This home in Incline is lovely! It has absolutely everything you would like in the home. Well organized and everything is top quality. The location is perfect for walking most places. The tennis courts and swimming pool are a short walk away. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely come again to stay.

Our family of 5 stayed at this Incline Village condo for 8 nights and it was amazing!
It’s in the best location, walk 2-5 minutes to the grocery store and a few restaurants, while also being just over 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency, with other restaurants and the casino / sportsbook. This Hyatt also has a great beach, food and drink service, right off a main dock and nice view from the north shore.
This condo is located on Tahoe Blvd / SR 28, which is the main street through Incline Village and wraps around the north shore. Easy to drive down this street to the other beaches and access paddle boarding, cayak, bicycle rental and more.
I also played golf twice at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, which was located literally 1 street over and 3 minutes away.
The convenience was amazing!
The condo is in a beautiful, gated community, and was super clean, felt new inside. It has a washer/dryer right off the master, comfortable beds, great patio which we grilled on, and the neighborhood was super quiet as well.
Helen responded super fast to any needs and checked in on us to ensure we were doing well on our vacation. We had the best time in Lake Tahoe!
I could go on, but whether you’re by yourself, with your spouse, or small family, I’d highly recommend staying at this condo!

I can’t say enough good things about this townhouse and our absolutely amazing host Helen! The decor in the townhouse is stunning with so much attention paid to detail. Everything was immaculate and of very high quality. The kitchen was well equipped with every imaginable item necessary to prepare our meals. Helen provided everything you could possibly think of to welcome you and to make your stay comfortable. She provided detailed information both before and during our stay including a binder with comprehensive instructions. She was very communicative and always responded immediately with answers to our questions. We definitely plan on returning!

We were very fortunate to have found this wonderful accommodation on our first visit to Lake Tahoe. It has everything you need for a relaxing visit. The kitchen is not only functional with ample amenities, but also beautiful with lots of working space. There are plenty of areas for dining, including an outside umbrella table, an indoor dining room table and counter space in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside space in particular. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Helen has thought of everything. She has discreetly labeled areas around the place to help you acclimate. The grounds of the accommodation are wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool as it is a nice size with ample seating surrounding it. Incline Village itself has everything that you need. The grocery store is steps away. There are plenty of restaurants as well. We are more than pleased that we not only chose incline Village, but also could stay in a place that was quiet and well taken care of. Thank you, Helen!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

Our stay was during the most recent blizzard weather event. Our host, Helen, proactively reached out to us and gave us some helpful tips and resources to help us navigate the weather and roads.
The rental was perfect for our family and was walkable/close to the restaurants, shopping and skiing. I liked that the kitchen was open to the living room and was well equipped for cooking and having meals in. I especially liked that the home was clean and tidy!

My friend and I stayed at Helen's place and it was perfect for staying in North Tahoe. Super close to the grocery store, we walked as it is on the other side of the property and you get into the parking lot by the gate in the complex. Helen was very easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. She had snacks, wine for us on arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

We just returned home from a fabulous time at Helen’s very spacious and perfectly located condo in Incline Village. Helen was an incredible host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well kept with a fully stocked kitchen, and lovely outdoor patio. My family was very comfortable with three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The location was fantastic and had direct access to Third Creek’s beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. The condo is also walking distance to Raley’s grocery store and the many other amenities nearby. We would absolutely stay at Helen’s condo in the future for our annual Incline Village vacation.

The townhouse is in a nice community with easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, walking trails, a community pool and spa, and lake activities which are all within a walking distance. The property is in very good condition, well maintained, comfortable, well organized, and supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. We found that our host, Helen, was a very proactive communicator and available to answer a question or provide a recommendation if needed. One observation we had during our stay is the majority of people in the community are residents or friends/family of residents. With that said, we felt it was important to understand and support the local HOA rules during our stay, and there was no issue doing that.

Excellent accommodations. Helen, our host, was very responsive and the house was well appointed. There wasn't anything we were missing and the walkable path to the community pool (usually we had the pool to ourselves, depending on the time of day.) Proximity to shopping allowed for a quick walk for groceries and anything else you might need) The Hiking, biking and kayaking was outstanding and close by.
we were 2 couples and having 2 "master suites" was rare and we loved it!!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at this location. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location (within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants), and cozy. Lake Tahoe is minutes away and we were able to access many sites within a 30-minute drive. The townhouse is well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Helen was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We hope to return in the future!

The location is perfect, really 20 seconds from the super market, 5 min from the Diamond Peak ski resort and 5 min from Hyatt Casino and Lake.
Helen is amazing, it was like having a second mum, she took care of us in multiple situations, always ready to help also in a pro-active way. Wonderful. The house is perfect, it has everything. We learned and played Chinese checkers, and Blackgammon, she has also interesting books about Tahoe. The kitchen is a heaven. And the couches are extremely comfortable. We were lucky that it snowed during our stayed, they handled extremely well, nothing to be worried about.
The bath with the fire is a must try. My wife spend at least 1 hour every day there. She loved it.

It is located in a beautiful wooded and secluded and gated location yet so close to the lake, shopping and other fun things to do that you'll enjoy.
Helen, your host, is marvelous and almost instantly responds to you should you need help or have questions regarding your stay in her property.

The home was perfect! We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this one was by far the best. Clean, organized, supplies, and amenities.
Helen was responsive to my many emails and texts! She even made some great suggestions which were very helpful to us.
The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and stores, as well as the supermarket. We were also able to walk on the lovely 3 minute trail to the the pool and hot tub. Everything you want to see in Lake Tahoe is close enough to this property where you don’t have to drive forever to get to it. I highly recommend it, and will surely rent this place again if we should come back to visit in the winter.

I only have good things to say about this property and owner! The townhome was extremely clean, and every need had been anticipated. There was a basket of goodies left for us to enjoy, as well as bedside candies! What a nice treat! Helen (the owner) provided a notebook full of recommendations and information for our use. She was also very quick to respond to any of our questions and made checkin a breeze. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

Beautiful facility
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of the extra amenities that were included. The only thing we wish the HOA would reconsider is having 1 or 2 guests for dinner or breakfast. My son lives closeby and we only see him once a year and could not have him over for breakfast or dinner. We abided by the rules and took food to his condo, and understand not wanting large parties, etc. but wish there could be some consideration for families like ours. That said, Helen was a perfect host and her condo was immaculate, comfortable, and enjoyed by all.

A PERFECT Lake Tahoe spot!
Where do I even start? The property was exactly as seen in the photos and was very clean. The spaces were comfortable for our family of 4. Helen was SO extremely helpful throughout our trip and was easy to get a hold of. We came down for Christmas and apparently it’s snowed more in the last week than it has in the last 10 years! So we definitely got that “white Christmas feel”.
The golf course was a perfect spot for sledding and was a short walk away. The grocery store (Raley’s) was just out the front door to the left through a private gate. It was perfect!
The spaces have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. One of my favorite amenities were the fire places! Those made our White Christmas feel even cozier!
I HIGHLY recommend staying here. We’re going to look into staying here in summer next time!!

Fourth of July in Tahoe
Wonderful, peaceful place to stay as we enjoyed the 4th of July in Tahoe (our first visit to the city). Helen was very attentive, and the property had all we could have asked for - we really enjoyed the walking trails and streams right outside the front door!

exactly as represented in the listing, every thing you could need was included. Home is very well cared for. Plenty if dishes and kitchen for the largest group. Towels, sheets etc were all high-end. Well worth the value !!! and the WEATHER was perfect.
