It’s in a good convenient spot- we skipped the beach a few days and just stayed in the backyard pool with the kids. They had two roll away cots and the kids and the grandma actually just ended up sleeping in the living room the whole time. Two bathrooms were plenty for us 6. Hot water was not an issue. The washer and drier worked well. The garage has a screen on it so you can open the door and get some sun/breeze when playing in the game room. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Went to the speedway and it was 15 minutes. Dinner was the same or less time wherever you go. No long list of demands such as cleaning windows or scrubbing fridge on checkout. Didn’t feel like my credit card was being held hostage. Thank you so much Brian and Barb. Great vacation.

Barb and Brian were incredibly responsive, answering my questions quickly, and their house is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect house that has everything! Whether a day at the beach or a day at Disney, we felt at home and had everything we needed for a full 6 day stay. 10/10 !!

I've never stayed in a better located, better quality ir better equipped vocational rental than this home. Simple check in, great price for all the upgrades and ammenities...I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again.

Could not ask for a better vacation home. Home was beautiful with several amenities. And close to whatever you wanted to do. The owners were fabulous. Even thought about all the little extra things you may need. My while family loved it!!!!

just what we hoped it would be
It’s just the right size for a family; with lots of shade and of course the pool was very nice. Near perfect location too just a few minutes walk to the ocean, and Publix and our 2 favorite restaurants were also within easy walking distance (Genovese’s and The Cracked Egg). We also loved the games and the inflatable pool floats. About the only glitch was the TV, which didn’t work from day one. Fortunately TV watching was pretty low on our priorities so that wasn’t a big problem.

Fun Girls Weekend Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute beach home. It was an easy walk to the beach. The home is more than well stocked with everything we needed. There are just loads of nice towels, which is great. (We couldn't find wash cloths, but we made do.) There is a very nice Margarita blender and many other nice amenities in this home.
The host was great and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool. It's not screened so it can get leaves in it, but the pool service comes regularly so it is clean and refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Excellent vacation rental!
The property and location were perfect for our stay. The pool and game room made it both relaxing and enjoyable. The property was also perfectly managed and they were extremely responsive. Five stars!

Options!
Well "Old Man Weather" certainly did us no favors! But the property came up "Aces". The game room was awesome for indoor activities, the living room gave us lots of room to gather for music, table games, and TV. Beyond the pool area, there was a great space for outdoor games (equipment from garage). And the dining/kitchen area gave us room for all. Even though that wild storm brought temps too low for swimming the first half of the week, we enjoyed sitting around the pool and in the Florida room day and evening. Of course daily trips to the beach and park were so fun with crazy waves and easy walking. And all six of us made it to the top of the Light House! So great house (everything we needed and more), great food recommendations, and great hosts! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience!!!
Where do I start…..I’ve been renting vacation property’s for many years now, and have always preferred to rent from private property owners because I’ve never had good luck with vacation rental company’s. They don’t care for the property, and customer service is horrible….Barb and “Seas The Day Vacation Rentals” absolutely sets the standard all others need to follow. Our trip was 6 months in the making and changed several times, Barb was as amazing as the property, the house was spotless, complimentary drinks and snacks were a very welcome touch that most vacation rental companies don’t think about. The 2 bed/2 full bath house had plenty of room for 8 adults. My one and only complaint is, the driveway was a little tight for two pick ups with motorcycle trailers, only because there was a low hanging branch over the “bump out/side parking spot” that wouldn’t allow us to put a trailer or truck under. We definitely plan on coming back next year and hope to rent this property again, if we can’t get this place my plan is to reach out to Barb at “Seas the day rentals” to see is they have something close to that location available, they have a customer for life, thanks again!! I hope you and your cleaning team for the house in satisfactory condition after we left.

Amazing property!
This house is very relaxing and has all the amenities you could ever need. The location is extremely quite yet located close to everything. Very short walk to the beach or you can park right at the end of the street and be on the beach. We loved the restaurants nearby. The house felt like home while we were there. My son has ASD and the property was totally safe and secure for him. Amazing place to stay!

Great Place
The property was even more than we expected it to be. It was clean and larger than what the pictures detailed online. We had a party of 8 and it was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach and due to its location near private condos, we were able to have as much space on the beach as we desired. The pool and Florida room were great for hanging out, eating, playing and relaxing. The responses from the owners were prompt and very courteous. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it for all who are interested.

Great vacation experience!
Seas the Day is a great vacation house and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The snacks provided were a great welcome. The amenities were well thought out and very appreciated.
