Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Plenty of room, close to Disney parks, and our kids loved the pool!

We traveled to the area for my son’s school competition. The home was conveniently located, well kept and neighborhood had a ton of amenities. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment came well equipped with everything you would need for cooking etc. The only thing I would say is missing is a clothes airer or somewhere on the balcony to dry clothes.
Plenty of spare towels and bedding. It also included beach towels.
Good location to the pool, arcade and takeaway. Only a 5 minute walk, less than.
Very spacious apartment with lots of storage.
A selection of items to get you started on your stay - toilet roll, hand soap etc.
There were a few downsides -
The main bed was very uncomfortable and hard. We ended up swapping to the smaller room where the bed had a topper and was much better.
The flooring in some areas of the apartment (living room/dining area) needs to be changed. We did see this has been mentioned in previous reviews but still hasn’t been fixed properly. It’s lifting and has gaps in places in the laminate flooring.
Some areas of the apartment - inside cupboards weren’t the cleanest. They could all do with having a wipe down. Blinds and behind blinds were dusty.
Bits here and there were slightly tired and could do with a refresh.
All in all, would recommend the apartment.
Windsor Hills in itself is a really nice area with great amenities, the only issue we found was getting in and out in Uber’s. The gate process was very slow at peak times so sometimes had to wait a while to get in to the complex or for the Uber driver to get in to us.

Check in was a but confusing because the unit number was not listed on the address given but further down in the notes section. The lockbox for the key definitely needs to be replaced and there is only one key so your party can't get in separate from each other. Most places these days have a door code or electronic key. The bedrooms desperately need blackout or room darkening curtains. There was NO sleeping past 7am with the full sun coming in the rooms. Pillows really need to be replaced but luckily there were extra in the guest room closet so we just doubled up the pillows. Other than those things it was a great stay. The amenities were nice and easy to access. Great pool waterpark and workout area and just being able to walk to the pool was nice. The condo was clean and easy to get to. Plenty of kitchen items, appreciated the waffle maker and blender being there for sure. Very comfy couch and the beds were comfortable apart from the pillows. Right down the road from Walmart, Publix, and Target. Very convenient.

Our stay was very pleasant! Beautiful grounds and outdoor amenities. Clean, friendly staff including security guards at the gate. Convenient to Disney World. The condo met our expectations (large, clean, comfy beds, kitchen appliances/utensils and washer/dryer). The condo host responded quickly. Couple of things wished would be better is the pots/pans too scratched up (food would stick). Dryer took a long time to dry the clothes. Overall was very nice and I would stay again at this condo. I would also recommend it to my family and friends.

This was a great condo for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and it was close to shopping, restaurants and amusement parks. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely come back.

We had a really nice time at Windsor Hills. The property was clean and the property manager was very helpful. We had a little issue at first because the check-in procedures were recently updated by Windsor Hills but the property manager was able to get it sorted. We would go back!

We had such a wonderful week staying in this unit. It was Extremely easy to get in contact with the property owner for any thing that I needed assistance with he’s a really nice person. The only thing I would suggest is to get some better lighting in the main bedroom because it’s really dim. I would get some nice n slip mats for the There needs to be better instructions in the white book. I had thought that we were supposed to strip the beds of their linens and start a load of laundry, but upon the property manager, reaching out to me after we checked out I guess I was not supposed to do that, and she seemed less than pleased that I had done that. Other than that, it was a wonderful, stay quiet location. The kids enjoyed the pool area along with the arcade. Cleanliness was top-notch very comfortable and everything that we needed was inside of the condo, of course with the exception of having to bring your own paper towels, and toilet paper, but that’s pretty normal. I would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful unit and a really nice safe quiet area.

The property is spacious, has tvs in each room and nice decor, but the walls and ceilings are thin so it was pretty noisy. The unit itself was fairly clean, but there were scuff marks on walls, food wrappers under the bed in the kids room and molding was coming off the wall in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great and is very close to all the Disney parks and food/shopping. The unit was clean and had a bunch of extra items to use during your stay. A stroller, car seat and pack and play for guests that fly in, you don’t need to bring those. The bedding could use an upgrade, much of the blankets were thin and/or torn. Mattresses could also use an upgrade but weren’t terrible. Overall, no complaints from our party and we would all stay in this condo again.
One of the big issues others have reviewed about was the front gate, we had absolutely NO ISSUE. The staff were very friendly even when I could not locate the unit number, the person that assisted us was able to locate the unit number based on my name.

Property was clean. Everything you could need was was provided. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away from Disney World. One suggestion it would have heen good to have instructions in property manual for washing machine and air con. Overall we had a fanastic time. Thankyou Micheal

The property was great except the old style low, round toilets, they felt like going to the bathroom at an elementary school. Please forgive me for leaving a bigger mess than I would have liked. The rainstorms kept us inside way more than we expected to be.

This entire unit needs an overhaul and new cleaning service. The vinyl flooring is splitting where they cut replacement pieces and it shrank, in maybe 30/45 places. The walls are badly damaged and need patch and repaint, there was black mold growing on the windowsills and the units air filter for their conditioning unit maybe had never been changed, ever? When the ac would turn on my eyes and sinuses would
Go full steam ahead. Smelled like someone had smoked in it at some point.. hair in master bed, trash by bedside, spider under the sheets, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Yuck.
We worked with the manager to get the nights they charged us for refunded, (wvery night we reserved was refunded) and we found another place to stay. but because it wasn’t processed as a full cancellation on the managers end Vrbo would not refund its booking fee, which we are still warring over in their customer service department.

Overall, we were thrilled with the price and amenities. It cost less than staying in a hotel and offered a lot more room. The kitchen was amply equipped, and there were plenty of towels. A starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets were provided. Renters need to have a plan in place for providing more than a day or two.
The floor desperately needs replacing. It’s lock-together laminate and is tearing up in the kitchen. The master bed is not very comfortable, but the second master is better (which became my mother’s room). The kids said the beds in their room were okay. There should be curtains on bedroom windows to help block morning light.
The pool area was the real star. Our resort day was perfect with the large pool, slides, lake view, and arcade. The restaurant workers were quite friendly, and we enjoyed the food. Mom had a hamburger one day that she said rivaled a home cooked burger, so that’s saying something. Sadly, the theater was under renovation, which we did not know ahead of arrival.
We appreciate the late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 3:30.
We hope to stay again in 304. Thanks to the owners for a nice trip.

We had an excellent stay here. The unit was very spacious and clean. Perfect for relaxing at the end of busy days. Pool was nice as well!
I loved how close and easy a drive it was to all the major attractions, and having the Super Walmart just up the street was very convenient.

This property was a perfect fit for our vacation stay. The amenities were spot on!! Our children didn’t want to leave!! Michael was great with communication. An overall great experience! The location was great all Disney attractions were about 20 minutes away… with traffic!! I would most definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, accommodations were as advertised. The pool and pool adult beverages were great. Don't miss out on a burger at the pool - it's fantastic! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer and dryer so that we could leave with all our clothes clean. It was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

The area was beautiful .My Daughter-in-law car was stolen from the property . Master bedroom doors knob was broken we fixed it and when we let out the sofa bed it had chip and crackers in it .

This was my first time renting a place to stay like this. The property was nice and quiet not too many issues. Check-in was a little difficult as well as the gate office employees weren’t too nice with my group. There were a couple of other things but not really big issues, other than that it was a nice place to stay in.

This condo has so much potential but is in desperate need of a makeover. The floors are coming up, the couch is falling apart and it needs a deep cleaning badly.
The condo itself is huge! There is tons of space. The wifi worked great. We got quick responses from the homeowner when we asked any questions.
Windsor Hills itself is amazing! The pool was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained.

Nice large condo at Windsor Hills. Nice pool. It’s more like a 15-20 minute drive to Disney rather than a five minute one. Would stay here again. Lots of useful stuff for families included in unit.

Location is perfect for Disney World. The condo is quiet and great for 6 people. Condition of home could use some updating. For the price it is a value and no issues finding parking. Close to a Walmart for supplies.

This was everything we needed and more! My kids really enjoy going to the pool so just that in Itself was amazing. Michael was very responsive almost immediately when I had any questions and was super helpful and had good communication. Super close if you’re going to Disney about a 18-20 minute drive and really convenient. We will be back!

It was as expected. Directions, access to property and condo, and entry were smooth. Had stuff in the closet for young families too such as a high chair and items for the pool area. Everything worked, great time, great location.
