Great location our family reunion just loved the experience at the house a couple of buggy boards would have added to the over all experience

Your property provided an excellent stay for us: the sleeping arrangements for all of us were great and the rental of the casita was a bonus. The setup provided privacy for all of us yet there were great places for socializing especially on the main floor and pool deck as well as on the third. The kitchen space and supplies made it convenient for food preparation. Your property is close to all the amenities, the city centre and beaches. We would recommend that all potential guests be forewarned that there are lots of steps to contend with (20 from the parking spot to the main floor; 38 from the main floor to the top terrace). AS well there's a considerable hill from your property to the beaches, stores and centre of town. Kiki, the cat, was an added bonus for our teens. Your staff was excellent, sociable and took a real interest in your property. A golf cart rental is practically a must!!

First off let me start by saying this is the first time my family and I rented a home. I Called Mitch at least a dozen times and I’m sure he wanted to reach through the phone and slap me across the head a few times and I wouldn’t blame him. After a small issue of the number of family members I had staying with me Ralph and I worked out an agreement and it was just fine. I know it still says Ten on the website.

We were two families and it was perfect. Location is great and privacy excellent. We felt safe and enjoyed every minute of it. Would do it again.

We were so excited and impressed when we arrived at the house in Sayulita. The location was perfect--an easy walk to everything, but with quiet surroundings. There were 8 of us, so we rented the little casita as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and also hang out as a group. The pool was perfect in the afternoon for the people who didn't want to spend all afternoon at the beach. Everyone in the group commented about how great the house was. We could not have been happier! Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

We stayed with 4 couples and this place was perfect for the 8 of us with the addition of the casita. The distance between town and the beach is perfect. It's close enough that it's a very short walk to either and far enough away that you can relax without having to worry about the noise or tons of people walking by. The pool was great for cooling off and lounging. And the upstairs had beautiful views and was great for lounging and hanging out. We loved the indoor/outdoor vibes from this place. The design and the gardens are truly top-notch. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was very helpful with suggestions and answering our questions. He even helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport, which I would highly recommend, as it was on time and gave us great peace of mind. Our group could not stop talking about how amazing this place was and we're already plotting our inevitable return!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful atmosphere that surrounds the house, waking up to jungle bird calls and (often) Mexican music. Lupe, the housekeeper was amazing.

Just unreal. The home and property are incredible. We were constantly taking dips in the pool to cool off and then lounging on the top deck taking in the incredible views. The property manager was SO responsive and helpful. And the location was perfect: not right in the middle of town, but walkable to a huge amount of restaurants and right down the road from the beach. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This home is beautiful and spacious! Lots of space to relax and enjoy the pace and chill vibes of Sayulita. The pool, hammock, and upstairs patio are wonderful. This property is close to everything -- the beach, the plaza, coffee, and really good food. We especially loved the trees and garden! If you find yourself awake at night there is a lot happening. Hummingbirds, frogs, moths, and geckos are all active and busy visiting the plants. Property staff/support are wonderful people, as is everyone we met in Sayulita. We loved it!

Came down for my wife's 30th birthday celebration for a week and wow this place did not disappoint!!! The property, staff, and management were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. the location of the house is far enough away from the loud downtown scene to be quite but close enough to walk anywhere you need to go. We will definitely be back for another stay at this beautiful location.

The house is even better than pictured and the service was excellent! Each suite with it's own bathroom gave us enough separate space for peaceful alone time, and the communal spaces on the first and top floors were perfect for social time. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The location was excellent - close enough to the main square to make walking easy and far enough to not be busy or loud. La Ballena next door had music late several nights, but closing doors blocked out all of the sound. We loved our stay!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Sayulita and the house was perfect for what we required. Conveniently located (quiet location) and very well maintained.

The property was excellent, the place was well stocked, there was plenty of space for the 9 of us. The pool/garden keeper came every day, the housekeeper went above and beyond daily. The location is walking distance to everything in the heart of town and the main beach, (we only rented 1 golf cart which was enough). The instructions provided a few days before were very clear and most of your questions are answered on there, but if not, the property managers responses were practically immediate when I emailed them a couple times. Made for a very carefree stay. The only complaint I have was that in the instructions it very specifically told us *Do not bring water it is supplied* and while it is true, the water supplied is a filtered tap which was really warm/hot and there was no method to then transfer it to the fridge. So we ended up having to buy water bottles in town on multiple occasions instead of just each picking up a large reusable water cooler size (and one spout) at Mega/La Comer on our way in from the airport. Lovely stay, lovely people, thank you!!!

Our family of 8 adults travelled to Sayulita in February and wanted a place to stay that was close to the town but far enough away to not be too noisy as reviews for other places pointed out that the partying from town carries on through the night and the sound & music travels far. The location of this place is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the main beach and to town, a 10 minute walk to Playa Los Muertes (a quieter beach), close to Yah Yah's coffee/breakfast shop and very close to a mini mart. We could still hear the music from town but once doors were closed and earplugs in, we could easily sleep. The house itself was as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to make our own breakfasts and dinners. The rooms were spacious enough for each couple, with hangers in closets and all the drawer space you could need. The pool is small but was plenty big enough for us when we needed a refreshing dip at the end of the day. The poolside patio is a beautiful place to gather at the end of the day or during the day and the rooftop patio is a great place to have morning coffee. The rooftop has multiple sitting areas, a dining table, kitchen with fridge & stove and a bathroom. We had many dinners up on the rooftop as it was well-lit for an evening gathering. Some of our guests found the beds hard, but the bed in the bedroom on the main floor was not hard so we had no complaints. We used the casita but had difficulty with the shower and hot water. As soon as I let the property manager know, he sent someone to fix it right away. Just a note that the bathroom for the casita is outside of the room, so there is no direct entry from the bedroom to the bathroom. The two upstairs rooms had ensuite bathrooms. The daily housekeeping was a bonus and much appreciated. Communicating with Mitch was easy and he was very prompt in all replies. He also coordinated our transportation from PV to Sayulita and I would highly recommend this if you are travelling in a group of 4 or more people and don't mind paying a bit extra for the convenience and comfort. We would definitely recommend staying at Jardin De Las Palmas and will stay there again when we return to Sayulita.

Two families shared this ideally located house. Five minute walk to town and the beach. House was great - comfortable, clean, nicely appointed so it felt like a home. Owner and support staff friendly and responsive. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful Sayulita property with lush palm gardens. My group was 10 adults and we all played and slept in comfort. Can't wait to go back.

Suited our family of 7 perfectly. Enabled the togetherness and space grandparents, grown kids and grandbaby needed to enjoy 5 days together

We came in late February, three couples, two of us had two-year-old children. The house was in a very central part of Sayulita, few minutes to the town square or the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is great with three large bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen and the top floor is the perfect place to read a book or hang out as a group at night. This property is on a hill and is three levels so be prepared to navigate some stairs. Everyone had their own space and the layout was great for that. The pool and house were cleaned daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Mitch, the property manager, was a big help with suggestions on things to do around the area. We plan to come back and stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! We were there for our daughters wedding and it was a great place, close to the center, for people to stop in and visit. The weather was perfect and sleeping with the wide doors open made it magical. The top floor is spectacular and there was always a nice breeze. I made breakfast for 20 people the day of the wedding and there was plenty of nice dishes, glassware, and silverware to accommodate the group. The people who came to clean outside and inside were wonderful and we enjoyed talking with them. The house manager stopped in to make certain all was well and gave us great information. The house is well secured and we always felt safe. Oh, by the way there is a safe in every bedroom. I am extremely picky and usually clean when I get to a place because it doesn't meet my standard--not here! Everything is clean and well appointed! We would rent again without question.

We spent two weeks at this lovely home and had a blast! There were three couples that got together for my 60th birthday and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved how close it was to town and to the beach. We will definitely go back!

Having 3 separate king bedrooms each with their own full bathroom and patio made a perfect home base for our party. Also equipped kitchen and a/c were excellent. Perks were pool, and daily housecleaning (except sundays). Great location. Close to town and beach. No car necessary.

Our extended family, 7 adults and 2 children, stayed for 5 nights while attending our youngest son's wedding. The property was ideal! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and spaces to be together or be alone. The house and pool area are wonderfully decorated and clean. Pool service and maid service was amazing, and kept the property immaculate throughout out stay. The only negative issue we had, was the on going construction happening next door. The tropical ambience was temporarily disrupted once the work crews arrived about 9 am each day We highly recommend this property , especially to families or small groups.

Gorgeous three level home with full kitchen, large bedroom and full bath on the first level, two master bedrooms on the second level, and two large patio areas with full kitchen on the top level which offered spectacular view of the ocean and hillside. Additional patio area with full BBQ grill on ground level, next to a well-kept pool and outdoor shower/indoor toilet house. The house is fully equipped, including washer dryer. No shortage of towels, sheets etc. Daily cleaning service. A short walk to both the city central and the beach. We were greeted right away and all minor issues resolved almost immediately. We had a wonderful time, simply amazing!!

Came here with my daughter and 4 friends for a week. This was my 3rd time to Sayulita and it never disappoints. We took Alley Cat to the Muriettas and ziplined with Michaparrita. Celebrated my 70th birthday with a catered dinner by Roberto.

We stayed at Jardin de las Palmas for a week for my son's wedding. The property is clean and well kept. Mitch, the property manager was great and responded promptly to our every need. The property also has a casita which we also rented. The only negative thing I will say is that the Casita needs to be updated like the "big" house. We had 8 adults and 2 children for our stay. We were all very comfortable and were even able to find an alone space if needed. Each room had it's own patio to relax on. The kids loved the pool. The guy who cleans the pool came every morning to clean and put chemicals in the pool. On days when it was windy, he came several times a day to clean the pool which we thought was above and beyond, but really appreciated.

Seven adults and three children found Jardin de las Palmas even more than we hoped for on our 2 week vacation. It is tastefully, yet comfortably furnished and decorated with lovely Mexican art. No expense was spared in this home. There were several entertainment areas which we enjoyed and plenty of outdoor lounging area around the pool. Little things like lots of dishes, silver and pans, replenishing paper products, and always enough towels made our stay even easier. The location was perfect and truly an oasis to come back to after time at the beach, exploring the area or spending time in the busy town. Lupa and Jorga were so friendly, efficient and helpful and Mitch, the manager, was full of information about our stay in Sayulita.
